Hello! My name is Haine. I'm 29yrs old, nonbinary(they/he), a barista working on my graphic design degree, portfolio, and expanding my art skillset! I'm looking to starting rping with other people! Preferably 1 on 1, but I am open to group rps too!
I’ve been roleplaying for over 15 years. Some of my other rps have ended or died, so I'm looking to start some new ones! If anything piques your interest feel free to leave a reply or pm me. I’m friendly and enjoy chatting. I'm comfortable rping here, on discord and creating a server for the rp, or anywhere else you're comfortable! I'll be relearning BBcode or just using premade layouts in the future(if you have layouts you want to use that would be awesome). For now, I just want to get this off of the ground ~ A few facts about my rp style . . .
Looking for 24+ rp partners! I would prefer someone closer in age to myself than my 13yr old niece
Advanced lit+ with a tendency for long replies
- 600 words for short responses, 1000 to 1500 for average, 3000 for long posts, 3000+ for multiple characters. Not a stickler for equal length responses, perfect grammar, nor precise wording/tense. If you get the scene across and everything makes sense then I’m good to go
- English does not need to be your first language! If you’re on this site and actively rping, I promise your english is just golden
- I strictly rp in the 3rd person
- I’m extremely use to splitting the amount of characters involved in the story, having multiple characters respond at once
- I write any and all characters from one-time appearance to other main and important characters
- All characters, especially main characters, change, grow, and evolve over the story. Character sheets are a starting point and will change over time
- I’m perfectly comfortable with all genders and orientations along with having no preference between genders nor orientations. I prefer someone that can do the same!
- Original Character's are a must! Original Characters are the main characters. Canon Characters are sub-main characters, side characters, there for background/lore purposes, or there to move the plot/story forward
- male, female, nonbinary
- mxf, fxf, mxm, nbxnb, nbxf, nbxm
- ocxoc, ccxcc, ccxoc
- Be open to keeping track of our characters and story collective through here, discord, onenote, or anything else that works for us both
- There will always be some stronger characters or ones that are overpowered, but there needs to be a balance with overpowered/godly and fledglings that get better throughout the story. I always make sure my characters collectively balance out in power. Note that I'm not against godly characters. My longest running rp I have a god character, but she creates tension and moves the plot forward. I just want our characters as a whole to be balanced!
- I only do AU’s for fandoms, using the established series for world building, background information, mechanics, and CC’s for story
- OC's are a must and CC's are optional
- Feel free to ask about any anime/manga/videogame! I have too many I’m interested in or have binged to list
- Original plots should have an element of fantasy or supernatural. I can do sci-fi, but I'm not the most versed in it
- Any time period and location is fine
- We have equal control over the storyline, drama, and twist and turns
- I tend to be the one getting the ball rolling or get the plot moving
- If I'm the one setting up the story or moving the plot, I will always leave problems, hints, leads, and other ways for you to add in twists and lore! It'll always be a two way street!
- If I didn't set up the arc then I help keep the surprise in the story by adding twists and alternative paths
- Don’t be afraid to take the lead!
- We both have equal power over the story from setting up arcs to establishing plot twists or paths for characters to take. If one of us are on the polar ends of only controlling the story or never adding to the story then the rp will die
- Action, Adventure, Dark, Drama, Fantasy, Fantasy-Historical, Gore, Horror, Mystery, Psychological, Thriller, Romance, Supernatural, and Tragedy are what I’ve done most
- Romance/Fluff can be any orientation
- PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A TRIGGER
- SA/R*pe will not be roleplayed nor written out. SA/R*pe is a background factor and not a story plot. To me, using that as a story/plot point is rather weak writing. I’m not going to create snuff content. This is my one hard rule
- I’ve been desensitized to my triggers to where I’d need to personally/physically experience them again to be triggered. This has taken years upon years of therapy and not everyone has that luxury. [/B]
- Please let me know about any triggers or genres that are a hard no.
- This can also change at any time! If the rp is dark and horror and becomes too much we can always tone it down, even going as far as restarting the rp or starting something new
- GMT is my timezone
- I’m a night owl and respond at night after work (I got to bed between 2a and 4a)
- My longest friend and rp partner is KST/Korean Standard Time and we've been rping for 15 years
- Replying daily is fun but it can be overwhelming. Don't feel bad about your reply speed fluctuating
- I never expect someone to reply multiple times a day in ooc or sticking to a strict reply schedule

JJK Plot
I currently have a basic JJK plot concept ready to go along with two characters. I’m completely open to working on the plot and adjusting it or completely revamping. It follows the canon concept of an ancient sorcerer that has been divided up into multiple cursed objects, and now those cursed are being hunted by a few different parties. The ancient sorcerer is the ancestor of the big four families. All four of the families are hunting for the cursed objects to claim the top family spot along with other ambitions– each family has their own hidden ambitions and goals. The other group is a cult that wishes for the ancient sorcerer to be revived and return to the golden age of sorcery. The cult themselves are currently behind a recent uptick in cursed spirit attacks and increasing aggression– the cursed objects are just one path to their goal. The story starts with a our characters joining Jujutsu High as first years. I have two of the students made, so you would need to make the third and the teacher. I can easily adapt one of my characters to become the teacher if needed. This is a vague plot meant to evolve with the stories and characters. The goal is to have enough of a hook to get started.
As for the big four, we would each come up with two of the families. I currently have two made, and the other two you would have complete creative freedom with!

Inundation of Dijin
Action | Adventure | Dark | Fantasy | Horror | Mystery |? Romance ?
An old world filled with ancient woods, titanic mountains, surging rivers, and vast grasslands. Magic covers the world like air, flows through the earth like underground water. Towns are scattered across the continent with cities just starting to blossom. Nature, magic, and civilization are at peace. There are rumors about monsters of great magic appearing from the cracks, a dijin. Dijin have been eradicated centuries ago as their war against heroes and sages was lost. Those sages and heroes that helped create settlements, foundations for advancing metal work, or helped expand the humanoid’s understanding of magic are disappearing. Rumor says they’re not dying of old age but being transformed into dijin. That’s where our story begins. Our adventurers are students of a hero turned professor who’s vanished deep within the ancient woods with only one note: don’t come after me.This one I have the prologue set up, but I’m completely open to changing it. Think of a high fantasy world similar to Final Fantasy 14 with multiple humanoid races and classes. Or old fantasy like Lord of the Rings. Perhaps newer settings like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. It can also be compared to Elden Ring. One of our characters is out to find the mentor while the other is either a hired healer or a longtime childhood friend that’s a healer. Dark and Horror elements come from how the dijin are made, what they are, and elements of the story. It’s similar to how Dark Souls and Elden Ring are considered dark/horror. There can 100% be romance between the main characters or just in general. Feel free to use any kind of magic! I have character sheets made along with two characters. We can worldbuild as we make character sheets. I’ll also give more information to whoever is interested!
Miasma: The Rabid Plague
Action | Adventure | Dark | Fantasy | Horror | Mystery |? Romance ?
Beware the fog for its the Dead God’s wrathy soul wondering out of its tomb of tunnels. Beware those glowing grim eyes glaring out of the fog– for the Wendigo is there, the manifestation of the wrathy soul: warns the thaumaturgist of the indigenous who dwell here, having lore and superstition older than written word. An ominous warning to all those that live in the foothills of Dead God’s Mountain, monikered the Wendigo's Grave. The thaumaturgist is a position predating written word, a sacred position existing before oral history and traditions. The harbinger of the Wendigo– the one who warns when the wrathy soul is walking among the living. Watching for certain subtle omens that can only be learned through bloody trial and error. An entire mind tome of curses, omens, and warnings collected from ancient times to modern day. Pleading with the people to remember the god for what they had done, not out of fear of the wandering wrath.
For generations the thaumaturgist was only listened to when the superstitions of the Dead God weighed heavily after sightings of the Wendigo. As the indigenous population dwindled, as miners and lumberjacks roamed in, as the town became a place of resource trade, those warnings became occult superstitions. Alone, old, and now deemed an occultist witch of Old Gods, the thaumaturgist became silent: it is time for the Wendigo's Wrath to bring utter ruin to the Dead God Mountains. So, when the fog came the thaumaturgist walked into the fog to finally rest. The Dead God will never be forgotten– that’s the grim tale of the Wendgio’s Grave. A tale told to scare children out of the woods, especially at night when the screams and howls echo out of the woods. A superstition.
Dead God’s mountain is a vast mountain with rivers running from its treeline. A mountain filled with special old oaks that are worth more than their weight in gold. Animals and beasts of all kinds live here, thrive here. Such beasts have created tales, mysterious, and whispers natural for such a supernatural place. There are natural caverns and tunnels into the heart of the mountain. A perfect place to find ore, minerals, and precious gems of all kinds. Mining and exploration has occurred in this region since before written history. Tunnels and dead-end ‘tombs’ that have their fair share of superstitions. It’s a place rich in resources that is hard to live in; however, people have always prospered here by some unknown miracle. A trading town that has roots to ancient indigenous settlements stands strong; however, the town is in hardship. A fog is rolling in from the mountains. While these fogs have always been here, and there is rich record of them, something is turning deadly in the tunnels and mines.
Beasts are being brazen and vicious, unnaturally aggressive and bent on bloodlust. There is a growing number of miners and lumberjacks going missing. Screams and howls can be heard in the trees, but that’s something all old mountains have. Now all mining and lumber work has grind to a halt. Everyone is leery of the fog and what lies within it. There’s reports of glowing grim eyes glaring through– matching the old superstition scary stories parents tell their children. The town is now a living nightmare of its moniker, Wendigo’s Grave. A request for hunters, adventures, paladins, anyone that is willing to find the cause or banish the blight has been sent out far and wide. It doesn’t matter if help comes to seek glory and riches or to banish and heal. Any kind of help is welcome. This is part of the prologue written! I have the entire prologue written along with characters, character sheets, and an entire discord ready to go! This roleplay never got past the prologue and my first posts, so it should be an easy starting point. The idea was that something was causing a plague akin to rabies to spread, and our characters have arrived at the town to figure out why. The original idea was either some kind of curse or caused by an individual/cult but that is open ended. I’ll clear out the other person’s posts in the discord and then invite whoever wants to join to it! Everything is set up, so I’d prefer to use the discord.
They Came from the Wildfire
Action | Dark | Horror | Mystery | Supernatural
Wildfires are a disaster older than humankind. It’s nature’s chaotic way of cleansing overgrowth while returning nutrients to the soil. Sure a few lives are lost between plants and animals, but that’s the way it goes. As humans build larger towns, created cities, and developed nations they’ve constantly been at odds against fires. For mankind, having a city burnt down only creates more issues. Because of millennia of expansion with little controlled fires, expanding beyond the land’s resources, and putting nature in a chokehold, the relationship between mankind and fire has only deteriorated. At the frontline of every wildfire are brave firefighters– inside the fire facing the enemy head on are hotshots! Experts in fighting, controlling, and containing wildfires. They have more endurance than a fire has fuel. Being in the heat of the moment they’re used to the unsightly charred remains of wildlife. As the trees dry, temperatures increase, and declining efforts to maintain the vast woods continue, the fires only get worse along with its casualties. There is one fire that they’ll never forget. The woods are ancient with constant whispers in the winds and screams at night. The townsfolk are used to it: don’t bother the woods, mind your business, and you’ll wake up the next day. A colossal wildfire sparks from a dry thunderstorm in the mountains behind the town. As the hotshots are dropped into battle they notice something strange: charred remains are moving among the flames. They’re surrounded. This story is inspired by the manga Gyo by Junji Ito and my own experience living in the mountains and experiencing a wildfire ripping through part of the city. This will be a slow burn starting by just seeing the remains and the corpses slowly becoming more alive, more active. I put action for the hotshots working, but I wouldn’t say the humans in this scenario have fair odds against the supernatural.
