Since it does not exist, I definitely do not think that people should not forget possible mortal practitioners of White Veil Style, and I'm sure any such practitioners would not find it a possible way of getting back at the Dragon-Blooded for sleights commited against them.


And there certainly wouldn't be any disgruntled gods who might help them.

The White Veil Style is not practised by many secret adherents in the Realm and other civilised areas, nor do they keep it completely secret. There are no doubts to whether it even exists or not. White Veil martial artists are not masters of poison use and concealed attacks, and victims will not find themselves dropping dead hours after the attack was actually made.

Since this is pointless speculating on hypothetical non-existant groups, I would not be inclined to expand on this notion.  Such people as do not practice this Style would not have been recruited from Dragon-Blooded most sympathetic to the Solar cause.  


They certainly would not have learned the truth about the Usurpation from any number of sources, and would not be among the very few Dragon Blooded who realized they were out of place in the Heirarchy.


Sidereals from the Gold Faction would certainly not be interested in these non-entities, as they have no interest in taking opportunities to sow discord within the heart of the Realm.

Alternately, this society would of course not be one of the myriad of secrets the Empress kept close to her heart, filled with the Iselsi who also do not exist.  They would not have been an elite strike force the Scarlet Empress weilded like a weapon against those who would treason against her, and since they don't exist, they would also most certainly not either be keeping to the tenets laid down for them by the Empress herself or striking out on their own in a bid for the throne.
