Personality
Positive Traits: Man of His Word: Lucas considers a promise to be pretty much binding, and as such will try and hold himself to any and all promises he makes. He also holds people to the same standards, getting highly offended if promises are broken without a good excuse, and it's one of the things he's most high-maintenance about.

Confident: He tries not to be cocky, but Lucas tends to keep in mind what he's got and take pride in it. He does doubt himself quite often, but he'll try and convince himself that he's being ridiculous. He can come across as conceited sometimes, but takes pains to avoid this.

Forgiving: Lucas generally prefers not to bear grudges when he can avoid it. He'll generally accept apologies before they're fully out of the other person's mouth, and will forgive most things if they're apologised for. He just considers it not worth staying angry at someone in most cases, although of course there are exceptions.

Loyal: Lucas also prides himself on loyalty. He keeps secrets and takes his friends' side in things most of the time, even if he doesn't completely agree with said friend. He's not infallible, however, and he could definitely be persuaded to spill secrets, but it's something he tries not to do.

Negative Traits: Impetuous: It probably goes with the not having a plan, improvisation thing, but Lucas will sometimes rush into situations without thinking them through. Sometimes this can be helpful, as it means he doesn't have time to doubt himself, but it can also land him in hot water, and has several times.

Stubborn: When Lucas sets his mind on something, he doesn't like to be questioned, and will stick to his point. He doesn't like to change his mind or admit he was wrong about something, so it's quite difficult for him to do. He can and will get into an argument about nearly anything if questioned, but will try to keep it good-natured where possible.

Blunt: Blunt to the bitter end, Luke isn't one to bite her tongue when talking to people. He tells it how it is and likes to make it clear when someone is pissing him off. He was raised to tell people how he feels and he is often quick to do so, even if he ends up raising his voice or having to punch them in the chest. An eyeroll here, a snobby comment there, it's all apart of his personality. And, honestly, he likes to believe it's apart of his charm as well.

Positive Traits:

Erich is your office motivator. He’s dedicated, hardworking, and absolutely loves his job despite the risk it runs each and every time he goes out on an assignment. It takes a lot to get under his skin, and his concentration seems infinite. His line of work has made him seemingly fearless and as such he feels it his duty to make sacrifices for the team (and already has in many ways).

Negative Traits:

Having nerves of steel has its price. While he may seem calm, cool, and collected when interacting with his team, he feels the weight of his task internally and the pressure leads him to make risky decisions with his lifestyle. He also does not respond to criticism well and may become stubbornly defensive if he believes he’s in the right. A lifetime of dealing with bureaucratic systems such as the one they’ve worked for has also made him a bit distrustful, and it carries over to the team. Erich trusts them with his life but keeps a lot of personal information hidden out of instinct and only really opens up to those closest to him.

If you were to be put in the same room as this guy, you'd probably end up describing him as a real big softie who's always ready to buy the beers at the end of the day. Now matter what your situation is, Boris is on standby ready to provide you with that emotional reassurance. His previous military experience is quite obvious. Disciplined, by-the-book, and always ready to execute the order when given. When danger is amidst, Boris will be there to give it one good look in the eye before proceeding with a left hook.

Negative Traits:
Boris doesn't exactly take too kindly to anyone bringing up his dead wife - especially behind his back. It's a hush-hush topic, to say the least. And if you keep at it, you may just receive a couple fists after some foul words. Boris may also have some anger issues. Maybe that's why they call him Brother Bear. Traits: Johnathan likes to think that he's a pretty laid back, amicable guy. He likes to do small things to make people feel a little better, a 'bets on losing dogs' type guy. He's pretty relaxed a lot of the time, let-your-hair-down style, but when it comes to work he's able to change his mindset to be on the ball, as this line of work doesn't allow for playing around. There's plenty of time to unwind when the job is finished, he tells himself. He has a strong will, and can convince himself of anything if he talks himself through it enough. This helps to keep his conscience clear. It was once said that he had a heart of gold, but the older he gets the less true he realizes this is becoming. Not for any deep, dark reason other than that no person is perfect, and mistakes build against you.
His strong will often dips into him just being plain stubborn, and once he has his heart set on something it tends to require strong convincing to change his mind. This is most common with his opinions on citrus fruit and the way you pronounce 'vitamin', but it has led to some tricky situations in the past. This ties in with his usual inability to judge where lines are, and he can overstep his boundaries in social situations. He's pretty good at reading situations though, so once's hes overstepped he knows to back off ASAP. He has pretty strong opinions and is willing to fight people over them, as long as it stays in good spirits. A friendly bash back and forth is good, but if someone starts getting heated he's willing to drop his opinion as opposed to let things escalate. He's not very particular about the way things are done outside of the job, but when he's in the sniper mindset everything has to be exact. If something's off he can't ensure that he's doing his best work, and that could get someone hurt unnecessarily (at the very least).
Likes: Cheap beer, things that make him laugh, small things to fiddle with, Long talks on the porch with a mate as the scorching day cools and the birds squawk themselves to sleep, a crisp breeze, hot weather, the sea (especially the sound of), and a sausage whacked in a slice of bread with onions and ketchup. Some have said that they saw her reapply it in combat, a man's head gripped in a headlock between her legs, but whether this is true or not is still up for debate. Seeing her without it is like seeing a four leaf clover for those who don't regularly see her wake up in the morning with her hair in something resembling a bun, face void of makeup.

Personality
Traits: Amelie isn't perpetually angry angry per se, she just maintains a constant state of saying incredibly violent things while remaining mildly enthusiastic if somewhat hesitant about the outcome. She says "I'm gonna punch him in his stupid face" in much the same way as one might say "I'm gonna eat this whole tub of peanut butter right now". She does get angry though. Very angry, but the short lived and explosive anger. She doesn't usually get this way because it takes a personal and verbal attack to get her riled up; she has a really high pain threshold so hitting her doesn't bother her all too much. This being said, her main solution to a lot of technical problems is "hit it", and many a computer monitor has been broken with the force of her, uh...tech support. But the new monitor usually works better than the last one, so there's always that. She is extremely confident. Insecurity is all but lost on her and will readily tell nobody in particular how much she loves herself. Her name is probably the first item on the list of things she loves, and probably also the fourth. Its hard to tell if shes being genuine about this or if its just a facade to hide crippling insecurity, but if she is hiding something shes doing it really well-so well that she even has herself convinced. She doesn't like feeling weak, and will go out of her way to make sure people know that she's not. She's not gonna pretend she wasn't crying at Red Dog, but she just doesn't like people thinking that shes just a weak girl (as was common in the police force). Shes aware that her team knows what shes capable of, but when shes making an impression its important that they know she's not above clotheslining them if they doubt her strength. She's good at following orders, and is also a pretty okay leader. She thinks that good orders are what distinguish a successful team from a failing one. When things start to go off the rails, Amelie is one of the first to stick her heels in the ground and demand someone get it back in line. She just doesn't want people to get hurt, and she stops it the best she can.
Likes: Winning, feeling confident, spending time with friends, loud music (concert level, feel-it-in-your-bones volume), banana and peanut butter on ever so lightly toasted toast, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. She's very specific about her favourite kind of toast.
Dislikes: Feeling weak or vulnerable, being outsmarted (not hard to do), condescension, zoos, supermarkets with far too many floors, cheap stationery, Diet Coke, and babies.
