Things Must Change.

Leah's day wasn't going so well. Besides getting at school sweaty and out of breath, and kids making fun of her for it (which she ignored), she got a detention slip for getting there late. "Detention on your first day?" said Leah's friend as they walked down the hall to their lockers. Her friend chuckled. "Wow, Leah. Two years in a row."

"I know, it sucks," Leah replied. "And dad's gonna be mad but no worries! I have a plan." "You have.. a plan?" Leah's friend suddenly felt scared. She didn't like it when Leah gets a 'plan'. Last time she had a 'plan' she had to wash the paint out of her hair for a week! "I have a feeling I won't like this plan-"

"Oh you won't." Leah said. "'Cuz it involves you getting in detention with me so I'm not alone."

"Leah no way! My parents are gonna kill me!" "Your parents aren't gonna find out!" Leah got out her books from her locker. "It'll be fine and fun as always." she said with a smile. Her friend sighed. When your friends with Leah, you can't back down from her.

Skylar's father had told him all about the classes and how they worked, but he didn't know how serious people took it. Once he entered the school, he had seen people of many kinds. People in his class, even higher than him, snobbier than him. People below his class, poorer than him, and pushed around by the people in his class. It wasn't part of his idea to make friends, but he avoided everyone. He felt small walking in the halls; everyone was taller than him. Apparently teenagers in school have to wear uniforms, at least that was what the person at the desk told him. The person gave him his schedule and told him where he could buy his uniform. He kinda felt out of place being the only one wearing something else. And his clothes made him stand out and make everyone know he's a high class. That made lower classes scared of him, thinking he might push them down.

Skylar sighed as he stood in the hall looking at his schedule. His next class was free period, which apparently means he was free to do anything. He checked his school map and scanned it. Finally he saw something that made his eyes light up. This school had a library. And so that's where he spent his free period.

Faith sighed as she finished her class assignment, she then noticed that there was quite a few people in the library. Which confused Faith, like what was so exciting about the library? The only thing you can do is shit down shut up and read a 400 page book. Then again, guess since that wasn't faiths thing she couldn't judge. Soon enought Faith went to the art section of the library, it had everything from books about art to, an easil to paint on and that's what faith went to.

Mean while, Cat was trying to find Faith to make sure she was okay.

Kaito was emerge in his drawing not noticing anyone near him. He was drawing his feeling about the society that they live in today, it may look like it was perfect but underneath the surface was a dark part of that society. He skill when it came to drawing where almost close to master level skill since he used it to past the time in the orphange. He already gave up at the idea of being adopted because he was already to old for a family to want.

Faith doesn't normally do art in public, but when she does it defiantly a rare sight, Faith quickly drew an unfinished piece of what looked like street art on a isle. She then scurried off and hide to watch and see who adds onto it. She drew a picture of a girl holding a rose looking down, but she didn't have eyes, she had a bandage wrapped around where the eyes would of went. While her clothing was torn up, showing some of her skin. This was Faiths street art piece she and many others call it 'Rose girl' for the rose that she held in her hand.

Faith waited patiently for someone to add into it, she always loves seeing what people will add.

Kaito closes his art pad and was starting to get up so he could get out of the library. He looks at the isle and see the unfinished work on there, most people took their work home but it seems someone just left it there. The girls looks so sad to him and reminds of him of what it's like to be an orphan so he wanted to change that. He sits down on the chair and took up some of his art supplies to make it look much better. It took him about 25 minutes but he had finished the picture. The girl now had only one of her eyes covered in bandages and the other one was a nice green color. There was a boy now in the picture and he looked in the same condition as the girl in terms of clothing. He also has the rose now and handing it to the girl with a small smile. The girl now was looking at the boy with a soft smile as well holding out her hand to accept the flower. He erased the title and put a new one "Friends". He smiles at his work but then his smile turns sad. "Friends huh wouldn't that be a wonderful thing to have" He said to himself not thinking anyone was watching him.

Skylar was impressed with the library in the school. It was HUGE. It wasn't as big as the one in his house, but it was really close. The thing that made the library different from the library in his house was there was a lot more to discover; more genres of books, places to relax, an art section! Or at least that's what the librarian told him when he asked.

Sky surrounded himself with books. He was stuck in the History section, switching from 10 books, 5 on his right and 5 on his left. That was just the ones he was reading. His read later pile counted up to 20 more.

Skylar went from mythology to war to architecture and to biographies then back tracked to connect every historical event and he recorded everything on his notebook. While writing, his mind wandered on reasons why the past was so different from the present time.

Faith smirked, seeing the boy add onto her piece, but she didn't want him to know it was her so she just made it seem like she was casually walking through. As she walked passed she stopped for a second, "Not bad." she said in a soft tone, looking at the art she then shrugged it off and began to walk away.

Cat walked into the library, looking down all the isles to see if she could find Faith, but all she could find was a boy sitting around a pile of books. "Interesting." she said chuckling to herself.

Kaito gets a blush and look at the girl who said that, he wanted to try to talk to her but his voice didn't come out again. Kaito gave a sad sigh before picking up his thing and he decided to leave the painting there. He wanted to make friends but every time he tries the words just don't come out. He looks to see it was almost lunch time and decided to find a nice place to have his lunch. He makes it to the roof and goes to a place which is a bit out of the way and is a bit hidden from people. He takes out his sandwich and put it in his mouth before alos taking out his drawing pad. He just starts to draw a bit while eating.

Skylar froze from his writing, hearing something- or someone. Slowly looking up he saw a girl at the end of the isle. Without thinking, he grabbed the nearest book he could reach and pretended to read it- which looked more like he was hiding his face (which he was). Sky gulped. He's never met a girl before, let alone talked to one. Sure he's read romance books before, although he never really got the point of them. He was lost for words. So, he just sat there with a book hiding his face and hoped she'd just walk away.

Faith got bored and she began to look down the isles of the library, soon seeing Cat and another big in one of them. "What are you doing here?" Faith asked walking down the isle waking closer to the boy in the middle.

"FAITH! There you are!" Cat yelled jumping for joy, getting closer to the boy in the middle as well.

Sky gulped and hid his blushing face with the book even more (as if it was possible). This really wasn't how he wanted his first day of school to go as. Quickly, he tried to think of a way to escape, but there were two girls blocking either path. He mentally sighed and just went with going left.

He stood up, gathered his stuff (sadly he had to leave the stack of books he was planning to read), and with his head down he went left. Accidentally bumping into the girl, he quickly said sorry and walked faster out of the library.

Once he was out, he checked his bag and realized, he had dropped his notebook.
