Superman-like powers but on a toned down scale obviously. Things like flight, not as fast as the SM himself but as fast as a fighter jet, that's default. Most of the other powers can be custom if you'd like.

I haven't even finished the series but basically, they (forgot the name..sue me) apparently can use their bones as weapons..like bones jut out of their body like a porcupine. Doesn't seem to hurt them either, and they are pretty useful weapons, lol.

I'm pretty sure they spit out bone too  apparently their bodies made a bunch of calcium that hardened once it left their body. Idk. Naruto is crazy

I guess if it's some sort of revival gene yeah, most wouldn't though cause y'know..body's dead.
