So... what's cultivation? The whole Initiation -> indulgence -> madness -> despair thing? I never actually named it. Granted, would be a nice name for it.

But you don't want to hit the later stages, those tend to be bad. I'm saying one element is what everyone ends up attuned for. Jiu included.

I might have associated with xianxia, but I believe wuxia does use cultivation terms as well.

So for the sub-element, are you going to let us be a bit more creative with or will you at least give us a few choices to put a certain limit?

I do believe jiu bloodness is mostly attributed to consumption and one’s sanity but can you state more specific examples that can possibly worsen it and symptoms like for example exhibiting similar traits to a jiu and etc.?

I’m not quite sure if I’m making sense but there is plenty of varieties of wuxia, you explained wonderfully but I needed to know if we’re in the same page and this really requires the finer detail.

On another note, I think it would be good to have the CS up so that users interested can create theirs and you may address any issue that you might find and for the users to make the necessary changes as well. (Though I think you are planning to do so after posting the samples for each school but everyone has a lot of questions, myself included)

Working on a OOC as we speak. As for CS sheet, you can use the example with Wan Shi, especially if you are School of Blade.

The only changes are if you are School of Body, change Weapon to Fighting Style. If you are Charm, change weapon to charm. Those'll be the only changes.

Yeah, there'll be a character sheet page. This is just the interest check, and that's all it is. Once RP's made, this thing goes bye bye. As far as code, you can just quote and replace if you want it done early. Otherwise you're waiting on the OOC.

Yep. Do you use paper? Arrows (technically the arrow would do no damage, but a fireball is a fireball.)? Tacks?

Any catalyst for what you cast a spell with.

Yep. Literally anything. That's the joy of the School of Charms. IT should be a one time use item, so you should have dozens and dozens of them, but you are a spell caster basically. You focus on the elements more than punching something to death.

Alot of the RP is up to freedom though, and there are lines people can blur if they want. I'm not listing subelements because its up to the players what they come up with. Just 5 themes

Currents, Energy, Terrain, Growth, Weapons/Steel

Yep.

While I'm explaining things in depth, primary thing that makes Body interesting is their techniques are cast on their own bodies most of the time. They can imbue themselves with, like, fire punches or such, but the magic that touches them can change their bodies somewhat.

Example, Steel user temporarily turning their skin to steel.

Earth body user merging with rock for a moment.

Etc.
