The World of the Lycans ll Accepting

"Hi.." Ray said though relaxing wasnt something she was used to.. She had a few scars, bite and claw marks on he face paws and back. Evidence of fights she'd always tried to forget. Though it wasn't losing that made her nervous, she usually didn't, it was what she did to the contenders that bothered her.


Ray shook herself to try to loosen up then sat down though it was hard to do she managed it whether anxious or not..

"Sure. What seems to be the problem?" Ray answered, happy to stand back up..
 
"Right on." Obviously they were going to split up, more ground covered. though lookin for a pup, that was new. Maybe she was turnin her life around. She spent a lot of time with humans. It was weird just being here but she couldnt help but love it. "So whats the plan? Split up I can imagine?" She smiled obviously strategy was her game.
 
Ray takes in the smell sniffs the ground and takes off barking kinda excitedly It was the first really joy she'd felt in a while.
 
Tree after tree passed by, the scent may not have been strong but it was good enough. She raced passed a few deer along the was frightening them in to a small stampede in another direction. Though she was hungry she'd find time to chase them later. She loved running, it made her feel like she could fly.
 
She slowed to a stop near the base of a tree so she could sniff for a minute.. The scent here it was fresh the pup was probably here with in 15 minutes ago.. Ray howled calling out for any wolves in the area including the pup.

Milo fell over, and he saw Tae crawl on him. "Hey!" He yelled, wiggling out and then chasing her into the forest. But something was in the back of his mind. He remembered his mother said not to go into the forest, but Milo didn't care. He could take care of himself!

Ray howled again trying to make sure she was heard.. "I know you were here pup.. Where are you?" She sniffed the ground again looking for the path where the pup took..

Tae giggled and crouched down, looking for a scent. With her ears alert, Tae peered around for some sort of prey. "We have to be very quie-ET!" Tae tripped over her paws and tumbled down a steep hill, and into a small dirty puddle. "Ew.." The pup climbed out of the puddle and shook herself, splattering the mud everywhere. Flashing Milo a cheesy smile, Tae bounded back up the hill and tackled the other pup down, dirtying his fur.

Milo laughed, and flashed her a crooked smile as well. "This is fun!" He yelled.


But then, Milo heard something... or someone coming from behind him. He quickly turned around. "Who's there!?" He yelled, shivering. "Mom?" He questioned, waiting for her to come and yell at him for going into the forest when she said not to.
 
Milo heard the scream, and turned to Tae. He raised an eyebrow. "Is that your mom?" He asked, not knowing that Tae's mom had died. He turned to look again, he was on full alert now.
 
Ray took off again catching up to the two pups "Relax pup.. I'm not here to harm you.. Luna sent me.. It seems you shouldn't be out here.." She gave them a look that was kinda like approval and amusement and then howled again to say she'd found them, safe and sound. "My name's Ray.."
 
Milo just stood there... on four legs. Er, paws..."I uh. We were just..." He mumbled, he was just a pup. He had no experience. He just starred, frozen. And he felt guilty. He was the one who wanted to go. He got Tae in trouble.
 
Tae's ears went back when she heard the word mom. "She's not my mama." Tae whispered as she looked up at the new she-wolf and Luna. Not knowing what she should do, Tae cleared her throat and saw that Milo was feeling a little shocked. "I...we...we were practising to hunt." Taking control of the situation, Tae had been in trouble many times, this wasn't much for the adventurous pup.
 
Luna said"it's ok tae. Your not in trouble. Please just let me know where your going next time ok?" Dora came up and nodded in agreement.
