im refering to his current height of draconic alteration, the humanoid dragon form. Apart from that he's shown how he can transform his body into various dragon equivalents and can breath fire as well as fire magic. He hasn't used his humanoid dragon form yet in Quanni.

Chouette knows, I quote her notes, that "this individual is able to transform certain/any parts, or maybe even the whole body into a draconic form. Said transformation will enhance the part/body in unclear ways, possibly even gaining new abilities. New information needs to be gained for future use."

I don't really think he needs to. He's not a ruler. Its for rulers and, at most, two guests of their choice. Bella is bringing the owl girl. Was gonna bring Arkos..but..can't.

Your CS needs more work. The powers need more. (Even if its just you telling me about how strong and fast or whatever he is compared to a human.) The History requires A LOT more work. You're making a ruler. Not a basic character. It has to be more detailed than what it is. A lot more detailed.
