This will be our OOC chat room of sorts. Feel free to make jokes about what is going on in game, or even outside of game. Post here to your heart's content (as long as your heart doesn't yearn for confrontation)!


Please remember that we want this to be a more or less friendly place, so try to keep arguments to a minimum (debates only. I want no heat in this place) and keep the swearing out of it entirely. Other than that, don't be a complete a**hole and we should all get along fine.

Yeah, it's moving. At the end of the post it is beginning to come to a stop at the very small platform that is dedicated to Ispus Academy.

Yeah, I was mid-way into writing my post and I thought "Wait. I'm assuming this thing is moving... Maybe it isn't? Wouldn't hurt to ask."

So, I appreciate the laid back characters (I mean, Jeremiah is one himself), but we need some of those strong personalities. Thank you, @Encreedem for that. You too, @Ian Temero.
 
I love the twins. The part where they happily jumped made literally laugh out loud. Kinda sad to read that they won't be there much longer because they are second years. Oh well, just means that my character has to encourage the others to do stupid things. ^^
 
@vlgwlf Hah! Big school my butt! Five hundred kids? That ain't nothin'. That's a fair sized school, sure, but it ain't nearly 'big'. Sure, the full campus is huge, but the school itself isn't so big. I mean, it was made to fit somewhere around 1000 kids max, so it's bigger than some. Still, though.
 
Since I never really got to see the school I just assumed it pretty big. Also, the hustle and bustle, etc.


 
Anyway, I tweaked it so it would seem like he's just overwhelmed by the fiasco that just occurred.

Also, I liked your use of the weird obscuring symbols. Good job with that.

Thanks. I felt they added that much needed 'distortion effect' that I wanted to convey.
 
My post isn't finished and I won't get another chance to work on it for several hours. You might as well skip me just this once.
 
Heh. So I get it now that what I did was ridiculously unneeded, but hey, I'm still learning. To be perfectly honest, most RP's I've been in have died not long after I joined, so I never got much of a chance to learn that way. Besides that, most of the RP''s I've done were verbally communicated, so it was typically me and my brother just sitting down chatting.


Anyway, sorry for all the weirdness, everybody.

You don't need to beat yourself up over a small mistake. That's what we are here for. ^^


Jokes aside, you are doing fine. Just accept your mistakes and learn from feedback. It's the only way of getting better. Yes, the poll might have been unnecessary, a simple question in the OOC thread would have sufficed. Yet, it's not ridiculous. It just shows that you care about the roleplay and our opinions.


Also, I wouldn't worry too much about this roleplay dying too early. You and everybody else here seem to put great effort into their characters and posts. I'd say that this is a good indication that this roleplay is off to a good start.


And to sum it all up: Keep going the way you are right now. Everybody's communicating and that's great!


Oh, and don't worry too much about everything. That's my job. I'm already worrying that my post could be misinterpreted...

It's a bit late for such a simple reply, but: You're welcome! Honestly, I got a bit angry after seeing how you apparently make the same mistakes as me, therefore I tried my best to write some kind of a motivational speech. ^^
