Chris personally thought that their abilities came from some genetic defect, something that was slightly different from all other humans, but he didn't deny Jeremiah's way of thinking either. It was possible that a god simply orchestrated all of it.
He watched as the boy layered the fish in the basket and nodded "We'll have to see about drying it out and making some fish jerky as well" he grinned "We should also make a sauce to go with it, but I am not sure what kind of sauce would go well with fish" Chris had always been interested in cooking but had never actually taken any classes. He basically learned from hands on experience, cooking for himself mainly.
