The Wicked Mind [Inactive]

He accepted, and Elisabeth felt her smile brighten upon hearing his words. Perfect.





"Not so different at all, Ishimura." She raised her glass in a toast to him. "We leave when the meal is done."
 
Ishimura seemed to be more stable, smiling and rising his glass.. He had doubts, but he chose not to listen to them. He was curious about this woman.. And what he had to lose? Nothing.


"Sounds most perfect, miss."


After the meal was done, he rose and tilted his head.


"You lead the way."
 
Did he noticed that she watched him eat, that she eyed his every move and drank in every sign of mental instability? Perhaps it didn't matter if he noticed just yet. He would. Soon.


Elisabeth rose from the table and gestured with a finger for him to follow her. The woman opened the door to the outside and gratefully breathed in the fresh air. "I hope you don't mind long car rides," she said over her shoulder.
 
Ishimura did notice, indeed. He noticed how hungry her eyes were. But somehow it made him feel.. calm. Being with someone as twisted as him was reassuring. Of course he did not know, just how wicked Elisabeth was... But he had a feeling he couldn't explain.


The man followed her to the to the parking lot; rain had stopped, clouds started to disappear. He looked up to the sky, at the stars.. They felt to be closer when there were no bars in between him and them. He almost did not notice her speaking, but small smile appeared again to his lips, and he tilted his head. "Never been in a car.. But probably not."


Ishimura had no idea, how lucky he was to sit in the front seat, and not end up in the trunk.
 
"Never been in a car?" she questioned quizzically. "Now, that's certainly odd. You weren't born in the institution were you?"





Elisabeth clicked the button on the remote key, unlocking the doors and climbing into the driver's seat.
 
Ishimura uttered a laugh; it was very beautiful noice.


"No, I was not. But I can't remember anything before I was six years old; and then I was already at the ho.. in the asylum."


Again he looked thoughtful.. Yes, there were no home anymore. He sat in the front seat and quickly realized what seat belts were for; he looked at Elisabeth, no longer, tilting his head. Very peculiar lady..
 
What a strange man, he is. Elisabeth tossed his words around in her head for a moment, trying to link his story to any notorious cases that might explain him. She came up with nothing. When he was six years old she may have been ten, four, or not even born--it was hard to judge his age. His eyes sent him beyond his years, but his physical appearance was questionable.


"Six years old. Hm. That's a tragedy indeed." She started the car and backed out of the parking spot, flicking the turn signal to pull out on the road.


"No idea where you're from at all, then. Hm?"
 
Ishimura glanced at Elisabeth from time to time, stroking his long black hair. He was very beautiful man; not handsome in typical way, but somehow charming, when he was not muttering himself or acting weird in other ways.


Her words made him look thought for a while.


"A tragedy, you say? Not for me.. Asylum was my home as long as I can remember. "


Shouting all night long, very twisted or disturbed persons being his closest friends, almost a family; it might explain how he ended up to be what he was.


"From? How odd thing to say.. I'm from asylum, have always been."
 
It pleased her to hear things like that. If anyone suspected her of her crimes, pinning them on the local psycho would be an easy escape route even if it only bought her time to leave the country. Elisabeth gave a small smile that hid her thoughts.


"They say you are who you hang around. Probably why you hear voices and have a split personality."
 
Ishimura glanced at Elisabeth.. he never said he heard voices. I wonder.. But he did not ask. There were a short silence.. Before he spoke again.


"Why does your car smell like blood?"


His tone were so very ordinary, like he would just ask what was her favorite color. Maybe it made his words to sound so creepy.
 
Elisabeth gave a small, dark chuckle before saying what immediately came to her mind.


"How do you know what blood smells like?"
 
Ishimura uttered a laugh, same beautiful voice than before.


"How do I know? Perhaps because my friend cut his throat while watching cartoons."


Man smiled.. Blood was so very delicious. But he was wise enough to not say that out loud.
 
"What cartoon? If it was that Catdog shit, I'd cut my throat too."


His laugh sent a shiver down her spine that she hid with ease, but it caught her off guard all the same.
 
The man tilted his head.


"What cartoon? Let me think.. Moomins, I think. He said the Groke lived under his bed."


The man smiled and turned his dark eyes to her.


"But let me ask again. What does that beautiful smell in your car, hmm?"
 
Beautiful smell. He was certainly a man of mystery, a gorgeous one at that. She couldn't help but feel attracted to it.

"I'm shocked you consider it a beautiful smell, Ishimura. Not many do."
 
Ishimura looked at her. Suddenly he had.. Confidence. Not a slightest mark of fear.. Just.. Amusement.


"Shocked? I wouldn't say so.. I'm already inside your mind. Wicked, wicked mind."


The man uttered a laugh and tilted his head.. And his stare was difficult to ignore.


"But it is so very beautiful smell... I do so wonder what it does in here. Does your car have secrets in it, hmm?"


Another utter of laugh.
 
"Inside my mind? That's awfully bold of you." Elisabeth could tell that he was gaining the upper hand, which was not something she could allow. His stare pierced her but she forced herself to avert her eyes, using the road as a valid excuse to soak her attention.


"I cut my finger open with a box cutter, that's probably why it smells of blood."
 
Ishimura purred like a cat, still smiling.


"But it smells fresh.."


Man grabbed Elisabeths hand and looked her fingers.


"And no cuts here? How odd.. Pretty, pretty hand."
 
His touch was soft and strange, like polyester or crushed velvet. Elisabeth struggled not to jump as he grabbed her.


"Thank you," she responded. "But I'm driving. Don't do that while I'm behind the wheel, okay? If I kill you it'll be on my terms, not yours."
 
Ishimura smiled, purred little more, and let go, playing with his hair, dark as the night.


"Oh... I'm sure you would. You would like that, wouldn't you? Killing Ishi."


Man smiled, and before pulled his hand away, quickly stroked her cheek, uttering a laugh.

"Here's what's going to happen," Elisabeth stated with a deep voice, threatening, dominant. "You're going to put your hands in your fuckiing lap and keep them there until we get to our destination. You do not touch me. You do not touch anything. You shut your mouth and keep your goddamn hands to yourself. Understood?"
 
Before her voice and attitude would have caused fearful "squick" and obeying.. But suddenly Ishimura grabbed her wrist and twisted a bit; grip that was more than able to broke bones. He tilted his head and smiled, but there was fire in his dark eyes.


"Ishi doesn't like that. You don't want to make Ishi angry. So be a good girl, and behave. Hmm?"


He twisted little more, not hurting.. yet.
 
Her heels slammed on the brakes, jolting the car into a sudden stop. Elisabeth faced him. Such a beautiful face twisted with anger, distorted with a growing hatred that could scare the spirit from any man.


"You. Will. Stop."
 
Ishimura looked at her, and grip around her wrist tightened even more, and sudden twist surely hurt.. Ishimura himself was quiet, polite young man, but Ishi, in other hand, was extremely unstable. If he had been fearful before, now he was unable to feel fear.. Which had caused him troubles before, but also helped him to survive. And so he was equal opponent to her.. for now.


"You don't want Ishi to hurt you, do you? You want keep that pretty pretty face of yours, do you? And those pretty, pretty eyes, hmm? You don't want Ishi to drink your blood until there is no more, do you?"


Man smiled.. Manic smile.
 
Swiftly, with the all the grace and speed she could muster, Elisabeth swung her other fist around to deck him square in the jaw. "Shhh, sh sh shhh," she cooed like a mother to her child, pulling a pair of handcuffs from her garter and clasping them around his wrists, hooked around the bar of the passenger side door to ensure his hands stayed put. When he was successfully subdued, the blonde chuckled deeply in the man's ear and whispered ever so lightly.


"You can consider it in your calculations that if you touch me again, you won't have hands."
