Lore doesn't haven't to go in any order and its optional. You can work with other kingdom owners to make a past or not. Its up to how you want the history of your kingdom to be. There's no length requirements either. Make it as short or long as you want.

Its more like... they are the dark kingdom, there must be some clashing. IF you want, there surely can be interactions happened in times past. But i really WANT something to have happened with the dark kingdom.

When light is dark, is darkness bright? When sun is gone, does the moon make it day? There is no good, no bad at all. We may be bad, but what makes you better? Is there no killing, no excluding, no hate with you? Can you call yourself perfect? You do not, you will never do. And thus makes you not better than us, saying else would be presumptuous.
