Oh you're right.. Well, let me think about that. Maybe when she was young she was used by her parents for magic research and she got her powers from them testing on her? Soon after they realized she had gotten the powers, her parents could never be seen with her and abandoned her :3

but if they were testing on her, why wouldn't they want her to have powers(Seriously not trying to give you trouble, just want to understand)

Well no what i meant by that was moving forward via anything major. The whole watching the child is a minor plot point currently as compared to the water king.

My original intent was to have you guys post with the water king until his daughter would have been brought in as a bargaining chip. I then decided to go along with the playing around part as a way to wait.
