History: Began his career as a pirate by doing various jobs for people, such as stealing something, stealing someone, or, on occasion, killing someone. He often had to travel from one country to the next, which meant that he had to know how to operate and command a ship. After he was almost caught by the London police force, Code became a pirate. He worked alone and stole the crew and ship of any captain he came across. This is why he became known as Code Deathless: he never killed anyone as a pirate, just stole them and made them work for him. As is imaginable, many mutinies occurred. However, Code Deathless was always, as they say, 'one step ahead' of anyone who was plotting against him. By the time the crew had stormed his captain's quarters, Code was always long gone, on another ship.

Personality: SJ likes to get things done sooner rather than later. She doesn't procrastinate and enjoys the more 'manly' side of pirating. SJ loves to talk about anything and everything and makes friends rather easily when she isn't carrying out Captain's orders. She has two different modes: Work-mode and free-time. Work-Mode: SJ is very loud in this mode, running around and getting orders passed out. She usually doesn't take up idle chit-chat and frowns on joking matters. She also has a short fuse when things are not being done the correct way, so sometimes a tad bit of a hissy fit may emerge or a rather loud "WALK THE PLANK FLEA BAG". What can I say, she's dedicated. Free-time: Still the same opinionated SJ although she is more easier to be around. She enjoys laughing and talking about fishing, hunting, scavenging. Deep down she really cares for her crew but she doesn't let it show. SJ usually always starts her day off in a very good mood.

Samantha-Jo has long blonde hair and ocean--blue eyes. Her skin is rather pale which often raises questions on how she is from lower class. She wears brown boots with a tight corset top and matching shorts/pants (whatever she feels like wearing that day) and always has her bow with her.


History (optional): Samantha-Jo was born into a higher up family. Almost royalty even! She had been placed into an arranged marriage without being consulted and after seeing her father sculpt her life she couldn't stand it anymore. She had never liked the high class life, being told what to do and where to go, and how to dress. Her father had locked her in her room for two weeks when he caught her in breeches and riding horses with the stable hands. After her mother came to her room one night and told her a story about what her new life would bring Sam almost killed herself in her sleep. That was not what she wanted. She wanted to be free, do what she wanted, be able to come and go as she pleased. She wanted to find love on her own, do man-things, and most importantly she wanted to be able to wear breeches!


History(2): SJ tells every that she was a maids daughter and lived in the royal part of the city. Her mother served the royal family and that is why she is so pale and well mannered. She would tell her crew mates that after her mothers passing she was on her own and searched to be something more than a servant. Something free. This usually gets a believable reaction form others.


Weapon(s) of choice (optional): Long-bow, Sword, and hand-to-hand combat : Growing up SJ's family butler would take her to meet secret tutors where she had been taught hand-to-hand combat (her specialty) and archery. He had always thought there would be a day when the royal families and higher class would fall and wanted her to be taken care of no matter what. Shortly after the tutor had introduced the sword to her, her father found out and fired the butler, imprisoned the tutor, and once again SJ was stuck in her room for weeks at a time. This is what had made her father find her a suitable fiancee in the first place.

Personality: Samia is friendly towards almost everyone she meets. While she is kind to the crew she is fiercely loyal to she is known to roll a lit bomb into rooms of those who cause her friends harm. Most of her days she is in the galley cooking up a meal that will keep the moral high and always makes sure there is enough grog to go around. On a good day Samia is bubbly and is often found whistling to herself happily.

Age: Eighteen


Gender: Female


Personality: Annabeth is one of the quieter ones of the ship. She isn't one to talk unless someone mentions anything to do with astronomy. Bring up the moon, and she could go on for hours. She loves her job on the ship as the navigator, and could stare at the stars for hours at a time, ignoring that kink one she'd always get in her neck. She's friendly at times, but the majority of the time, she is harsh in her words, or just her looks. She never tries to be mean though, it just happens naturally.

History (optional): Annabeth grew up in an orphanage, around many other children. A habit among them was to tell fantastical stories about what they would do when they left the orphanage. Though all of them knew they would never come true, there was still that little glimmer of hope in each child's eyes as they shared their stories. Annabeth, told stories of flying. "When I leave this place, I'll make wings, that will take me all the way up there!" She would say, pointing up at the stars. The kids would gasp and gaze up into the sky in amazement, imagining a flying girl up above them.


Of course, when the time came for Annabeth to leave the orphanage, reality hit her. She knew she'd never be able to fly. After all, man would never fly. It was just impossible. Instead she found a job in which she loved, a navigator on a ship. A job where all she had to do was gaze at the stars and tell the ship where to go! She earned all the money she could to get the education she needed in astronomy, acing every class and pouncing on the job as soon as there was an opening.

Personality: Energetic and happy, and usually only looks on the bright side of things, but when she loses her temper, she can surely lose it, and most people that know her like to stay off that side of her, as she gets rash and hasty, and doesn't hesitate to do something that may be regrettable later on

History: She worked as a waiter in port for most of her life, even since when she was young, and she grew tired of it very soon, but had to sit through it her whole life. Then a rogue band of pirates came along and trashed the place she worked at, killing her friends she grew to love there, just when she was starting to like it there. Afterwards, coming out a cellar she hid in as the ruckus happened. She said to herself with a determined "A pirates life for me" as she took two revolvers off the ground of a pirate that died, and vowed revenge on the band of pirates that ruined her normal life.

Personality: Finn doesn't talk much, but the aura around him gives off that feeling of superiority. He never shows his weak side unless he is around people he is closest to. He prefers to spend his time on his own. Finn in fact, is a very caring person, but he just doesn't know how to show it. He looks intimidating to others, when he's really just a softie. Pathetic, maybe, but as long as he kept that strong reputation, he'd never appear soft to anyone.

Finn grew up in the same orphanage as Annabeth. He was surprisingly close to her, but they never considered each other anything but close friends. In the orphanage, as other children shared their hopes and dreams for in the future, he kept silent. He never shared his hopes and dreams, because he knew they would never come true. He wanted to live a life free of suffering, a life with no pain, or tears. Even if he had all the money in the world, it wasn't possible for his story to come true. The only person he had shared it with was Annabeth, and with that optimistic smile on her face, she told him his dream could come true. All he had to do was smile, and not let anything get in his way.


When he left the orphanage, he wandered about on his own for a while, picking up temporary jobs and looking for food. It wasn't long before Annabeth had ran up to him, telling him to join some kind of pirate crew. Of course, he refused in the beginning, but her stories of freedom, and life without troubles lured in him, and before he knew it, he had already signed up.

Personality:


Regimented, ordered and disciplined - Francis is the very picture of a career officer due to his time in the Royal Navy. He is polite to superiors and respectful of others.


Looks:


Francis has an angular, sharp face and dark hair. He has long black hair tied into a ponytail with a very short and well trimmed beard. He stand to attention and walks with a graceful poise.

Francis wears the iconic redcoat and tricorn hat of the Royal Navy. The uniform is beginning to wear out with the tails of the coat looking severely tattered and several pieces of the ornamentation broken and missing. The uniform's origin is recognizable but not nearly clean enough for an active officer, although some may mistake him in poor light.

The only clear aspect of Francis' history is that he was once a member of the Royal Navy and an officer. A trusted friend could, however, learn more of his past in time.

I hopw you guys don't mind that I kind of merged Annabeth and Finn together in one post. O: I figured it might be easier to do that when they're together.
 
Responding to the question in the RP - I'm not on the ship yet. In fact I don't even exist yet as I haven't posted.


Was just waiting until the introductions of others were done before jumping in.

Personality: Mel has a fiery temper and gets worked up quite easily. She usually stays away from everyone on the ship, taking the time just to think or take care of the enormous artillery on board the ship. It is easier this way for she has learned to control her temper if needed. She is often spotted below the deck near a open part of the ship, where the wind blows by the opening and fresh sea air blows in since she doesn't usually go far enough from the artillery to get air up on deck.. She loves being out at sea but also loves the adventures of being a pirate. If anyone actually took the time to talk to her they would see her absolute love of any and all adventure.

History (optional):Mel became an orphan when she was five years old and lived on the street with all the other orphaned kids. When she was still very little, she remembered seeing the pirates ship come in and ransack a part of the town. She loved the way the pirates looked and how they seemed so free and that day she set a goal to become a pirate. In an abandoned alley, she started to exercise and train herself to be just like the pirates she saw. As soon as she was old enough, Mel got a job and used all of her money to buy different weaponry. She was fascinated with all of the weapons she bought and learned how to use every single one of them perfect. Word got around about how amazing she was with any weapon and soon different crews were looking to take her aboard. Mel waited until the ship and crew that seemed perfect for her came around and quickly joined them as their master gunner. Now, four years later, Mel works with the same crew.
