Daryl ran through the forest running after a scream he heads. Once he was in a clearing of trees he see her. A woman being attacked. He brought up his crossbow and shot the walker in the head. Daryl stood there for a second watching the woman be pinned down by the dead walker. He finally ran up and pulled the walker off the woman. He looked over her as he crouched down. "Are you bit? Or scratched?" he asked her pulling out a rag and wiping the black ooze off her neck. "Are you okay?" He pulled her up from the ground, so she was standing.

Carol Peletier stared at the person who had just saved her life and shook her head hurriedly. "No...no bites. Or scratches. I'm okay, I'm...okay." She said, swallowing thickly and looking around frantically, as if searching for more walkers. "Thank you." She added afterwards, looking back over at her rescuer. She took a few steps backwards, looking over the ground and grabbing a lead pipe from the dirty leaves.
