The Void

"I only laughed because you'd be surprised how many times I've heard something similar." she replied. Eli smiled, before mimicking Sedrian's dark demeanor to a bit of an exaggerated feat, "'The rush I feel when I kill is unlike any other,' or maybe something along the lines of 'I live to take someone's last breath.'" She sighed, then laughed again.
 
"It's the only joy I feel ever since... That day..." Sedrian looked down at the ground, his expression changing from amused to sad.
 
Moose carried herself and her skirt through the crowd in the hopes that she might have caught up with Wes's fast crowd-surfing. She finally saw a glimpse of him before he vanished even more into the crowd without a trace. Stunned, Moose turned her head to try and find where he had went off to. "Wes?" She gave a little frown, then whirled around against the crowd. Eliza, who was following her, seemed to be lost in the crowd as well. "Eli?" Moose stopped to turn around and look for her. She was going against the flow of the crowd, making movement especially difficult. It was a miracle that she had found her... Along with some other person that seemed oddly familiar to her. "Eli? Sedrian?"
 
Sedrian's head shot up when he heard someone call his named, the person he saw, he didn't know her, he didn't think he knew her. "Who are you? How do you know me?"
 
Eli was about to say something to Sedrian, but then she heard a familiar voice. "Moose!" she said, standing from her knees and walking over to her. "Where did Wes go? Oh, never mind that. You should probably take a seat." she said to her, leading her over to the chair next to Sedrian, where she finally sat herself before gesturing for the girl to sit as well.


"By the way," she said to her new friend, pointing to her other companion. "This is Moose,"--she pointed to the girl--"and that's her tumor."--she motioned to the snake-like being on her head.
 
"Weren't we in that void together with all of the others? Don't you remember?" Moose gave him a perplexed look, before the honey snake that obscured part of her head unraveled itself and looked at him. "Wwhoo are yyoouu?" It said, with a menacing glare.


"Ah, Leviathan!" Moose wanted to say something, but she was a bit afraid of making thinks worse. She gestured to the seat Eliza pointed to and sat down. Leviathan persisted to give Sedrian a mean look.
 
"I don't remember all the people that were in the void with me. I don't remember any of them, I only remember the feeling of the eternal stretched out darkness of the void, it was bliss for me. There was no pain, no suffering, no people... I tried hard to remain alone in that void...It was perfect."
 
"...Really?..." Was all she could say. Besides that, she was quite speechless. A person like her who was normally cheery and optimistic would never understand how someone could actually enjoy being left alone in the void. Luckily for her, she had friends like Eliza, so being alone wasn't necessary. "That's... Quite scary."


"I do not trust him." Leviathan's head dropped down. He stopped glaring at Sedrian, and gave Moose a concerned look instead. "You must understand."
 
"I really don't care what you think of me, just know that I want to stop this as much as you do."
 
"Whatever has happened to this place, i think you know as well as I do that this isn't normal?"
 
"I mean stopping whatever the hell is making this all happen! Seriously you think that would be obvious."
 
(Sorry! Here ya go! Sorry for forcing you guys, I just wanted to get it back on track, and saw no better way.)


Kiki had made her way over to the large building as well, seeing that everyone else had gone there. She got there only moments before whatever it was started. She stared at a man, standing in front of everyone, with a number of people behind him. Kiki huffed, wondering what would happen. Most seemed quiet, though there were some who were less than silent.


She stared at them, then a booming voice sounded out above any other noise, "Silence! We are here today on such short notice because of an odd occurence. Everyone knows what I protect you from. There are evils out there, beyond that forest, that you cannot comprehend. There was an event. Something or someone was brought here! They are dangerous. Someone out there brought them here to distract us! To make us deviate! I will not allow it. We need to find these outsiders. We need to kill them, or send them back from whence they came! Even better! We can send them through the forest. Get them into it! They don't have a chance."


He laughed, and everyone looked at each other with fear in their eyes, and followed suit. One or two people though looked at the ones who had come through the void with surprise, and pointed at them, all of them. Including Kiki herself, and she was afraid. The main guy in the front laughed, "Well well, it seems we don't need to look for long. Take them away, lock them up for now." Guards, buff people who seemed impenetrable, walked out of nowhere and headed towards the people from the void. Anyone from there was quickly caught, and brought up to face the main guy.


He looked at them, "Anything to prove your innocence? We are kind here... we can give you a chance to speak. So. Speak!" He grinned, looking at them all, wondering what each would do. Kiki said nothing, just looked at him in shock.
 
Sedrian stood up and began laughing uncontrollably, each laugh sounding more and more insane. He threw his head back as huis mouth stretched almost unaturally across his face, and his eyes widened as much as they possibly could. clearly he was bipolar, and his bloodlust had been awakened, blood would be shed this day.
 
Eli was shocked, staring up at the man speaking with wide eyes. They were the reason everyone had gathered here? This is insane!


And then, everyone turned to face the four in the back, as well as Kiki, who seemed to have just arrived.


"Well well," the man spoke, "It seems we don't need to look for long. Take them away, lock them up for now." Then, guards rushed from behind him and apprehended the now five. She looked around, frantically searching for Wes in the crowd by to no avail, before eventually fighting back against the guard that guided her. Eventually, she had to be picked up and carried. When they all faced the speaker, Eliza didn't listen to what he had to say. All she could hear was Sedrian's laughing.
 
Sedrian finally stopped laughing, he looked up at the man with the most psycotic smile anyone had ever seen. "Do you really think we're going to submit to your brainwashing? Bring on all the guards you like, i'll kill every last one of them! It's time for some bloodshed!" he said with an insane voice.
 
"Do not speak for usss, you foolish child!" Leviathan hissed. He, too, was being restrained along with Moose. He was grabbed by the neck and tail, to avoid them doing any damage.


"Your highness, your majesty, we do not mean any harm. Except for this babbling buffoon over here who believes in destroying everything. We were only... Relocated... From our homes... If you would please let us off nicely, we will be on our way..."
 
"Do you honestly think he's just gonna let us go!? You idiot! He's either gonna turn us into one of his mindless slaves, or kill us all. So you can either fight, lose all of your mind, or die, you tell me which option sounds the most appealing"
 
"I would rather take my chances living, instead of talking about nonsense that will only make the kill happen sooner..."


"Stop it! Let's not fight now." Moose gave Sedrian a look. "Can you move? Or get me out of his grip? I can take this guy..."
 
"God, will you both just shut up!" Eliza yelled. "Do you really believe arguing is going to help? Threatening these people are much worse!" She let out a frustrated sigh before lowering her voice to normal, just above a whisper. "These people are obviously scared. Terrified, even." She looked over the crowd. "And I can't let you harm any of these civilians. I won't."
 
"Look behind you and see." Sedrian uses his Shadow Magic to forge a creature made completely of shadow behind the guard holding Moose. The Shadow creature shoves its arm into the guard, not creating any sort of hole, or blood, but causing the feeling of it as if it was happening, the guard releases his grip on Moose. "Too late." he said smirking at Eliza
 
Zack stared in horror as the man announced that they were being taken to prison, he looked around himself everyone was staring at him and the others from the void. He looked in the distance of the crowd although it was hard because of all the people Zack could make out three people who clearly stood bickering with each other then suddenly on of them summoning some sort of creature made of shadow, he charged through crowd to get a better look at what had happened. "What the hell did you just do. Are you insane !" Zack shouted at sedrian as the guard release him.
 
Jack,Jaacck, Jack!!!


Jack woke up to scream voice of Stale which gave him a headache. " Would you shut up for a minute my head hurts." he felt wet as he falling into pool then he remembered what happened. Jack jump up to scream at Stale only to realize that he could see Stale nor pond but more like pond was empty of any water.


"what hell.." Ah you mean pond, sorry but it was my only choice but then again I really moved by some sort of instinct.


Jack was confused as he couldn't see Stale nowhere " Where are you Stale, I swear god i am not playing around." oh I am right here, oh yeah sorry it was strange for me too. Look at your shoulder.


Jack looked down at shoulder to see his jumper was ripped of but what surprise him was blue tattoo of swirling waves covering from his shoulder to his elbow then went down as line to his palm. As Jack stared down at tattoo he realize that tattoo was not just blue but more like there was actual water that gave small faint pulse of light. " Am I dreaming?" Well you came from place as you describe as hell, saw bunch unnatural things and speaking with a spirit of pond but you think you dreaming because of tattoo appeared on your arm. Human and their weird priorities and reasoning. Jack stare as his arm still with disbelieve but then again Stale was right his whole situation was unbelievable. " So still where are you?"


I am right here in you but you right haft to take my own form. Jack's tattoo started to glow that it nearly blinded him and in front him was blue cat made partly by water as the blue fur was water but the white fur cover it mouth, jaw, nose, paws, ears and underbelly and it had weird eyes like color of seaweed.


So what do you think. Jack stared with his jaw dropping thinking this day can't get any weirder but next few words just made it off the top.


oh by the way, Jack forget to mention this but my whole pond of water is in you.
