So the good news is, both Jay and Queen are dark types and Hades is a ghost type, all of which are super effective against ghost types. So, we're not screwed if things go south.

Hades is named after the Greek god of the dead 'and' the King of the Underworld.

On the other hand, Hades (the Dusclops) would much rather prefer to be diplomatic and negotiate first, contrary to the naming.

I can't help but love it now that I realise it.

A ghostly Pokemon that moves at a snail's pace, with the endurance of a tank and an ominously scary name.

Is actually a gentle giant.

Hades actually wasn't all that scary. I mean, he was but he get's a pretty bad rap. While he did kidnap Persephone he never tried to force her to marry him. Sure he locked her in a room but altogether he treated her rather nicely. He probably wouldn't even have kidnapped her if he hadn't taken advice from Zeus who does not know how to keep it in his pants.

All things considered he was a pretty nice guy who got the short end of the cosmic stick.

Also he named his giant three headed hell hound spot so there's that.

Went on a nostalgia trip with Pearl/Diamond. Of course, I remembered some of the Gym Leaders, and its safe to say that Roark is very similar in looks to Ezra.
