The vampires rule and humans serve

(No, sleep is important! I understood that after a while, and I myself fell asleep ^^; ;)

Ciel watched as the woman who had entered walked into the kitchen, as Ciel was not happy having another person in this house. Yet another one to watch his every movement, but he was still getting out. Even though it was definitely harder now that there were two vampires here, he had to remember to be careful not to cut himself tomorrow, otherwise he would have two vampires commanding him, and if he could stand his ground when there were two, he did not know. "I would rather share a room with Alex," Ciel answered right away, the last thing he wished for was sharing a room with a bloodsucking vampire.

Ciel saw the woman mouth back at him, and sighed in relief. He was more afraid to think what would happen if Sebastian was even more ticked off than earlier, and what would happen if he found out he tried to pick the door. There was also no silver in his house, attacking head on was a bad idea. He had to find a way around that... That, and he wanted to go back to the room from yesterday, the room with the field and flowers. It was a sort of freedom inside captivity, it was the best he could get for now, and he was getting there. One way or another.

(^^' Well I hope you slept well.))

If he was to cut himself the woman would not command him for long unlike her brother showing restraint she didn't if there was a cut she was hungry and would feed. She had about a minute before she would loose her control. Sebastian nodded. "Well if Alex wants to to then that is fine." He said nodded. Erin smiled at him her gold eyes moved to look at his blonde hair. She hadn't met a human with such a colour of hair.

Sebastian left to go and started making lunch. The vampiress took off her black cloak and set it on the side and removed her black gloves, putting them with the cloak. Though her long hair looked modern her clothes gave an idea to the time period she was born. Her clothes were muddy in colour being a brow-red. The bodies was close in fit and stopped at her hip. Then a skirt lightly fanned out stopping at her ankles. A white petticoat showing about half an inch under the skirt. "I would not test him for at least another week." She worned him knowing well what he was thinking. "Even I am scared of my brothers fury." She added and went to going into the room a bit more. The neko catching her intrest. She sat beside him and petted him, pulling the neko onto her lap owhich he curled up

"Okay," Ciel said without hesitation, there was no reason to quarrel with that and he did not wish to pick another fight so early after he had already picked one. He had to try the spoon thing tomorrow too though, or maybe later when he was given the chance. It was harder now that three were looking, but basically, if Alex kept being as sleepy as he had been before, then it would return to only being two. However, that was limited tot he times were he was half asleep, which meant before or after he went to bed. Maybe if he was lucky, he could try again tonight. Sebastian was in his room, and he had no clue where the vampiress was going to sleep, but Alex was the one to decide that. Hopefully Alex wanted to share a room with him, or maybe just share it with the vampiress. He was not sleeping in the same room, that was for sure.

Ciel watched as Sebastian walked off into the kitchen, and hoped that he had managed to wash all the blood away. He would definitely just get angry again, if he missed a spot after all. The vampiress made herself at home as she removed her cloak, as she was definitely far older than Ciel, and who knew what her real age was? He sighed, not wishing to think about the matter as he walked over to one of the couches, and sat on the complete opposite side, as far away from the vampiress as possible, grabbing a random book from the nearby shelf as he began reading, he had nothing else to do, and it was a nice way of calming down. His heart had raced after all, since he had seen Sebastian's scary side, but only a portion of it, and he knew that far too well.

He started cooking a lasagne for lunch. She looked at him reading and shook her head looking back to the neko. She usually shared a room with Alex and left Sebastian to have the big bed alone. Though she wasn't sure if Alex would want Ciel. Not that she minded sharing a bed with Sebastian for the time she was here. It was really just a place she could rest her mind, body and eyes. Erin listened to the two creatures hearts. The humans much faster than the calm neko's. She sighed and leaned back. Even the couch would do. She looked over at him again. "What age are you, Ciel?"

"I'm 19, why?" Ciel asked her back, peeking over the book he was reading. His fingers actually still hurt from when he cut himself earlier, even though he was still going to cut more, as he loved eating apples, and his habit of cutting them would not get thrown out the window due to a vampire's blood lust. If they could not control it, then what was the reason for them to keep humans in the first place? He had always wondered why vampires kept them as slaves, yes they needed someone to feed on, but Sebastian had yet to do so to Ciel. This brought yet another question, why did Sebastian buy him? Or why did he want a slave at all? The vampiress had said that he did not want one, or so Sebastian had stated earlier. It was strange, though nothing in this house seemed normal.

She nodded. "I was curious. My brother never told me." She answered. "I also thought you would be older thought that was me comparing you to Alex so that could explain it," she said looking to the neko on her lap, scratching behind his ear. "He acts more cat like than I have seen which makes him seem young." She commented. "How did you get put into the system?" She asked continuing to look at the neko. The female vampire's spare hand came up and tucked as much of her thick her behind her hair. She failed to get it all back so some fell forward again. She sighed but smiled softly, little fangs showing behind her red lips.

She was not hungry or being threatening. The breed a vampire was has some to do with the parent vampire but also had to do with blood type and other factors that were individual to the human before turning or being born. Her breed did not have the ability to retract or extend fangs. They were always out. The four sharp teeth were small though. Smaller than a male of her breed but they did their job well. She licked along her top teeth thinking as she waited for the human to answer. Her shoes were black and red small heeled spat shoes that came up a little aboce her anckle. Red was the main colour.

"I know, he acts like a cat. Though that's not bad..." Ciel said as he hid his blush behind the book, pulling it higher up as he hoped to hide it from the vampiress, as he continued to pretend he was reading, even though he clearly was not reading anything, he had yet to know what the book was about, as he had barely read a paragraph of the book. However, unlike Sebastian, this vampiress was asking a lot of questions, clearly very curious about him as he kept his face behind the book, carefully changing its position to perfectly hide his entire face from the vampiress' sights, as he continued to talk to her.

"That is none of your business. I have no obligation to tell that to anyone," Ciel answered, he did not wish to talk about his past. It only gave reminded him of his bad past, something he did not wish to be reminded off. In truth, he wished he could forget everything so that it would be better wondering what it was to have a family, than to lose it to a vampire. The thought hit him that he was conversing with one right now, but he could not do anything about that part, as long as she kept her fangs to herself, Ciel would do the same. There was no way any fangs was making their ways into his body, he had even confronted most of his previous owners about it, and made a deal that he would not struggle as long as he could cut his own wrist, giving them the blood instead of having them bite him. It was a sort of bonding thing vampires did, and the last thing Ciel wanted was to be bound to a vampire.

"Something bad." She guessed and looked at him noticing he was looking at her fangs. "Don't worry. I am not hungry. I just can't retract them like my brother can." She started to tap her foot. The metal on the sole clipping on the ground as she did. The neko's ears flicked as he began to notice the new scent. Jasmine and Lotus perfume. He was trying to ignore it but it was strong in his nose. The neko stretched and opened his eyes. He frist saw Ciel and mewed at him. Then looked up to see whos lap he was on and smiled at Erin. It had been a couple of years but he remembered her. He mewed as he got a kiss on the cheek.

Sebastian came in and sat between them as that was the only space. Though he let Ciel have the sapre space sitting closer to his sister as that seemed the way it was meant to be. He petted Alex's head. "There is about an hour or so until food." He told them. Then looked to ALex. "Hello, who do you want to share a bed room with?" He asked the sleepy neko who looked at each of them. He didn't know who he wantd to share. With. His brow furrowed as he thought.

Ciel peeked up from the book as Alex mewed at him, seemingly he had woken up from his afternoon nap and frankly Ciel had no clue how it was possible to sleep for so long. He sighed, as he put down the book, his cheeks were no longer red so there was no need to hide them from anyone's sight. It seemed as Alex new who the vampiress was, and even though she told him that she wasn't going to bite him, there was no believing those words. The only thing he needed to do was bleed, and if he was getting out of this house 'bleed' was maybe the thing he had to do, he would pick the lock using his fingernails if he had to after all.

Sebastian sat down next to him, as he felt a bit better sitting next to Sebastian than Erin, he held nothing against her, only that he did not trust her. It was not as if he trusted Sebastian more, but at the very least he knew a little bit about Sebastian, he was a very confusing vampire after all. After everything Ciel had done, he expected nothing, but getting a beating or maybe being chained outside for at least three hours. Sebastian asked who Alex wanted to share a room with, and Alex seemed actually confused. Ciel sighed, and then he looked over to Alex. "You can sleep with... Erin was it? If you want. I can take the couch," Ciel offered, thinking it was a golden chance to be in the lounge completely alone, and the spoon would be there.

Alex shook his head and pointed to Ciel. He wanted to share a room with him. He also didn't want him on the couch. It was not really that comfy to sleep on and he only did when napping.

"Okay." Sebastian spoke." You two can have the two bedded room and you are in with me Erin." He said looking to his sister, to which Erin smiled. Then glanced at Ciel. "The sofa is not comfortable. You should stick to a bed. It also is warmer to have a bed." She wasn't going to let him try to leave or at least make it harder for him while she was here. Sebastian's phone rang from the kitchen and he got up to answer it, speaking quietly. It was the lawyers. They needed him to travel for a case. "That wont be happening. They will need to come here if they want me. I have someone staying for awhile and I ca not leave them alone." The was a gap before he spoke again. "Well, fine I can travel that far but not tonight." Again he listened. "Why is it so... Huh. Fine. I will be there when my meal is finished. Okay?" He nodded. "Half an hour then." The said and didn't talk anymore but didn't hang up. He was just listening.

His sister frowned. "He just finished a case. That is why I came." She looked at Ciel. "And to come and see what you are like." She smiled but sighed. "How long was he yesterday? I haven't been here before when he had a case before." She wasn't sure he would have been awake for it but it was worth asking.

"Okay, that's fine," Ciel said not to show his disappointment about not getting the couch, even if it was rock hard it was a golden opportunity to try picking the door once more, even though it seemed as that was not going to happen. He could have taken the floor, or the hallway, but it seemed as they were having other plans for him. If he was lucky, maybe he could sneak away when Alex was sleeping? He was clearly not in any conscious state when he was asleep or half asleep, so it was not a bad idea, but would he really manage to pick the lock with the end of a spoon? He was starting to doubt that more than anything, but everything was worth a shot.

Sebastian's phone rang for the first time as Ciel had heard it, as he disappeared to take it, it seemed as it was quite urgent as he was about to leave in half an hour. The call continued, as Sebastian stopped talking and simply listened to the voice on the other side. Ciel had no clue what Sebastian was working as, and when Erin said he had just finished a 'case' he immediately thought about a detective. Was he really a detective? Then how did he not notice what he was doing to the door's lock? Maybe he should check the lock to see if he left any scratches... "A case? Why would you be interested in my anyway?" Ciel asked Erin, a bit curious about her interest in him. He was not that special, was he? "How long... what do you mean? He was here the entire day yesterday, except when he went to his room of course," Ciel answered honestly, there was no reason to lie about the rooms, even though he did not go into details about where it was.

Alex saw it was going to rain again soon and took the jey Erin held out to him noticing he wanted to go out. With the key the neko went and unlocked the door slipping out and locked it again. Then went to go round the back garden. He had gardening to do that would not be fun if it was raining. So went to get in done soon. Also the light still outside seemed as though Erin should not have been out in it not that she thought of such. She had a slight tolerance to it and with her cape could get from the car to the door fine. Though Sebastian going out in half an hour was not a likely thing as it was coming up to mid day the hottest and most sunny part of the day.

She looked at him thinking before she replied to him. "My brother is a lawyer of the supernatural he had a case for defending someone that he failed yesterday." She told him watching his thoughtful face. "I was curious as I have not seen a human with such genes as you. I wanted to see what they looked like together." She was a hunter but also loved the study of humans which she would do from time to time too. She just found the race so interesting. The women nodded. "Okay thank-you. I just wondered how long he was out for the night. I assume you fell asleep before he left then." She nodded. The woman was still tapping her foot her legs now crossed as she turned her body to face him.

Soon Sebastian came out. "I am going to have to go." He told them. "It will probably be the rest of the day. I am not sure about into the night but they need me in. A werewolf has got into something with a vampire. But the vampire is someone they want taken down rather than the wolf. So I have to go and assist the wolf in doing such." Wolf was used as a slightly derogatory term for a werewolf by vampires. Thogh it was also a common word. So it sould have to be taken in context as to whether such a word was being used in a bad way. For Sebastian it was not. "You will be alright with me leaving you with Alex and my sister?" He asked. He wasn't worried about where Alex was as he saw him out the kitchen window.

Ciel looked over to the neko as he disappeared out, locking the door safely behind him as it seemed as they were all very vary of him wishing to escape, but they could not entirely blame him for wishing to escape, as he had no good relationship with any vampire and he was not going to start having one right now. "A lawyer? A werewolf and a vampire, he got a good education then," Ciel muttered to himself with a thoughtful expression as he had no clue that werewolves and vampires needed lawyers in the first place, it was the only sign he had ever seen of them having a proper society, even though he did not dare to say that out loud, who knew how many he would offend in this room?

"My genes? What do you mean?" Ciel asked her, generally really curious now as she had successfully gotten his full attention, as right now he was actually having a real conversation with a vampire, without thinking of escaping. It was good to have his head think of something else, as his shoulder went down and seemed less tense, and then he wondered about her curiosity, why was she curious about humans? And even if she was, why didn't she just get a slave of her own? Maybe she could not afford for one, but in that sense couldn't Sebastian buy one for her? He truly did not understand their society and culture at all, but speaking truthfully he did not want to either.

Sebastian walked over to them, telling he was about to leave for the rest of the day, maybe even the night. That meant that trying to sneak out tonight was a terrible idea, what was he suppose to do if he got caught while he was looking? He explained the case to them, probably mostly to Erin as Ciel felt a little confused about the whole thing, a werewolf got something to do with a vampire, and the vampire was someone they wanted to take down. Was that how lawyers were supposed to work? He couldn't tell, he knew nothing of it after all. "Sure, I'll be fine," Ciel said to Sebastian, now it was really just Erin watching over him. If he was lucky, he would manage to sneak away just fine when it was only Erin watching him.

He nodded watching them both and went to his room. He was going to have to get a sunscreen potion. Erin looked at him. "Blonde hair and blue eyes. I have never seen it before." She smiled at him softly. She could tell she had his interest. "I take part in the study of humans now and again. " Sebastian had ignored the murmur but his sister was not going to. "What did you mean by 'A werewolf and a vampire, he got a good education then'?" She asked him watching him and moving a bit closer to see his reaction. Lawyers were a rare job as it was hard, a lot harder than it was for humans as there were more rules to govern all the species and some didn't apply to one breed or a race but another. It was all very complicated. Though she did not like people making comments about her brother. Her other foot joined in the tapping. Them tapping alternately.

"Never? I do suppose I got a lot of comments about it..." Ciel said to her statement about never seeing one before, though it was rare for people nowadays to be born with blue eyes and blonde hair, the more common now was dark hair and dark eyes. Maybe because most of the blonde human girls in this world was now slaves, and those would rarely have children after all. "Study... hm... that makes you a scientist," Ciel concluded as it seemed they both had very good jobs, and very sturdy education. Maybe there was more to vampires, than just sucking blood though he found that statement a little hard to believe, but said nothing about it as he only continued to converse with her, seeing as he was already getting more and more interested as this conversation carried on.

"I have never heard of werewolves, just read about it, but never seen a real one. That and... I did not know, that vampires had jobs like that," Ciel answered her question as he heard her foot tapping on the floor, it had been tapping for a while now and he was quite curious why she did it in the first place, but he was not thinking of making a comment about it. There was nothing he gained from asking all these questions, but needless to say his curiosity always seemed to get the best of him. "What was the case about? The one with the vampire and werewolf," Ciel asked her, not certain if she knew, but it was definitely worth a shot.

She shook her head, never. Blonde and blue eyes was a trait that was liked highly by some vampires. She liked it but liked all variations. She though that physically they looked like each other and found her preferences for look did not change between the races. She laughed at the assumption and shook her head. "I am a hunter by trade. I just like to learn when I can about the race." The vampiress watching him as he thought and spoke. "What kind f jobs did you think we had?" She asked less amused.

"I do not know what his current case is but the vampire is a slave trader which just so happens to be illegal. I do not know abut the werewolf."
She said truthfully. His last case had been a vampire with a mental problem claiming that a dead vampire was not truly dead and trying to frame him for the crime of killing their own. Though Sebastian got him of as having a mental disorder, which was true. Luckily he could prove it. Not that Sebastian was happy about it as mental vampires were not given the best treatment.

(Fell asleep ^^;; Though it is weekend now! *celebration*)

"It has become a bit rare, I haven't seen many with the same hair color and eye color as me, so I suppose that's right. "A hunter? What sort of hunter?" Ciel asked her very curious, as there were many types of hunters. Was she a human hunter, a vampire hunter, a werewolf hunter or just a job hunter? There was so many things as he did not know about the vampires, though he had never in his entire life sat together with a vampire and enjoyed their conversation, though right now he felt as he did. There was no short answers, and he did not answer short himself either as he kept the conversation going. The next question she asked, however was one he did not want to answer. Honestly he thought most of them were simply spoiled brats, but that was a thought he kept to himself.

"A slave trader... I honestly hopes he get shut away in prison then," Ciel muttered the last part about his sentence mostly to himself as he still did not like the word, it was a slave trader that he had been sold to in the beginning after all. It was good to sort of know that even vampires had some sort of society and rules, since who knew what would happen if a vampire went berserk? The mere thought gave Ciel shivers.

(It is okay and Yay! *serves cake.*)

She liked that he seemed to be enjoying talking to her even if when she had arrived he had been trying to escape. It seem to have left his mind as she was his body relax as well as his heart beat. He was also not seeming to be looking around as much though she thought that could be subconscious as he was trying to look for ways out. he feet stopped tapping as she watched him. The foot tapping was a habit from when she was alive and it just had continued. "Yes, more so in males than female. though I have heard there is a special market just for such traits. Though I think they would be worse than such sales that are not." She said frowning. The thought of having a sale for the traits wasn't what bothered her. It was the way they could get a whole sales worth of humans with such traits. "I hunt whatever I am hired to as long as it does not conflict with my moral ground." She said. "So that would be nearly any jobs to do with humans for a vampire or anything against other vampires. Usually I hunt for witches or butchers." She really did know if hunter was the term but it was what she was given what she got to the age of registration for a job.

"That would depend of many things. His blood status and rank for two." She told him the mutter not hard for her vampire hearing to pick up. "Though he would not go to prison as we do not have such a thing. We have different things for different crimes." She explained. It seemed that to Ciel she was explaining ho they had a society and rules when he thought they had none. She hated to think what he would do if if ever saw a vampire that did not follow the society or rules as like humans there were ones. Just some got away with it lightly due to status or blood rank.

(CAKE! :D )

"So a hunter for hire. That is quite the interesting job," Ciel said as it seemed she had picked up every part of his sentence, even the one he had muttered, though it was not meant to be rude towards any other vampires. "How do you deal with criminal vampires then?" Ciel asked really curious about this new vampire society, it was a nice thing to know they had some sort of society, especially after that most of the human society has turned into a slave market for them to supervise, but in some sort of ways it seemed as most of their old society and ways had rubbed off onto the vampires as well.

There was still a lot he did not know about the vampires, and in some ways he enjoyed knowing little about them. It made him ever so slightly a bit angry to think he did have something in common with them, but they were more than just a little alike. The only thing that was required for a human to become a vampire was a bite after all, and then he or she could turn. There was probably more to it than just a bite, but that he did not know what was. Her foot stopped tapping, as complete silence filled the room they were in as Alex was still outside, Ciel thought he saw his black tail pass the kitchen window a few times. "Blood rank?" Ciel asked, as that was a rather peculiar word, and what did it mean. Was it his blood, or how many humans he had drunk blood from? Honestly, he knew less than he thought.

( :D

Oh my goodness, I thought I had hit send. I am so sorry.)

Most kept their old societies way but slaves were becoming a new part of it, even though illegally. Though the humans were there and if there were to many in a village rather than kill them the owner of the village would sell off the spare, which was legal as it could be done to make numbers up in other villages. Though some traders as they paid higher prices than some villages now. "Many ways. It depends on the crime. Some are staked, others maybe added to the garden, buried in a silver bound coffin for a certain number of years, death by fire or turning a human in rare cases." She listed a few of the main ones then the last she added as it was rare and not a known punishment among a lot of vampires. She only knew of it because her brother had dealt with a case where that had been the punishment.

Alex was working on the ground so was on his hands and knees to do most of the work and rather than get up and walk between short distances he just shuffled along in the position he was in. His tail was up as he was happy. So when working around the window area, going back and forth where the ground was raised a bit his tail would show in the window before he moved on or just for a moment as he went past. Most slaves learned only what they needed so she was not surprised that so many things were alien to him about what they were like. Blood rank had changed over the years as their society had. Though the meaning was now a constant and had been for many centuries. "It had changed over time but now it means a few things added together for a base rank. Gender and breed are one category, made or born, if they are half breed, assigned job and there is also blood type of the vampire." All those categories were constants and never changed. "The ones that can change our rank are; number of childe how many born and how many created; age, partners in marriage or other wise and wealth. This can all change and will affect our rank for better or worse." She liked to make sure she gave all the information she could so that there could be no misconceptions if he later heard something else and was not sure if it was true or not. she could't help it it was her nature, again from when she was human.

"I see... then vampires have quite the complicated society themselves..." Ciel said as he felt he was understanding the vampires more and more. Though, now that he got to know so much about vampires he felt hungry, and the food was suppose to be finished so he stood up and placed the book he had picked up back in its rightful place. There was no reason for him to create a mess, especially since he wasn't cleaning it. There was no way Ciel was going to slave for anyone else, except himself of course. He walked over to the kitchen to spot Alex' tail a few more times, but only for some brief seconds as it seemed he was working hard in the garden.

That was a job Ciel did not mind if he could have done, even if he had to be chained to the wall. He had gotten so little of fresh air since he was sold off as a slave, but he had no one, but himself to thank for that. It was his own fault for not behaving like a good slave so his masters could trust him, but he simply did not want to obey one single command. Like Sebastian earlier today, he sort of refused in some way, but it was not meant to get as serious as he was to be bruised by him. However, he knew he had gotten off the hook far more easy than he should have been, as he had been hit in the past for not listening to his master. Ciel held on top of the bruise again, it would probably go away after a few days, but it still hurt.

This was nowhere close to where Sebastian was about to snap, and the mere thought about Sebastian getting angry with him filled him with some sort of terror. He had seen several vampires get angry, but it was over so small things like him refusing to give them his blood, or refused to work for them even if they had paid good money for him. He earned none of the money, and there was no reason for him to earn it either. Even if he had money, what was he going to do about it? He sighed, as he sat down leaving his arm and the thoughts about Sebastian angry alone. He was ready to eat, and then he wanted to take a quick shower, and lastly sneak into the room he had been in yesterday. The flowers, the field, the air... he wanted to go back there. To fall asleep there again, and then to wake up there.

((Oh no, that's fine ^^ I tend to forget sometimes too ^^; ;) )

She nodded and let him get up as she could smell the food was done and they had been talking for a long while so Ciel must be hungry. She got up to go and look out the window at Alex was he worked. She wanted to see if it was raining. Not that it mattered. Alex would just hide under the tree till it stopped but he would be stuck as he did not like the rain. She glanced at Ciel holding the bruise. She could tell it must hurt but it was mild and would go in a few days but to a human she supposed that would be a long time to hurt even a bit. She motioned for the nko to come in when he got up and looked through the window. He then disappeared from the window.

She helped by getting the silverware and china out for the two of them to eat. She got two jugs, one of milk and one of water. She set out three cups. One with each plate and one at a seat she would be using. There was the ound of the front door opening and closing before the neko appeared and gave Erin her key. She tucked it into her dress and sat at the table. Alex got out the lasanie and started to share it out between the two dishes. He felt bad for taking some of Ciel's hips the other day so put more food on the human's plate. There was still some in the dish as it was big and to share it all out would be waistful if they go full. He sat on the left of Erin and watched Ciel, waiting for him as Erin poured milk out for Alex and water for herself.

Ciel noticed how they were using silverware, even though it was the one weakness, at the very least one of the few he knew about, that the vampires had, she still allowed him to use the silverware. Though he was not planning on attacking anyone, there was no reason to attack anyone. He did not enjoy harming anyone, it only made it so he went back down to their level of using violence to show off power, and he was not about to stoop that low. He watched Alex as he filled his plate with food, filling more on his plate than he did yesterday as he smiled to him. He was feeling guilty about yesterday probably, but Ciel was fine with it.

Of course, he would have loved those extra chips that Alex had taken the liberty to steal, but that was all in the past and what was behind him was behind him. There was no reason to hold anything against him after all. Erin began pouring their glasses as Ciel took a glass of water, he had rarely had milk, as it was a luxury his family could not afford to when he lived with them, so water was something he found refreshing. He began eating the lasagna, and smiled. It was quite tasty, and now that he was hungry he felt great getting some food down his belly. It was almost to the point where he became desperate, though he was more hungry yesterday.

The silverware was locked away. Though Erin was not scared of him having such. She did not see him having a need to attack her, nor did he really seem the type to want to. She sipped her water as milk though tasty was something she do limit. Vampires could not eat food as anything other than blood made them horribly sick. Liquids on the other hand were okay. Water being something with no restriction. But other liquids had to be taken in moderation. Not that born vampire, like Sebastian, where likely to do such as they never had it anyway. But Erin had loved milk as a human and would drink it on occasion possibly now if Alex did not drink to much. As after all the food and drink was not for her.

Alex had only taken the chips as it was just that he could, there was no malice in it he just liked food. So this time had less. Alex of course had his milk drinking his first cup before starting his meal, which he enjoyed, his tail swayed and his ears moved as he ate. Occasionally he would look up at the vampire and and human in his company. Though ignored them for the most part unless he needed more drink. The vampiress drank her water, in sips occasionally. She did not know what to talk about.

Ciel enjoyed the quietness they were having during the dinner, even though it felt a bit weird and awkward as well. Alex was drinking his milk down in one shot, and it seemed as Erin was not eating either. Sebastian had made the food for them yesterday, but he had too not taken one bite of the food he had prepared. Maybe they could not eat the food? If they were only living on blood, then what was Sebastian suppose to eat, and when? It was definitely not his blood, and even if it was to be his blood, then he had to go through the same procedure as every other vampire before him. No vampire was going to bite him, not one fang was going to make it into his skin, not as long as he was breathing at the very least.

The rain began to pour outside as Ciel finished his meal, feeling stuffed as he began putting the dishes in the sink, as he remembered today it was his time to do the dishes as Alex did them yesterday. Was his clumsiness going to hit him again? He was terrible at doing housework, but now was as good time as any to start doing more housework, plus it was not as if anyone commanded him to do it, as he did out of his own free will, or rather to be fair towards Alex. "Erin, can't vampires eat normal food?" Ciel asked as he continued to clean off the table and placing it in the sink as he looked a bit around for soap and a clean towel to get ready to do the dishes as he wanted to take a shower, and then disappear into Sebastian's 'secret' corridor.
