I've only accepted one character so far, I'm going to start assessing the other CS' this weekend. So it's just a matter of if you submit a CS to be looked at 0_0

I've read everyone's CS, and I'm judging and basing what is nuanced and makes the most sense for what I want in my RP at my discretion. Not erratic, selective. Just because I've accepted those I have so far doesn't mean others already made won't be accepted. But also I have criteria I want as well.
