The whole arena was awash with loud cheering
Announcer: that was absolutely incredible, the winner is Jennifer and Alexis!! They pulled it from a tie at the last second with a super effective move
As the crowd cheered Jenny told Alexis to do something before walking to Jordan "well done, I had to change strategies after your Snorunt evolved" she smiled "she is strong that's for sure" she added as Alexis brought the weakened Froslass back to Jordan "Alexis use wish" Jenny stated, Alexis nodded and held her hands together before glowing for a couple seconds, after which Froslass flew for the same amount of time and was fully recovered

Jordan stood there with a smile even though he lost. He felt a little down. But that was the hurt pride part of him that seemed as if he was crushed. The thing was... he wasn't all that upset as he knew that in the end... If he were to win... it wouldn't matter much as he was just there to try out and see how it'd go. Gaby wanted to also win too... They all did... But as it was, they had to face the reality of it all. They couldn't always win every single time. Nothing would remain interesting then. It was just that simple. He smiled and nodded.
Jordan: I kinda feel like that win was taken from me. But i can't deny that you kicked my ass with that battle. You're the second girl that did. My sister was the other girl that had made way with that. It seems that i can beat male trainers. But girls... Damn. They kick my ass every time. I feel like i have been a victim of *Making a imitation sound of a whip* Whiplash. Normally... I'd ask for a rematch. But what the hell... This one's on the house. In fact... it was fun. *Grins* You had to changed strategies when my Snorunt evolved? Seriously? You. the one who's a celeb cook and a top battler. Changing strategies at the 11th hour. That's hard to believe. But there are weirder things that have happened during battles. Especially when it was like... this. *Smiles* But you got a point... My Froslass is pretty amazing. She's got lots of power in her fight. I might need to make lots of money so i can get things that will raise her stats more. Make them higher and see her get stronger and tougher.
Jordan was lamenting on all that went on in the contest and smiled as he thought more about all he dealt with in the contest. The contest was so high on his mind that he forgot all about Macie. Even though he was still unhappy with Macie for what she made his sister do. However... the contest seemed to make him forget all about that... So it didn't really matter anyway.

Cherry was still spooked and yet... knew that it was for the best. What she didn't tell Alden was that this encounter was not catch the pokemon... It wasn't gonna be till much later at a more crucial point.
Kevin: So... What's the scoop? We capture? Or do we just face it and meet then split till we come across it later?

Alden shrugged, returning his shuddering Riolu to its ball. He thought back to something Dave, not his riolu but his cousin, had told him back in Nova Scotia.
He had once told him of a group of people who had passed through town, who hunted for legendary pokemon. He'd struck up a conversation with them, and they talked a little about the tactics they used to track down legendaries. They told him about how they would try and get a sighting or sound of the Pokemon, then try to move around and encircle it. It usually wasnt successful, but they'd had plenty of close calls.
"Well, it's up to you whether or not we move to catch" Alden finally said. "But either way, my cousin told me about some legendary catching tactics he learned. Those might come in handy if we are trying to even get close to this thing."

Rikku: Right. But does it mean that we let it pin us down with fear?

The Legendary pokemon was now face to face with them. Staring them down with a curious look. Not sure what to make of them. It was seeking to be caught. But as it was... it was too soon. It wasn't time yet to do any catching. So Cherry looked at it.
Leslie: What do you think it wants?
Jewel: Maybe it's just wanting to meet us. See what we might do.
Jewel was shooting to be a Pokemon Ranger. Which of course... she was. But being on the journey like this... it was giving her new senses of meaning.
It was only a moment later when she walked up to it and used what skills of a pokemon Ranger that she had and got it to take its leave in peace.
Blossom L. Burke: *With shock* What did you do?
Jewel: Nothing. Just kindly spoke to it using my Ranger skills. It was calm and understood. *Nods*
Krissy: *Looking around* Now what?
Cherry: *Sighs* We head off. To Cleveland.

They all said their goodbyes and walked out from the contest hall...
It was night time and since it was hours since they've all last eaten anything so they went back up to the main drag and made their way over to Popeye's. for some good ole Chicken. By time that they were all done with their food... they made off to the next city which was St. Louis. Not knowing that Macie was somewhere in St. Louis spending the night in a hotel. Ridge happened to start feel as if he was gonna be just a part of Macie's past. It wasn't the case though... But since Macie's started to be on her way to becoming famous... It was like she wasn't the same person that Ridge knew anymore. Was this to be... a bad thing?
Joanna: *Sighs* We should ride on our pokemon. the ones that can fly. Fly our way to the next town.
Ridge: Yeah. Macie's probably further ahead than that. Isn't she?
Jessie: Yeah.
Jordan: Oh... There's someone that's gonna be joining us. This is Ginger Feldman Kessler.
Ginger: Hey guys. Whassup?

Macie had some Pokemon food out for her pokemon and saw to it that they ate well and good. The others did too. With their pokemon. But all while they were eating, Macie felt rather nervous about the next day and was still shook from learning that she'd have to do a concert. It was really getting to her as she was nowhere near ready for one. At least not at that moment as it was just so new to her. She walked over to the window and looked out. She looked to see Leonetta looking out the window as well. It seemed that she too was with some concerns.
Macie: Leonetta? Uhm, You mind if we talk a little bit. Just us?

Ridge: Yeah.
Ginger: Holy damn... I was there at that contest. I wasn't a contestant... but i was watching it. She's that Rising star lady. She was the one that was hand picked by that Talent Agent. Oh my god.
Joanna: Yeah. You saw right. She's with him. She's a singer. *Sighs* We'll see her again someday... but right now... it's just not gonna happen. It's just how it's gotta be.

It was then that they made their way on to the next town... they were on their way as it was... but now they had to put some traction behind them if they were to make it there before midnight.

Plus, everyone at the compition loved you. That was a small crowd. The only difference between there and your concert is that this is all about you. There's no contest, so there's no rush. Just take your time and do your best girlfriend. And if somehow you do end up not doing well, you could always hop back on the road with us. Your friends. Macie: You're really kind... saying that. I know that it's a different scene when it's a concert. But i'm just scared of the idea that... what if i bit off more than what i could handle? I seem to realize that Joanna was just trying to protect me from this type of stress. She's been there for me since... well that time that she and I first met. So... it's natural that she's scared for me. But what if she was right? What if i am really going into some trap? Granted... that i know that you guys will be there. It's just... God... this seems just all so real and so fast. I'm having trouble trying to gather my thoughts as it's all so soon. Before it had time to grow.

"Well I can only offer consolation. But when you get up there, take a breath. Just breath for a few moments and take everything in. If it's too much at first, to see the crowd and hear their cheering, then close your eyes for a moment and take a few breaths until you can handle it. But again, you aren't super well known. The crowd really shouldn't be too big." She explained. "But you bit off just as much as you can handle. You're a smart girl. You wouldn't have taken more then you can handle. Just trust me Macie. You've got this."

Not yet anyway. But maybe someday... i will... Maybe. *Looking to the side then at Leonetta* Leonetta, do you happen to believe in fate? Like as if you know something's to come your way or that you're destined for something more... but just that you don't know what it is... or where it'll come from and when... but know that it's there. out there somewhere waiting for you to grab it and embrace it?
