She would change wigs and looks. It was to let people know... "Hey, Leave me alone. I am not just someone you can push around... I am a human being. And i shall be treated with respect."

It was not but a moment later when she started making off back into the center of the city with her pokemon that she noticed a Bulbasaur being whipped and slapped around like it was nothing by a teenage boy...

Macie: *Walking over with disgust* Hey! What do you think you're doing treating your Bulbasaur that way? Don't you know that it's wrong to treat a poor pokemon in such a bad way?

Macie: *Looking at the poor Bulbasaur* Oh Sweet mother of gasp and sympathy... You poor thing. *Suddenly getting angry and walking over to the Teenage boy and grabbing him by the Collar; Smacking him in the face before shoving him to the ground* You're such a creep. Asshole. You're a pokemon trainer and are meant to raise pokemon. But this is how you treat your Bulbasaur... Like a piece of garbage. Like it was nothing to you.

Zach: How i choose to treat him is none of your damn concern.

Macie: It is my concern. Whether you like it or not. You think that Bulbasaur will want to be with an abusive trainer... like you. After being hurt like that. It will abandon you and just ignore you.

Before a moment more... Zach made like he was gonna attack Macie. He almost did when Her Oshawott came out and used his Scalchop on Zach.

Bulbasaur: *feeling hurt* Bulba...

The trainer then ran off and screamed in pain...

The trainer wasn't gonna be back for Bulbasaur... he clearly abandoned him. Bulbasaur was suddenly crying in pain... Macie felt bad for it and tended to it.

Macie: *Tending to the bulbasaur* There... there. It's gonna be okay. You're safe now. It's alright. I'll protect you. *Suddenly reaching for a full heal and using it on Bulbasaur* Here you go... It's gonna be fine now. Let's get you to a pokecenter. You need to be tended to. The Full heal might have done some healing and help medicate the wounds. But You're gonna need to be checked out.

It was then that the Bulbasaur perked up and showed trust in Macie. It spoke out in a term that it wanted Macie to use a pokeball and capture him. He wanted to be her pokemon...

Alden ordered him back up, but Dave had hardly enough time to enter a defensive position before the Marshtomp fired back with Mud Shot, the attack being so torrential that it knocked him to the ground. "Dave, you alright?" Alden called out to the Riolu. Slowly, but surely, Dave climbed back to his feet, staring down the Marshtomp with a look that seemed to say "Is that all you got?" But it doesn't mean anything as he isn't immune to them. We believe that this will mark a win for us. But don't bank on it. Tables can still turn the other way.

(Marshtomp is able to handle the move. He's with enough experience now... If it were still Mudkip... then, i would say... You nailed me and i'ld have to rectify it. But It's not too far a stretch for Marshtomp to use that move... is it?)

As for Macie Terrace... She was just then getting up. Macie Terrace didn't know that Macie had left the main group and no one thought to tell her. For all she knew... Macie was still with the crew. Still there with everyone. But she was about to find out as she after getting out from taking her morning shower saw that her phone rang and went to go check on it. As she looked at it, she saw that it was from... Macie. She called the # and got the Voice mail. She left a message for her and hoped that something would come from it. But it was then that there was a knock on the door. Macie Terrace... Went to gp answer it and saw everyone standing there. With a grim look on their faces. They were indeed sad...

Macie T.: What the heck gives? *Seeing the look on their faces* You guys look like someone died. What... did someone croak?

Joanna: It's Macie... MT. Macie Lightfoot... she's...She's split from the group.

Macie T.: Come again... She what?

Jessie: She took a breeze. She apparently snuck out without us knowing. While we were all asleep. What woke us was My Fearow's cry.

Macie T.: I could have sworn that's what i heard. I thought that it was all in my head. Shit! *Sighs* So... Where's the Squirt now?

Joanna: We don't know. We have no idea on how to find her.

"Hmm?" Leonetta groaned, sitting up in bed as she heard the others talking at the door. She saw Macie there, talking to them. She held the blanket over her chest and listened to the loose end of their conversation. She waited for the door to shut so she could get out of bed and change into her normal clothing.

Where Macie was, She was just then capturing Bulbasaur. She took him and made off with heading back to the Pokemon center. She didn't know what else to do. She did however feel her pokeNav going off and it signaled her. She looked at it and saw that it was due to a call. It was from Macie Terrace. She text'd back and said that she was on the road. On her own and did it to find her self. Her own strength. But she did say that if she wanted to see her again... That she'd be at the Pokemon center in a few moments.

Macie: *Over the phone* Macie, Come alone. If you want to bring Leonetta... okay. But nobody else if to show up. I can not face them... I can not face them like this. They need to just understand that i'm doing this... for a reason. It's something that i have to do.

The call stopped a minute later and she made her way over to where the pokemon center was... But that was when she came across a 16 year old teenage boy named

Tex Charleston. The Teen was seen smoking and it was strange to Macie... However then she realized that for a while during the beginning of the friendship made between Joanna and her... that Joanna also had smoked. Till she quit. But now... seeing This teen doing it. It was weird as she felt like doing it too. She shook it off and saw that he was looking for a way to get to cleveland so... She offered to him the opportunity of tagging along with her.

Macie barely got back to the more populated parts of the city. Where there were buildings around when she wondered about where the Karaoke Contest was gonna be held and Where the pokemon contests were being held. She couldn't go to anyone for guidance. She only had her Map to rely on. So... She walked to where she could grab a seat and sat down.

Making sure that her Make-up was put away and that all the trash was picked up and thrown away. She managed to look at her phone then and saw that she had another message and it again was from Macie. Saying for her and Leonetta to come... Alone and meet her at the Pokecenter.

Leonetta wordlessly changed out of her pajamas and into regular clothes, then packed everything up. Lexi seemed to sense the tension in the air. But as Macie spoke, Leonetta got a bad feeling. "I heard part of your conversation... The other Macie went missing? I think?" She said, slinging her backpack over her shoulder, and again looking at her nails, admiring them.

The Nurse nodded and took the Bulbasaur to the back medical room and examined it. Doing what was needed to heal it. It was fast work as with some medicine... It was back to a full health and with lots of spirit again.

Once it was brought back out, Macie accepted it and took Bulbasaur...

Macie: *Nods* Thank you. Have a wonderful day, Nurse Joy. I thank you for healing Bulbasaur. It was very kind of you.

Nurse: Anytime, Macie. You just have a wonderful day.

Macie then took her leave and yet suddenly thought about something. She immediately walked over to where there was a alley and where she could step into the shadows where no one would see her or Tex. She got to the alley and hid and then looked at Tex...

Macie: *Looking at Tex* Hey Tex...

Tex: Yeah?

Macie: Do you smoke?

Tex: Yeah. Done it since i was 10. Don't ask. I had a rather shitty home life and am a runaway. Ran away from home 7 months ago and wound up here.

Macie: Where's home?

Tex: It's in Boston, Mass.

Macie: Metropolis... Kansas. But uh...

Tex: What? Want a smoke?

Macie: *Gulps* I don't know... i guess. I am rather deeply confused on what all to do now that since i'm going on the Journey alone.
