The girl sat down the Abra in her arms and the bag slung across her back and looked at Leslie with cold emotionless lavender eyes. “Good saves me the trouble of tracking you down.” She stated as she detached a moon ball from her belt. “Now, what would you say to a battle, Ms. Burke?”

“Sorry but that will have to be plural.” She stated placing the moon ball back on her belt and pulled out two normal pokeballs to replace it. “Vlad, Marsh front and center.” She called out as her Swampert and Crowbat appeared before them. “This will be a double battle with only two Pokémon, now send out yours.”

“Vlad push them back with Tailwind!” The girl commanded and the four winged bat complied getting behind her and furiously flapping its wings to generate a strong stream of wind blasting the the Tri Attack, Icy wind, and ice beam away, but it couldn’t stop the Aerial ace from hitting its mark. Vlad stumbled back from the impact but was good enough to to bat the small bird away with one of its wings. “Now Marsh, exploit their shared weakness and strike them with rock slide!” She called out as the mud fish plunged one of its hands into the ground tearing it out moments later causing small boulders to hurtle towards both of Leslie’s Pokémon.

Charlotte looked at the group "we may depart now" she replied

Leslie then commanded her pokemon to dodge fast and hard... She commanded her pokemon to both use Double team and then had her Spearow use Toxic on Crobat and then Drill Run! She ordered her vulpix to use Ice Beam again Extra Strength and then Blizzard With Toxic after that... on Swampert. It was a direct attack and was aimed hard... without any pulled punch.

Issac turned around to see Shade coming back with Scorpio. “Yea, but he’s asking it more than you are.” She retorted as he pointed to Shade who was looking at Lily with confusion as he was trying to figure out why a Pokémon that looked like him but with a different color was standing behind Jenifer. “Yea, pretty much the reaction I’d expect you to have seeing another Zoroark for the first time.” He remarked as the bipedal fox continued to be baffled by what stood be before him.

Jenny chuckled "I figured you had a Zoroark apparently a Zoroark and trainer that share a strong bond can tell if other trainers have a Zoroark, I think its got something to do with Aura" she replied

On the outskirts of Columbia and out on the open road a couple miles or so outside Columbia...
Cherry and the two boys that were traveling with her... were all asleep. There was peace over at the small campsite that they were resting on that night. Cherry was sleeping peacefully but happened to be having some withdrawals. She couldn't think clearly about anything and it was getting to where it was getting her to toss and turn. The only problem was that she was trying to keep from thinking about Mason. However... he was racing in her mind. She blocked him out though by thinking about pokemon battling and singing. Which didn't help that she was also thinking about smoking. She couldn't take it anymore and suddenly got up... Without making any noise at all. She was as silent as she could be and before having her stuff all packed up and ready to go... She left a note for Kevin and Lionel to meet her over in Benton, Illinois. which would be only 3 hours 48 minutes away from where they all were via hitching a ride. She put in the note that she'd be at the local park waiting for them. Once the note was done and ready... She left it beside Kevin's sleeping bag and took her leave...
She walked to the nearest corner and hitched a ride to Warrenton, Illinois and asked to be dropped off at a Gas station. She had to get something and what it was... Was a couple packs of Cigarettes. Marlboro Reds... She was hooked on smoking. She made it there and couldn't get them without being seen so... she did something she never thought on doing... She called out her Koffing and had it use Sludge on the surveillance cameras to prevent them from recording. Then used Smog around the cashier. it clouded his vision and that was where Cherry hurried around to the back of the counter and reached up. Grabbing 4 packs of Marlboro and then ran out. But making sure that she had put them in her backpack where no one would see them... before hitching a ride over to Benton, Illinois via her pokemon Tranquil. Her pokemon Pidove had since Evolved and was able to carry her. So she from there flew her way over... When she made it there...

The sky was covered in ink, no light piercing the otherwise silent evening. Some stores were still open at this hour as people conducted business or headed into all you could eat buffets or clubs but the majority of the stores were closed and except for some late night travelers or business people who hoped to sell things to passing travelers or locals. On the roof of one such building, a man of Japanese ethnicity and origins stood, a Charizard standing beside him and staring out over the city. The man had on a heavy winter coat that was open to the wind and black leather gloves on his hands but said nothing to his partner. On the Charizard's chest was a device that housed a Charizardite X Mega Stone, the resulting keystone and black mega bracelet around the man's left wrist. Cloaked in black and gray clothing, the figure could hardly be made out within the night and the only ones that might be able to see him were flying Pokemon. Nobody ever looked up after all.

The attacks on Vlad didn’t work as the bat couldn’t be poisoned and the drill run was stopped by his flying type. The large bat did a loop in the air in triumph as it escaped unharmed, until the wide range of blizzard caused him to be frozen solid taking him out of the fight until he thawed. And Marsh didn’t weather the attack as well as she had hoped, especially since unlike Vlad he was affected by toxic. “We have to even the odds, grab that Spearow!” She commanded as the Swampert lunged at the tiny bird a speeds faster than it usually moves at, thanks to tailwind blowing behind it, and wrapped its hand around the flying type’s body and pinned it to the ground. “Strike it down with Ice Punch!”

Leslie: *Commanding her Pokemon* Spearow, Release countermeasures and Dodge. Strike back with Double Team... then FLY! Vulpix, Use Freeze-Dry on Crobat then Agility... and Double team! Keep on the speed and focus. Let them have it!
