What are the other *things* I can have, aside from sadness, etc? Just in case there’s something I’d more prefer.
And it is possible for my character to ally with the other corrupt vessel. I plan on making a somewhat monotonous machine-like individual with a neutral taste for philosophy and a big materialistic streak. It’s very possible they could both want the same thing. My character doesn’t want too many gems in case it ruins his body, but he does want to expand his power, influence and possessions through other means.

Yeah he murdered a different Corrupt Vessel for its gems so it would take a lot of convincing to get Kinar to spare anyone with a gem. He'll kill to take it even if it's not attached to the person.
