Now that you've got some student characters, do you have any preferences? I have a few ideas myself.
Electra could be the fourth official roommate with Rathbone, Jade, and Francheska. Boomer will technically be staying with them too, and I'm sure it would interesting to see how he interacts with Electra.
I also think Francis would get along well with Bornite, whether they room together or not.

TD and Bornite will have trouble understanding artificial beings (robots). They will avoid undead of any sort.

TD will chase out any roommates - except Bornite. For than matter she won't even let a teacher into her room once she is settled. It's a dragon thing. (Horde)

Elektra ... a roommate? She was expecting her own room. Boomer is the size of a horse. Just how big are these rooms? She isn't going to like the vamp types. Work with them? Sure. Live with? They are her diametric opposites.

Yeah, an undercover good guy would actually tie into a plot arc that I was hoping to start later in the rp. I'll PM you about it.

The dorms are ridiculously spacious to accommodate students of non-standard size as well as various projects, and Boomer doesn't really need an enclosure (He is always either at Rath's Side or wherever the heck he wants to be, and if Rathbone needs to then thon can immobilize him remotely.) so he doesn't need much extra space.

There are a few fish ponds in the student garden, so I can totally see this happening.

I would stick the Greys in an 8x10 room with two bunk beds. Use magical surveillance to spy on them. Move in and remove any extras they propagate.
