Fantasy The Street of the Dead (Post-Apocalypse)

"Mmm... Doctor turtle." Tsukki mumbled in a bored tone. "What, you're gonna stay here, Doctor turtle?" She leaned against the door frame. "I thought you would go along with the raid..."

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow looked at the new girl. "Um...thank you." She took the pistol from her and gestured her to lead the way. "I'm Willow, by the way."

 

[Vamanara]

"They know where mi cosas... my stuff is, why? am i intruding?" he looks up at her, slightly annoyed.

 

[chompie]

"Not at all... I'll be going along with them if you don't mind, Doctor Turtle... After all. I am in your room." Tsukki said gently, lowering her head for a moment, turning and walking off to go join Willow if she could catch up. "See you." She broke into a light jog, looking around for any sign of Willow and avoiding any mindless deadies. They couldn't have one that far so quickly. Seeing her and some other figure, she sped up, catching up. "Sorry I'm behind. Mind if I join?" It was kind of useless to ask that, since she was already there.

 

[Just Eria]

".. I'm Takeshi .. " she said looking down and then walked towards a broken window. She peeked in then slide in. She looked around. They were in the lobby. Takeshi looked in a few bags and found some Tylenol, Aspirin , and some money. She grabbed a paper and read it. " okay.. So I've been everywhere in this city all most ,but in the next two states over is the highest safe house. I found this in my d-dads house. He was going there, but when I first came here. I dropped it. You guys should get there. " Takeshi whispered as she gave Willow the paper. She walked behind the desk and grabbed a card.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

She looked at Tsukki, and said. "No I don't mind, come one. She climbed through the window and took the paper Takeshi handed to her and looked it over. "We'd better find more supplies. Should we split up? Oh and the other guy, he wants us to get his bags off the roof."

 

[Just Eria]

"No. We stay together." Takeshi said stern , but quiet. A memory played through her head. She stood there. " we have each others back." Takeshi looked at the other girl and rolled her eyes. She slide the card in the door and it unlocked. She aimed ahead and stared ahead. "Like I said we make it to the staircase go to the top floor and go into the big supply closet it has everything you need. Then we go to the roof. And take the zip line down. " Takeshi said trying to smile but it was more of a frown. She looked ahead and saw the stair case door but a group of zombies were roaming. She grabbed willow and the girl. She took some zombie blood and rubbed it on them . and told them to stay quiet with her hand gesture. She threw a screw down the hall into a room and the zombies followed the sound. She slowly opened the stair case door. And pushed them in. "That was close. The blood will make it so if they come near you they will thick your one of them."

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow grimaced at the smell of the blood, she scrunched her nose but was silent. She knew that just getting in and out was what was more important. She'd shower when she got back home. She allowed Takeshi to push her into the stair well. She trusted the girl to get them in and out. "Let's go." Willow whispered.

 

[Just Eria]

" the stair room is sound proof. My dad help build this place." Takeshi went up fast they had to go to the 10th floor. She began going fast then remembered the elderly lifts. She looked for the buttons when she got to the second floor door. She looked out and saw the zombies. She clicked the button and then click three. Three lifts came down, they were dusty. Takeshi sat down. She had to survive here for couple of days. "Its fine I've did this before." She wait for the two to sit down. @chompie

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow looked at the lifts wary, but she didn't want to have to walk ten flights of stairs. She sat down and hel her breath slightly.

 

[Just Eria]

Takeshi sat down and clicked the button. The chairs started off slow but eventually got faster and faster. They were at the 10th floor in no time. She looked out the door and saw the closet down the hall but saw a bunch of zombies walking along the halls. " look.. Just.. Walk and if they bump into you dont panic. Just act like your one of them. Slump a little dont say a word. " Takeshi said as she took some blood and put on willow cheeks and on hers. She already smelled dead and now willow smelled the same. Takeshi took out her machete and let it rest in her hand. Takeshi looked and saw a katana in a fire dept box. She handed it to willow. "Just in case." Takeshi opened the door and walked into the crowd of zombies. She walked slow and didn't freak out. She hoped willow could walk through without a problem. Takeshi unlocked the supply closet with the card and opened the door. She watched willow and waited for her.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow was scared. She wasn't afraid to admit it, but she took deep quite breath and followed Takeshi toward the supply closet. She bumped into a deady and bit her lip hard to keep from screaming out. She walked slowly and held her breath until she reached Takeshi.

 

[Just Eria]

Takeshi pulled her in slowly and shut the door quietly. But one zombie heard it and started banging on the door and others followed. She moved a box and slide the card again and a secret door opened. She walked inside and dropped the card on the counter and took off her jacket. " feels good to be home." The door shut behind willow and Takeshi threw a bag at willow feet. " I found his bag and there it is. Mr.Ants is it." Takeshi sat In a lab chair. "This is were they created those things. Ya know. This were they also created the immune." Takeshi showed the girl a bite on her wrist. Which had a scarred bite. " before the meds could get out the scientists were killed and the immune were killed also. By the army. you can take this and this." Takeshi opened a bag full of badges and meds. Then another full of food. " hope you guys survive. With me there isnt a guarantee. See the scientists didn't finish. So this only worked once with me. But the safe house contains the rest and is said that they can make us immune." Takeshi said finally able to smile for the first time.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

"Im...Immune?" Willow couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Why did they kill immune?' She sat on the counter and asked Takeshi. She had to have as much information as possible if she, and the other were to survive.

 

[Just Eria]

"Yea.. Because the army didn't know about the immune they just knew that what the scientists created ruined us." Takeshi felt like a teacher and more alive that she could talk to a person. " they didn't care! They didn't know. We all knew that one day we wouldn't need the army and we dont now. They bailed. They are gone all dead. There was an all out battle between the dead an undead. It was in new reports everywhere. They tryed so hard to keep it in our city but they couldn't. There was immune but the army killed them before they could make the medicine work for a life time. But the safe house they have been working on it. With my knowledge and this drive. They can finish it. " Takeshi took a drive out her pocket. " one of the scientist finished the experiment and gave me this and told me to hide. The army was stupid. They were idiots! " Takeshi hit the counter hard and the images of her father beating her mother popped in her head and she had busted her knuckles from hitting the counter. A few tears fell down her cheeks. "Idiots. You guys need to get there. " Takeshi said because she wasn't sure about going.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

"Takashi, you have to come with us, there is no way we could make it ourselves." Willow said to the crying girl. She patted her shoulder. "It'll be ok. We can make it."

 

[Just Eria]

"I'm stronger then this. I'll go. But don't tell anyone I cried. I like to be feared because I can't stand people. I had no one in my life from the beginning. Its gonna be hard having people in my life now. " Takeshi said as she wiped her tears and slide on her jacket. She opened a door that lead to a staircase to the roof. She went up and gave willow a rope. She zip lined down then waited for willow.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

"I won't tell anyone I promise. But, it's worth it to have people around that can help you." Willow said as she followed her through the hall and down the zip line. She landed with a thud . "Ow!"

 

[Just Eria]

Takeshi saw the crowd of zombies coming and the bags came down the zip line. She did a thumbs up to the top of the building, but no one was there. She looked at the ground and grabbed the bags. "Remember quiet and dont run. If something goes wrong that's why I gave you the katana." Takeshi said quietly as she held her machete and grabbed Willow empty hand. She walked them through the zombies and to the building ladder and climbed up. She waited for willow to come up.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow quickly followed her up the ladder and as they reached the top of the building she collapsed of fear and exhaustion. She sat on the ground huffing and puffing. She wasn't used to doing athletic things like this.

 

[Just Eria]

Takeshi laughed." I had a dad in the army. So this wasn't a option but a command to learn." Takeshi put her hand into a tight fist. " hey willow. Does that make me the leader since I know were to go and training and such. And on the way there is a farm with a nice house we can train there and I can teach you guys some stuff.. I'm only a softy around you." Takeshi said with a smile. I guess willow could be a friend she thought.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow laughed a little. "I don't know about being the leader, we'd have to vote on it hah." She smiled, Takeshi wasn't so bad. "But, first I need a shower. I stink of deadies." She grimaced at her clothes, they would have to be washed to.

 

[Just Eria]

Takeshi laughed "well your gonna smell like that a lot unless you wanna fight those things off alot,but I need some sleep." Takeshi opened the door and walked in. She saw an open apartment. She threw her stuff down then went to the Mr.ants ( @Vamanara )guy room and threw his bag at his bed. She walk back to her room and took off her clothes and set them outside. She got her shower then slept in her undies and and a training bra cuddle in her cover.

 

[Willow Blackthorn]

Willow went to her room and immediately divested herself and jumped in the shower. The warm water felt good on her aching muscles. She stayed in the water until it ran cold. Then she shut it off and toweled off in the bath room. She walked into her room and pulled out a tank top and boy short undies. She dressed and crawled into bed. She did not fall to sleep immediately though. She wondered about Ace, and Takeshi. She wondered about Hunter and Adrian. And she also wondered about Tsuuki and The guy she had shown up with. She couldn't shut her brain off.

Griffen wandered across an abandoned street, his trench coat wrapped tightly around him, concealing his dagger and Revolvers. He was tired and weary, having traveled all day. He glanced around, Finding a mid-condition house. He drew a Single revolver and stepped in, clearing the house room by room, nodding that there are no raiders, or worst. He boarded most of the windows and the door, then set up his sleeping bag, tossed his trench coat off, then fall asleep as soon as he hit the Sleeping bag.
