ok so wait are we doing the mysterious illness rp so soon? Its just driftclan so a huge illness plot that kills a lot of cats probably isnt the best way to start the rp

I just feel like an illness plot would be something later on after characters are a bit more established, an illness plot could be used to kinda revamp the rp if loads of characters need killing off so new ones could be made

That's what I was thinking. It's enough to hint that it is a problem but not immediately as cats get sick all the time. As I said earlier, this was the only plot that I had in mind for the clan so I do plan on drawing it out since we didn't discuss any further plot. So, unless we want something to kickstart the rp until we get the characters settled in, the slow sickness was just my best plan...unless someone has a better idea; I'm all ears.

just because. she seems like she would be a good med apprentice ngl since she can't really be taught many fighting techniques due to her being deaf, imma just add a little head cannon to Milkbee, that she knows sign language because why not lmao. perhaps she could have taught that to frost when she was around 3 moons

I was also thinking because Stormstar had a prophecy and we could time it where he and Milkbee go to the Moontree. Maybe something about his prophecy or Flipclaw's comes up? Right now probably will be boring setting up stuff for the time being until relationships are developed

Or maybe there is mention of a rouge group that is lurking in the forest that they have to figure out how to handle for a more general Clan plot? I'm just trying to throw things that creates enough to work with but might try and include everyone. I also know that you guys have things you want for your characters so feel free to introduce that into the thread so we can make that happen.

I read this fanfic where Snowkit didn't die and made it to warrior hood and the cats made up a language of paw movements and tail signs as a cat version of ASL

I did kind of leave something open ended in my post we could all brain storm with. I had imagined it could be the opening for either the illness or another plot start for character development like Finchpaw overhearing and trying to go there with the other apprentices etc.

Although if anything about my post isn’t liked I can edit it in the morning. Like the liberty I took with naming a hunting area, and the whole signaling thing between StormStar and FadeTail.(if y’all don’t like it I will change it asap)

Stormstar was born blind he didnt become blind, thats why he resents Silverclan for their "prophecy" about him, because he knows being a blimd leader puts him at a huge disadvantage when it comes to fighting/hunting for the clan (this response is in reference to your rp post ) Its not a huge deal in the long run, but if we did the plot where Stormstar and Milkbee take Fidgetclaw to talk to their ancestors the resentment will be slightly visible lol
