The White Rose of the Abyss is insane, or incredibly right. During her life she was an incredible compassionate Solar, performing research on the nature of the Primordials for the purpose of rehabilitating them.
Being killed didn't stop her ghost from pursuing her research and with the appearance of the Deathlords, she herself descended into the Labyrinth to find the Neverborn, going by her theory that they were not dead, nor dying, but instead suicidally depressed.
After all, when circumstances force anyone to change against their will, that's not good. And the Primordials were forced to change a lot of times, each time one of the Solars terminated their fetich souls.
That they weren't dead or dying was a theory, because how can you kill something that cannot be killed. Of course it can comprehend the idea of death, and that's exactly what the Neverborn are doing. They are trying to commit suicide, but as their natures are completely interwoven with the fabric of Creation that means they have to drag it with them.
And that's what she's trying to fix. The White Rose of the Abyss is trying to heal the Neverborn.
