The Spectrum Knights(A Magical Girl/Boy Adventure)

She is the cutest thing! You are accepted. Also her Knight name needs to be switched it'll be Orange Knight. I just have only one question. The sunlight power is fine as long as she doesn't affect the natural sun and it's only small things like solar beam and flash bombs. Rebound as in jumps and leaps are also good, but can you explain how it affects her 'bounce back' ability physically and emotionally and how she can share it with others?

No worries about the name part, I thought that was what you meant. I'll change that asap. My brain went precure at that part, I think!


What I had in mind for the second part of "rebound" was a sort of energy/morale boost that kicks in when someone is in a pinch, helping them gain a second wind. Once she could control it, it would work like a healing skill, and send some of the surrounding energy to the target. (hmm...maybe it would be better to save that concept for a late-game third power, now that I think of it?)


Also, I wasn't planning on making her mess with the sun; tapping into that kind of power would be far beyond most people, I'd think. Not to mention dangerous. Like "oh my god everything is on fire, why is it all on fire?!"


Re: clothes options for magical boys, if it's okay for me to add my 2 cents?


Some of the outfits from Madoka could work on a guy, if you can imagine them without the skirts. (Or even with them!) Fantasy armor that isn't armored/made of metal could work for inspiration too. Some impractical or fancy aspects to the clothes and weapons are what makes it feel magical girl/boy rather than general fantasy or superhero, in my opinion.

Yes that's exactly what we were thinking along outfit choices. That happy go lucky look to the outfits just screams magical person. For instance Green Knight, Lore, has armor on her outfit, but it's still very upbeat and adorable. I agree on the Madoka outfits, Full on metal suits though are a little too serious for what this genre is. I mean the Red Knight is a male in a dress and he wears very impractical wedges. I mean they were not meant for walking and running, but that's just what they'll do.


I didn't think you would have her go too crazy with the sun power, but we always have to make sure everyone understands not to go too OP, or problems arise or people being too powerful especially at the beginning of the RP.


I really think that's an interested power, but I think that would be something to save for her to maybe get later. It doesn't have a whole lot to do with jumping and leaping, so it technically would be a 3rd power and We want everyone to stay restricted at 2 powers so it's easier to handle and there isn't one person stronger than the others. It's a very cool power, It's something I never would've thought of honestly, but It'd be best if she stuck to sunlight and either high jumps or the rebound but the rebound will be weak at first.

I understand completely. There's nothing like having a battle start, and then someone goes, "I use my power over Earth to make the ground swallow our enemy whole, sealing them in an unbreakable trap!" While cool, it leaves everyone else out of the fun.


I'll go ahead and stick with sunlight and leaps, and keep the rebound power in mind in case there's a chance to gain it later.

Backstory:

Banished to this world with two other people

He joined these two but catorizes himself as a different villian, he follows they're orders to a certain extent, but he has his own plot in mind.

In the other world he was a special solider that went on secret missions until a dark blue substance got on his body making him mute/unable to speak, and also filling his body with this unknown substance some how he survived and is able to produce this highly dangerous substance from a vein in his fore arm.

Can create armors whenever he feels like it.

Your weapons are still too OP. Just because you used fantasy like words, doesn't make them not Sci-Fi. Our Knights are just beginning, they won't be able to get within a 5 mile radius of your Villain. If he had been banished to this land, then that only would have happened if he was fighting under Chrome and Mona before it happened. The Knights in the other dimension banished Chrome Mona and all their underlings only to try to save their world. He wouldn't have been sent away for any other reason and would not have joined after. He can have his own plans that he secretly tries to put in place on his own (don't let Chrome and Mona know)

Personality:


Very quiet LANDSHARK, usually talks only when necessary- when she does it's in a soft spoken voice. Due to lack of human communication Momoko refers to herself in third-person with her nickname "Momo". Timid and shy which causes her to not have the, shall we say, biggest circle of friends (has none). Has an odd infatuation with space, secretly hoping one day to an astronaut. Momoko is basically invisible, since she never speaks no one really notices she's there, this makes it easy for her to ease-drop, which is a very bad habit she has. She knows every little secret in her school. But Momoko never uses her knowledge to her advantage, she just likes knowing whatever there is to know and keeps the info all to herself. Since she has always been alone, Momo has never had the feeling of companionship or care for another human-being so knows little about compassion or empathy. Secretly longs for people to need her.


Backstory:


Momoko's parents never wanted to have kids, so the news that her mother was with child wasn't answered with excitement. Both parents believed abortion would be shameful towards their name if anyone found out, due to her father being a politician hoping to get reelected so they decided to live with their mistake instead. Once Momo was born she was basically nonexistent to her parents, always being taken care of by random nannies who unfortunately showed little interest in her as well. She was always taught to keep her mouth shut and just sit there elegantly and smile for the cameras - pretend that her family life was happy and that her politician father was "the best father Momo could ever ask for" when in reality when the reporters and camera weren't there she was just a living annoyance to him. Momoko has never once been showed love or a genuine smile in her direction.


And when Chrome did...she then made a vow to forever be at his beck and call...


Chrome said he was an alien from outer space, this could make Momo the first person to talk to an alien! And plus, he smiled at Momo! He said he needed her. Someone needed Momo.


(VILLAIN)


Villain Name: The Dark Servant Momo


Appearance: Same as civilian form but hair turns white and eyes grey and dull.


Powers/Weapons: Uses an Evil Obsidian stone to painfully/forcefully transform into Chrome's minion by shoving the stone into her forehead like a third eye.


Wields a Black Obsidian Double-Bladed Scythe which she magically pulls out of the Obsidian stone thats lodged in her forehead

Everything looks really good! Just a couple things, make sure it says that she was brainwashed in the Character Sheet so no one is confused.


She needs to be associated with a Knight because if she doesn't know any of them it'll be harder to incorporate her into the rp. She needs to be classmates or acquaintances or regular friends or best friends or childhood friends with someone. I'll offer up my character Minny to be classmates or best friends or speak to one of the other Knights to see if it's okay. Warning Minny is very excited, outgoing, and loud.


Also as a heads up, the order of the Villain Chain of Command is 1.Chrome and Mona 2. Walvis Vormund 3.Momo So Walvis is second in command, he will not control her but he will give her commands and order her around. He also is the one who controls the beasts that Chrome and Mona creates.

Personality: Seazim is seemingly unquestioningly loyal and will follow orders to the letter, though rarely to the spirit. She rarely displays and emotion though if watched long enough it becomes readily apparent that her seemingly missing heart is still there.

Rifts: Seazim can create and control rifts into a small pocket dimension, these rifts can be used to move rapidly from place to place redirect attacks or if closed cut things.


pocket dimension: Seazim controls a small pocket dimension though rarely does any one Seazim enter it.


Guardians: Seazim can take weakened living being into her pocket dimension and recreate them as a loyal personal guardian.

Personality:

"Shh...be silent...it'll all be over soon..."

Obsidian is a strange girl. She is mostly perceived by others as a silent and stoic person with no friends. She's a master tactician that isn't afraid to fight when needed and will do so with sheer brutality.

Appearance:

Backstory:

Obsidian is a guardian from the magical dimension that was wrongfully accused and was set to be executed. Even when she was proven innocent her comrades still pushed for her death. Her father, who was a powerful mage, decided that he would have none of this and gave her a ring that sent her to another dimension. However, bitterness of betrayal stuck and made her cold and ruthless.

Powers/Weapons:


Insignien, The Living Scythe - This is her primary weapon and companion. Insignien is a sentient artifact made of material that allows it to easily cut through mundane objects. It is prone to moving under her command or on its own. While there is currently nothing special about it in combat it allows Obsidian to conceal herself from anyone who tried looking for her.


Dark Sigils - Dark Sigils are her primary source of offensive capabilities. These sigils have a variety of abilities ranging from spawning a Dark One, something like a land shark, or the creation of an Artifact to being laid out as traps or enchantments. The sigils are applied by her of Insignien's touch. Often the sigils capability can easily be spotted due to the symbols signifying what they can do.

Your villain character is just a little too much like Nui from Kill La Kill. The name the appearance is fine, but with the parasol and the powers, it's like you took Nui straight from the show. Try to think a little more on a different power or weapon to use and give it some originality. Change the appearance if you want to too, but just get creative with it!

okay final thing is about the ranks and training for the fight between worlds. I assign the ranks depending on how powerful the character is. They don't follow military rank names it's more like a food chain. And there wasn't a fight between world's to train for until recently when they were banished.

I'm sorry but having a 3rd side would complicate things and interfere with an already going plot line. Maybe we could use it when our current villains are destroyed but for now they are the main to focus on.


 
If you want to keep this character you can but you need to alter them to fit the plot right now working for Chrome and Mona we just started so they won't be taken down for a long time


 
Also to all Villain Characters I've updated the CS sheet to include age gender secuality etc if you want to update yours to include that as well
