Just do what you know you can handle, and you don't have to use them immediately. You don't have to struggle to think of a contrived way to bring them all there and not kill each other without altering their canon personalities. Just put them on the sideline for a while, that's pretty much what I'm doing with Mario until we get a Bowser character in here.

A faction I make shall colonize Pokemon world, and use Pokemon in warfare against the strange robots, and war in their own world. Pokemon fighting side by side with a Medeival army. Lol

Heh thats pretty much the reason I added Big Boss,When he learns there is a Multiverse he certinally will try to find The Boss (Who he saw like a mother but was forced to kill) and if he fails at that...lets say The Boss's Legacy will Spread to the Multiverse (Which is that a World order dominated by Soldiers) Under Big Boss's Leadership > (so basicly there is a chance that there will be a new Faction which will oppose both Smash Brotherhood and Conglormorte)

The faction I run will be its own independent nation and on neither side, only lookin out for itself. Alternatively I was going to have something big appear to attack all sides, like the Tyranids, or zombies, or something


 
I was also gonna have a few minor NPCs appear from various games, but without the rest of the shit from that game showing up. Like, per say, a few covenant elites running around, really confused.

Well it shouldnt be that hard....DR.Fetus is in World that never was doing some shit,Solaire,Solid Snake and Luigi are at Metal Gear Universe planing some shit in a Cardboardbox Home,Big Boss is trying to Hunt down a Pikachu with an AK-47 which is really a weird thing both being armed and trying to litirealy hunt a Pokemon in that Universe but meh Gotta Cook em All! right?...Conglormorte has sent robots to every place...So shouldnt they be aware of atleast one of these?

Exactly. It probably has a ton of raw resources. And it's complete lack of a millitary will make it easy pickings. Plus, the technology will allow my empire to progress quite rapidly, rapidly enough to subdue the other kingdoms from where it comes from. And it would allow the training of Pokemon as beasts of war. Your faction would have the tech advantage, but mine would have the numeric advantage, and the equipment and experience required for colonization, farming, and other such things, where as it sounds like your faction does not. And the smash brotherhood and Cheshire conglomerate would try to interfere in the world for good or bad

Well while yes Big Boss does not have the knowhladge of Colonizing he is a Military Mastermind Who could raise a Proffesional army in almost no time and call aid of his Merc Companys from his on time and Multiverse,thus having a army of Mercenarys Which are only loyal to him,Estabelishing Outposts across the World and caputuring key points and also his goal is not of really Forcing Ordinary people to obey him (His goal being creating a World order where soldiers are respected as they once were) so controling cities would not be a top priority. and he certinally would not start to kill civilians no matter what.

Since the Rhodoks are the faction I'll most likely choose, their goals are not complete domination either. I don't think anyone in the Pokemon world would care much about their independence anyways, since I cannot remember any wars ever being mentioned. And if they did, promises of power, money, and titles should do the trick. The Rhodoks, being a powerful Medeival nation, would already have a large standing army. Which, soon enough, would be full of Pokemon auxiliaries aswell. Likely, they would start with building cities of their own, before trading and allying with nearby settlements.

Well they I like them because they resemble Turkic Nomads,but I knowh I defeated a army of almost 1000 Nords with 100 Khergit Calvary and 200 Khergit recruits in a siege.you just need a bit strategy.
