The therizinosaurus could definitely be a fun asset to hold, along with being one of the most dangerous creatures. So if we added it then keeping it to it's own exhibit would more than likely be the case. Then again the island is fairly large so it's entirely possible.
With marine reptiles Sarcosuchus and Deinosuchus feel more like a crocodile or alligator would. Likely being contained in a half-half (Half water, Half land) exhibit. I'm not thrashing the idea and saying they can't be included but I don't feel that they would match the grandeur that the Mosa had brought in the first movie. Liopluredon could definitely fit the bill and honestly I have considered it. Though it's size may not meet the expectations... meaning a little genetic tampering could be in order.
