The alcohol burned the back of her throat, and Jana grimaced. That's why she prefers beer. Now feeling like she could breathe fire, Jana smiled at the other girl. "I'm originally from the Ukraine," she said, looking down at her combat boot-clad feet. She wasn't too keen on talking about her past, but the buzz had made her feel hazy and somewhat vulnerable. "My dickwad of a father moved us here when I was a kid, then promptly left us for nurse's aide." Snorting, Jana thinks of her stepmother. She was as old as Jana is now when she married her father. Jana wondered how her stepmother was holding up, now that her father was in prison and couldn't provide anymore. She snorted again. "Anyway, I met your brother about a year ago. It's kind of funny, actually. I tried to, uh, I tried to steal his bike. Of course, I got caught. Jeremy almost kicked the living shit of me, but Casey stopped him. He saw something me, I guess. I'm not sure what it was, but I'm grateful." Jana smiled to herself, thinking about the past year and all the good that Casey and the rest of the Outlaws have done for her. "Oh, shit, I stand corrected. Well. Sit corrected." Devin kept rubbing Felon's belly. Did a happier dog exist in the world? It seemed unlikely. "And I am well acquainted with the Monday night boys. I think some of them are making up the drugs they tell me they're on, but I'm also old and have no idea what the cool party drugs are anymore." Alcohol was so much easier. Tannins and bubbles and the pleasant, reliable buzz of being wine drunk was a much more comfortable pace than doing mystery pills at a bar and finding out what the hell they did mostly by being a hungover detective the following morning. "I'm a thirty-year old wine mom, and they tolerate me," he said. "And I appreciate that about them."

Devin swirled his wine around and took a sip as Bella tried to reassure him about the Outlaws patching over. She wasn't wrong, but he wasn't much for forgive and forgetting. Resent and remember was really much more his speed. "You know, six years ago, Casey was one of my best friends. And then he just...left. Are we still friends? Fuck, I don't know. Usually when people walk out of my life they're dead to me." He looked back where he'd last seen Casey disappear away from Bella. This wasn't the brother he'd have picked to return from the dead, he thought, and kept it to himself.

He did grin at Bella's short joke. "Oh, you know that, and I know that, but I'm going to have to beat it into some of these delinquents. It's so much work. I'm so lazy. I could just lay on the floor with your perfect dog and be wine instead. That sounds dreamy." Devin set his empty glass down and stretched forward to rub Felon with both hands. "Doesn't that sound good? Hmm? Are you a good boy, Felon? Are you the best boy?" he asked, in the pitched-up voice he only ever used for animals.

"Don't forget this," Andrew chuckled as the lace bra dangled from his fingers. Jenna snatched it from him with a shake of her head and slipped it on, pulling her shirt over the top of it. They made their way down the stairs and into the den of the warehouse before he spoke again. "You staying for the party?" he asked, though he didn't care. They weren't together just two friends who happened to hook up every now and then. It wasn't like either of them were relationship people anyway. "Nah, I have some stuff to take care of. Take a few shots for me though. Oh, and tell Izzy I said hi," she winked. He rolled his eyes and watched as she walked away before turning around to head out to the back patio.

The party had long since been started and Andrew scanned the room, taking note of the newest additions to their gang. One stood out, Jeremy. He was far from a newcomer as he had been in the Serpents before deciding to join Casey in creating the Outlaws bullshit they had going on. Drew had definitely taken it hard considering that Jeremy was his closest friend. It felt like a betrayal and the rift caused them to never speak again. Maybe Drew was a little harsh about the whole thing but he had no intension of letting the whole thing go, not yet anyway. Jeremy was only here because Casey was. Not because of loyalty to the Serpents.

Approaching the bar he noticed Izzy who he had a complicated and rather toxic history. Regardless, he was still a bit..possessive of her. It might've been a little fucked up for him to feel she belonged to him at all, especially when he was never one for commitment but he couldn't help it. There was something about her that made him that way, even if he didn't want anything serious. He walked up, ordering a bourbon before turning his attention to Izzy. "Iz. You look lovely as ever," he grinned, looking her up and down in order to fully appreciate her outfit. As his drink was handed to him he excused himself and walked towards another familiar face. Stevie. "Enjoying the party so far?" he asked, taking a sip from the amber liquid.

Looking up at Casey in the dim light, it was clear to see that he was Julius's brother. With such similar features and the same hardened determination, Stevie felt a pang in her chest as she thought about her now gone friend. Julius had been there for her in the hardest time of her life, had done things for her that she would never have imagined him to do. On that fateful night that changed her life forever, Stevie had felt so terrified and alone. She had no idea what to do, no clue what would become of her. But one phone call and Julius took care of everything, no questions asked. Deep down, Stevie knew that her feelings for Julius might have run deeper than just friends. But she didn't want to think about that.

"You're welcome, Casey. Whatever you need," the brunette replied, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder for a moment before dropping it back to her side. "I don't know about remarkable. Maybe slightly above average. But I'll take the compliment," Stevie teased, a smirk playing on the corners of her lips as she shrugged a shoulder nonchalantly. She had always been a rather intuitive person, empathetic and able to pick up on small things. So when Casey said he was good, she could tell that his words weren't entirely true. Nevertheless, when he turned to leave, the brunette didn't stop him. He had just lost his brother, and he probably needed his space. After all, leaders weren't supposed to show emotion, at least that's what the Serpents taught.

Taking a final swing from the cup of whiskey, it wasn't long before another Serpent approached and replaced the empty glass with a full one. Stevie grinned and said her thanks, still slightly surprised that she had whatever type of power and respect the other members seemed to give to her. She took another sip, scanning the crowd instinctively for anyone who might need her. But soon she found someone she hadn't hoped to see. Andrew Michaels was a patched member, someone she shared the table with. But he was also her ex's cousin. Being around Drew was difficult, and Stevie couldn't help but feel guilty. She knew and he didn't.

Raising her glass to the approaching tattooed man, Stevie offered him a raised glass and a nod. "I suppose. Still a little strange having all these strangers in our home. But I'm sure I'll get to know them soon enough," she answered. Meeting his gaze, Stevie couldn't help the shiver that ran down her spine, causing her to look away. Though as far as she knew, Drew wasn't like Clark was, she couldn't shake the feeling knowing they were related. Pushing the thought away as best as she could, Stevie smirked at her knew conversation partner, taking another sip of the whiskey before asking, "What about you? Found any girls to take home yet? I can see a few that will fit your preference."

"Yeah, don't listen to those guys. And if they ask to sleep with you, do not. Pretty sure most of them are like...you know, not the cleanest," Bella chuckled, shifting a little in her seat again, watching Felon still happily wiggle on the floor thanks to Devin's attention. "The girls all take care of themselves though. I can't tell you how many bottles of Nair and emergency waxing kits I find backstage." Bella wasn't entirely innocent of that either but, most of her grooming was not done at work. "As long as you pay well, of course, they'll appreciate you. And, of course, listening to the rules. Everyone likes respectful patrons." Though that was true in any line of work. She was always more inclined to be nice to the kind customers. Fun fact, this group of old women come in about once a month and everyone fights about who gets to hang out with them. Most of the girls don't have good family relations or home lives, and that's a stressful environment. So those old ladies are the work grandmas, coming in to check on the girls and get happy hour Coors Light. Those were good nights.

"I'd say you could be. I haven't seen Casey in five years, and it's...not awkward. At least, the very little bit we got to talk. It might take a while for you two to reconnect, but it's not impossible, especially given your close relationship." Bella was still disappointed that he had run off so quickly, but she couldn't blame him. And, as her eyes wanted around watching the other closing off the next dance, Bella knew it was probably about time for her to actually start working. A part of her just wanted to continue hanging out with Devin, and avoiding the judgment of Roxy and Izzy. Normally Bella didn't mind, but it was a bit different with those two.

The Serpents was a boys club, and the only female support she really had seemed to hate her. And Bella knew it was linked to her profession, it had to be. Well, for Roxy at least, but Izzy was a different story. She just seemed to hate Bella. So automatically, the dancer believed it was because of her career and had accepted that unless something drastic happened, she would never actually be friends with them. Speaking of her career, one of the dancers approached where her and Devin were sitting. "Bella, you replaced Maria right?"

"Yeah, her turn coming up?" Bella asked, turning a bit to look at the petite woman, who nodded and handed her a piece of notebook paper. Bella looked over it, her foot tapping a bit, before she nodded and stood. "My first dance is in a minute, so if you wanna watch feel free. Or...you can stay here and spoil my dog," Bella chuckled, squatting down to pat Felon on the chest, before she stood and began to make her way to one of the side of the warehouse, the other dancer in tow.

Whoever was in charge of the music had enough sense to let the girls take a moment to switch off and wipe the poles down before starting up again, Bella getting a few moments to discuss a few of the times on the sheet of paper before the next song started and she had to step up. The low lights of the area she was in went well with the outfit she already had on, and with the good music choice, anyone who chose to watch would be in for a good show.

"Not a liquor person?" Izzy teased the other woman when she noticed the grimace, letting out a slight laugh. "It's not for everyone." No judgement passed on that front, Izzy signaled the bartender for two more, then turned to face Jana again. "He sounds like a winner." She commented on Jana's father. "I can say I know what that feels like. My dad chose the life that kept us all together, at least, only he was never around." Through thick and thin, it had always been Julius, Casey, and Izzy looking out for each other. They'd both been overprotective big brothers, and she'd used that to her advantage multiple times.

Who would protect her now?

Suddenly uneasy, she shoved the thoughts aside as Jana started talking about how she'd met Casey. A smirk appeared on Izzy's lips, and she laughed again as the two shots were slid in front of her. Downing one of them, she nodded. "That's a quick ticket to Casey's bad side." Eyeing the girl, she couldn't deny that there was something about her. Was she just that much of a badass? Or was there more to it?

"Well, welcome." Straightening, she looked as though she were going to say more before a tattooed male slid up to the bar on Izzy's other side. She gave Drew an appreciative once over, though waited til he greeted her before speaking, her second shot still on the bar. Her heart fluttered as it always did when he addressed her, but she didn't let it show. "Evening, Andrew." She eyed him carefully. She opened her mouth to say something else but he grabbed his drink and left to go talk to Stevie.

"Jackass." Izzy muttered, grabbing the other shot and downing it too. It would be a lie to say she didn't care about him, but god they were just so bad together. Still, she spotted Jenna on the other side of the room, one of his known flings. "Gross. What is she doing here?"

Good intentions, just somewhat poor execution," Jana ran a hand through her hair, looking away. Unfortunately, it was the opposite for her father. He had poor intentions and was all too good at executing them. Turning back to Izzy, she shrugged. "But I never met your father so I'm in no place to talk." Jana let out a sigh of relief when Izzy drank the second shot. Nursing her own beer, she furrowed her brow and fell into the background for a moment as a handsome man slid up on the other side of Izzy. "I'll take your word on that," Devin said, drumming on Felon's belly. Sleeping around wasn't really his style, though everyone seemed to assume it was, for whatever reason. Because that's what boys in biker gangs were supposed to do? Because that's what gay boys were supposed to do? Because no one would believe a man who spent hours doing his hair was doing it for personal satisfaction rather than to seduce potential hookups? He never corrected anyone, because the reputation was funny as hell, but the effort he had to put into casual hookups far outweighed the benefits. Besides, he was mostly into girls who weren't into him since he started T, and most of the available guys were the type to say "no fats, no femmes" unironically, and he didn't have time for that life.

Devin sighed and scritched Felon more. He knew he was older, but he still seemed unfairly jaded next to Bella. And he didn't want to sound like a cynical asshole.

But did he even want to reconnect?

He was saved from having to come up with an answer by the arrival of one of the other dancers.

"Break a leg," Devin told her. "But like, metaphorically. I'll babysit Felon." He rubbed the dog's belly as Bella left, and then looked down at him.

"I'm once again the weird girl ignoring everyone but the dog at the party," he told Felon. "I'd be more disappointed in myself if you weren't the handsomest man here."

Roxy rolled her eyes as Jeremy teased about the line having worked on her before. Doubtful. Though, he probably had managed to get somewhere with her with another one of his corny jokes so she wasn't one to talk. It had been a while since she'd seen Jeremy but that couldn't take away from the obvious chemistry the pair had. It wasn't like romantic chemistry though, more playful and flirtatious. Of course, her best friend had never been one to approve of it but Roxy tended to go for things she was told she shouldn't anyway.

"You really up for embarrassing yourself twice, Jer? We both know I'm your biggest competition here," she teased, a smirk falling on her lips. Taking a few steps closer to him, she plucked the ball from his hands and made her way to the opposite side of the table. "You gonna be a gentleman and set it up or what?" she added, motioning to the table that had empty cups laying around. "Word of advice, Frankie. Don't take any girl tips from this one. He might not always strike out but trust me, he does so way more often than he scores," she said in a loud and joking whisper.

Once the table was set up she took her first shot, sinking it into one of the cups in front of Jeremy instantly. "Drink up, lover boy," she said with a grin, watching as he did just that. "So, what do I win whenever I inevitably kick your ass?" she asked, as he lined up to take his own shot. She was sure it would be a close call, after all, he was one of the better beer pong players here. She hadn't witnessed too many people beat him. Luckily for her, he'd been the one to teach her how to play years ago so she was pretty confident in herself.

Andrew couldn't help but notice the tension in the air between him and Stevie. It wasn't a surprise. She had dated his somewhat asshole of a cousin who apparently just dipped out of nowhere and never even did so much as call since. It was kind of awkward, wasn't it? Drew liked Stevie though, for the most part, as everyone seemed to. He had nothing against her, it wasn't like it was her fault Clark had abandoned him and the gang. He was a grown man, that was his own choice. At first Drew hadn't believed his cousin would just up and leave but with Julius' word and the time that passed, it was hard to deny what he thought was the truth.

He nodded in agreement with her as she spoke of having the new members in their home. "You're Mama Stevie. Sooner or later all these guys will be coming to you for advice just like everyone else around here already does," he chuckled, downing the rest of his drink. He looked around the room again at all the faces, some mingling with the newcomers and other obviously in their own little groups. "Not on the prowl tonight. But I'll keep in mind what a great wing...woman you can be," he joked back. He normally would've been all over the ladies but he'd just had Jenna over so he wasn't on the lookout at the moment. That could always change though, especially after a few drinks and with Izzy looking as good as she did.

"You think Casey is gonna do okay? I mean, he does have some pretty big shoes to fill," he questioned, wondering her opinion on the whole thing. "I mean, I'm not a fan of the whole merger thing but if it helps us against our enemies then who am I to argue. Casey though...he just left. Can we really trust his loyalties now?" he added as his eyes traveled from the crowded room to her. He had nothing against the guy but he also wasn't sure he trusted him to be taking the reins in wake of his brother's death. He wasn't the only one who doubted it either. There had been a lot of talk in the past weeks about if he could handle the pressures and if he'd make a good Serpent leader. Andrew wasn't one to follow the crowd but he had the same doubts on this one.

Bella seemed to be in her own world. Well, the world she was made for. The lights had dimmed around the little raised stage, some led strip lights behind her giving a soft strobe transition from red to pink in a nice wave that gave her silhouette a nice appeal. While the crowd she had was small, Bella knew that there were more eyes on her than it may have seemed like. Her hair was out of the ponytail, cascading down her shoulders as her hips rolled with the music. She wasn't sure what song was playing, some general rock song she heard a million times. Not that it was bad, but they certainly had more options at Midnight. Bikers and their simple taste in music...reguardless, the heavy beats, and energetic guitar rifts made it easy to entertain.

She rolled her body around the small area, flipping her hair out as she jumped up on the pole into a spin. Supporting her body weight with her thighs, she leaned back, her hair fluttering down with her as she hung upside down facing the few people watching her. Bella winked, smiling a bit as she mouth a few of the more provocative lyrics, before she leaned up, and started to climb the pole. Those ridiculous heels helping to boost her up. Bella had herself positioned so that she was facing the crowd though the pole was in between her and them. Suddenly, as there was a cut in the music, she let herself drop. Landing on the stage with a heavy drum beat, straight up and shoulder feet apart. The heels not breaking and her ankles not bending as she sent another wink at the people watching.

She reached up, running a hand through her hair to flick it out over her shoulder has her other hand stayed on the pole. She started walking to the front, putting a little drama into her gait. Once Bella was in front of the pole again, she pulled one leg up, her hand going on her knee as she bent forward and quickly came back up, flipping her hair. Eyes scanning the faces of the bikers watching while mouthing a few more words, she then turned and lifted herself back up on the pole.

There were always a few times during her dances where Bella came out of that little world and had to think about what to do next. If you repeated the same move too often, people got bored. If you were too inconsistent, the dance didn't have a nice flow. Plus it had to fit the music. The music had slowed, so Bella put herself into a slow spin, her weight supported by one arm, head angled so her hair was just kind of fluttering. As the song was finishing, Bella slowly lowered herself, into the pose she started in with the final note of the guitar.

What was at first a group of known faces was becoming a masquerade of strangers gorging up The Serpent's charity - free drinks, food and women. Casey snaked his way through the expanding crowd, trying to remain unnoticed in the fray. He headed back to the meeting room when his name was called upon by an unfamiliar near the front door. "Casey! Casey! We got company!" he hollered over the club music.

The call was urgent and gathered more than only Casey's attention - something that aggravated the man as he wanted nothing more than a quiet night. Bumping shoulders with his guests, Casey frustratingly reached the porch to meet two county cop cars parked before him - lights painting their surroundings blue and red. "Shit," he cursed under his breath, closing the door behind him and instructing a random to make sure nobody else came outside. With that he took the three steps down to the gravel road and neared the first vehicle upfront, the door opening as its driver prepared to intersect.

Wearing a pair of black steel toed boots, uniformed khaki pants and buttoned up shirt a blonde female started towards Casey - her familiar face making Casey smirk ever so slightly. Her golden badge lit brightly in the dark, complementing her matching hair color. Her natural curves forming through her uniform as her hips swayed left and right with every step towards the porch. "Deputy..." Casey greeted, nodding at the female officer as he noticed her backup exit their vehicles to stand their ground - each of them with their hand resting on their sidepiece. "What can I do for you?" Casey added, acting cordial with the upholder of laws and flashing a sweet closed smile.

"It's Sheriff now..." the female started, showing Casey she had not lose her sense of humor. "I hate to welcome you back this way, but we've gotten numerous complaints of loud music. I need you and your crew to keep it down please," she stated kindly, despite it being an actual order. Casey acknowledged her request with a head tilt, eyeing the woman up and down in hopes of noticing any obvious changes to her character. She seemed very confident, a complete change from the girl he had known before leaving. Casey also wondered how her father was doing, he had not heard anything about the old sheriff since his arrival - wondered if he was still around, but decided not to comment on his curiosity. "I'll make sure to do that....Sheriff," he joked, putting emphasis on her new title. "Thank you," her lips mouthed as she started back down the porch and made her way towards her vehicle.

Izzy's mood had definitely shifted since Andrew's arrival a few moments ago. She didn't mean to let him affect her in the way he did, and she hated the effects he had on her. But at the same time, she had feelings that ran deep for the male, and when it came to Andrew, her claws would definitely come out. She and Jenna had a long history of not getting along anyway, Andrew aside, but with him in the picture things were just that much worse between them. They'd gotten into a couple physical fights before, fights that were broken up before a true winner could be declared. Such a shame.

Realizing that the other female was still on her other side, Izzy froze, then turned her head towards Jana. "You know, I actually believe that you could win." She gave Jana an appreciative once over, starting from the bottom and working her way up until she met her gaze again. "And honestly? I'd love to watch." She sighed, gesturing for another shot that she drank almost as quickly as it was sat down. "But trust me, it's not worth it. Advice of my own I need to take." Letting out a laugh, she slid the shot glass back to the bartender, then turned to face the rest of the party.

Hearing someone calling her brothers name, Izzy looked in the direction of the front door. The red and blue lights were unmistakable, and a quick scene flashed in her minds eye. Shaking it off and the feeling of dread that had come with it, she pushed herself off of the bar. "Excuse me." Making her way through the crowd towards the door, she peered outside but waited until the cop was walking back towards her patrol car before pushing open the door. The random that Casey had gotten opened his mouth but she shot him a glare and he shut up.

"Everything okay?"

Jeremy had always had a thing for Roxy, ever since his Serpent days back before he'd become an Outcast. It was obvious in the way that he flirted with her, but that also wasn't fair because he could be considered a flirt with alot of women. He wasn't really a fan of the idea of settling down, and he'd had his fair share of fuck ups, but he wasn't a terrible guy. He just made shitty decisions and so had decided that perhaps one woman just wasn't for him. Maybe someone could change his mind one day, but until then, he'd stick with working for the gang and flirting his ass off.

Grinning at Roxy, glad Izzy wasn't around to kill things, he winked at the beautiful brunette as she asked if he wanted to embarrass himself twice. "I'm well aware of who taught you how to play, Rox." His grin widened. "But there's a few tricks of the trade that I didn't teach you." As she walked to the other side of the table, he admired her from behind, coming to with a jerk when she asked if he was gonna set up the game. "What? Oh, yeah, of course." Smirking, he set up the cups at a leisurely pace, coming back to his side of the table afterwards.

Gesturing to the cups, he met her gaze, a challenge in his eyes. "After you, princess."

She took her shot and sank the ball, and he grinned as he grabbed it and drank deeply from the contents of his own cup. He definitely wasn't drinking from the cup the ball had landed in, though to be fair, he'd probably drank worse. He gripped the ball with his first two fingers and lined up, shot, and made it. "What do you get when you kick my ass?" He asked, mock disbelief in his voice. "Bragging rights, of course. Like anyone would believe you." He chuckled, stretching his arms above his head. "Your turn again."

There was a little bit of tension in the air between them, Stevie couldn't deny that. As far as she knew, Andrew was entirely oblivious to what had actually happened to his cousin. Julius had just made it seem as though Clark left the Serpents and moved away. There weren't a lot of people he was close to, only a few guys in the gang and Andrew. But that was enough people that some had noticed. Nevertheless, no one really challenged Julius's words. He was the man in charge, had no reason to lie to his own people, not any that they know of anyway. So even Andrew had let it go mostly. Stevie, however, couldn't help but be a bit terrified that one day someone else would find out her secret, the blood on her hand she so desperately wanted to leave behind in her past.

"Mama Stevie, huh? That makes it sound like I'm thirty something when I'm only 24. Hell, you're older than me, Drew," she responded with a grin, bumping her shoulder against his. In a more serious tone, she continued, "I hope they come to trust me. I think it would certainly help this whole merger thing." Shrugging, she took another sip from her whiskey, following Andrew's lead in surveying the faces of the party-goers out on the patio with them. It was something she did naturally, constantly checking on her friends and fellow Serpents to make sure that they didn't need her. Drew's next question didn't really catch Stevie off-guard. In fact, she was pretty much expecting it. Gang mergers weren't really something that happened often, she had never heard of it before. But if gangs could split, they could certainly come together.

"I think it's going to take some getting used to," Stevie said slowly, choosing her words carefully. Casey had confided in her, asked for her help throughout the whole situation. And she really didn't have intentions of letting him or her peers down. "It's going to be a struggle for a bit. But, Casey has successfully been leading the Outlaws for years now. And he was one of us first, long before he left with the Outlaws," she continued, pausing to throw back the last of her whiskey. She was more than two drinks in, and maybe a little tipsy. But Stevie could hold her own with the best of them when it came to her liquor. Nevertheless, it did allow her to let loose a little bit more than she usually did. "At the end of the day, I'm an 'innocent until proven guilty' person. I've known Casey for a long time, and I trust him to do us right."

He started to visualize his previous life years ago, his secret affair with the Sheriff Catherine McCallen and how it all came to an abrupt end when she got engaged. Casey remembered the quiet nights under the McCallen household at a time when John McCallen was still Sheriff and Catherine had just become deputy. He would climb up the side of their house to the second story window and spend the evening with her without anyone knowing. Their relationship was kept under wraps, neither the force nor the club knowing about it - it's safe to say if they did it wouldn't have ended well for neither party.

Abruptly, Casey snapped out of the endless thoughts when his sister popped out beside him. He wouldn't admit it, but he actually flinched internally - so much for being a tough biker outlaw. "Yea, everything's fine..." Casey responded, a little surprised Isadora was even speaking to him. Since his return their relationship had been strained by their older brother's death and Casey's time apart from the family. He understood where she was coming from and couldn't help but feel the weight of it all, but hoped deep down that one day the two could reconcile. "Didn't know Cat became Sheriff. What happened to John?" he asked, hoping to be filled in on the time he had missed.

His question was instantaneously overshadowed by the sound of screeching tires coming to a sudden halt. Two large black sport utility vehicles pulled up in front of the building, blocking the police vehicles from exiting. Their blacked out windows rolled down swiftly as multiple gun barrels poked out and took aim - their wielders unrecognizable and hidden by the night. Casey's eyes widened as the first bullet rung in his direction, exploding against the door between him and Isadora. His blood rushed through his veins and coerced him to act. "GET DOWN!!!" he yelled out, jumping on Isadora and taking her to the ground with him - his body covering hers as more shots fired all around them. He could hear the screams of his people over the loud barrage of bullets, their cries for help surpassing the loud music and gunshots.

The gunshots then suddenly seized, the two vehicles making their escape on the main road. Casey was quick to return his gaze to the environment around him. "Izzy, you okay?!" he was quick to ask, manhandling her to check for wounds. He stood and helped her back to her feet, looking at the multiple victims outdoors. One of the officers had been shot in the chest, the other pressing down on him to prevent further bleeding. He could see the Sheriff calling for an ambulance and backup. "Shit!" Casey cursed, turning his attention back towards the warehouse - holes covering its walls like wallpaper. He rushed towards the entrance, opening the door and peaking in. "Is everyone okay?!"

Police always made her nervous, Bella could see the lights outside from where she was, already halfway through her second dance. But Casey seemed to be handling it. And she knew that currently, nobody had done anything wrong, so this was either a stop for intimidation or just to check up on them. So she didn't pay anything attention to what was going on. Not u til the gunshots of course. It all happened to fast, she was hanging upside down, taking a generous offering of 20 bucks from one of the more intoxicated members when the gunshots rang out. And it all happened so quickly, Bella up on that pole...the first shot grazed her arm, causing her hand to quickly let go of the pole, eyes focused on the blood quickly covering her upper arm. She didn't have time to react and drop down to safety before the second shot hit her. Grazing her thigh, a lucky break, but the sudden pain and overall surprise caused the woman to drop.

She landed hard on her back, knowing the air out of her lungs as she curled up. Gasping, trying to regain her breath as a haze of bullets flew into the club, she could hear the panic. The pain. Bella knew she wasn't the only one to get hurt. She just happened to get lucky. Her hands found the back of her head, knowing it wouldn't actually help if she got shot, her back now the target but other than some splintering wood and shards of glass, she felt no other bullet.

When it finally stopped, it took her a moment to get up, slowly moving as pain shot through her left arm and leg. Bella knew she got lucky, but at the same time, she was really not enjoying this feeling. They were grazes, deep grazes, but no bullet had lodged itself in either limb. So for now, she could ignore the pain. She moved to sit on the edge of the stage, glad to see the boys that had been watching her only had a few scrapes, she moved to take her heels off. Sitting them beside her, she let out a quick whistle.

Felon poked his head out from around one of the couches. Thank God the dog hadn't been hurt, trotting over to Bella cautiously, giving the guys and her each a lick on the hand as if to ask if they were okay. "Felon, get my backpack." The dog suddenly turned again, she made his way over to where she had been sitting previously, taking the small leather bag in his chops before he hurried back over. Since it wasn't safe for him to get too close, one of the guys handed it to her, and from inside, she grabbed a pair of flip flops and slipped them on. An injured leg in heels didn't seem like the brightest plan.

With that she stood, rubbing a hand through her hair, ignoring the blood dropping down her arm and leg, her attention was caught by Casey. Bella was relived he was okay, somewhat limping over to him, now having to actually look up at his face to make eye contact. "Casey what the hell was that?"

There was probably no such thing as being used to gunshots, but there were times and places you could reasonably expect them, and this wasn't one of them. But Devin had been in enough shoot outs for his instinct to over ride his surprise.

"Get down!" he bellowed, pitching forward to keep Felon from trying to get up. Felon did not appreciate this and tried to get up, whining heavily under the sound of gunfire. Devin grabbed his collar. "Down," he repeated sternly, wishing that either Felon was smaller or that he was bigger.

And just as quickly as it started, the shots stopped, and Devin heard the squeal of tires on pavement over the still playing music and screaming. He let Felon go and the dog rocketed off--to find Bella, Devin thought distantly--and he took off towards the door, and reached it in time to see the two big black SUVs speed off. Devin could taste something like battery acid in the back of his throat. Were these the same assholes who had killed Julius?

He wanted to get his bike and follow them, hunt them down and tear them all open with his hands, but he knew that wasn't a good idea. "Jesus fucking Christ," he said, surveying the hit police, and Casey and Izzy on the floor. Casey and the cops could handle that, so he turned back to the rest of the club, checking to see who was worst hurt. "Someone turn that fucking music off!" he snapped. "Who's been hit?"

Andrew Michaels
Serpent
Andrew let out a chuckle at her comment that he made her sound old with the nickname. "Hey! Only by a year!" he declared when she said he was older. He listened to the rest of what she said, taking it all into consideration. For the most part, he trusted Stevie's judgment and she was right that they had known Casey a long time. However, he wasn't convinced that Casey was to be trusted yet. Not completely. He might not have betrayed them in a major way but he had left and in all honesty, if he hadn't been the son to such a powerful man in the gang's ranks then he wouldn't be alive to tell the story.

Before anything else could be said Andrew heard some sort of commotion from the front of the warehouse and then suddenly gunfire. He didn't even hesitate in pulling his own pistol from his waistband and ducking a few shots as he made his way to the front of the warehouse. He managed to take a few shots at the vehicles, hearing a few other members doing the same. The bullets came to a halt and he saw the vehicles peeling off. Everything inside him said to chase after them. "Let's go," he called out to a couple of members close by, they all hopped on their bikes and followed him into the dark.

"It was no use. The bastards got away," he announced loudly as he barged back into the warehouse ten minutes later. This had definitely been a very calculated event and it was clear that someone or multiple someones had their sights set on taking the Serpents down. Hitting them while they were seemingly weak was a strategic plan, he had to admit. Drew surveyed the damage and muttered a curse under his breath. He stormed through the warehouse and saw a few bodies of fallen brothers and sisters, blood trailing the floor in some spots, and people being tended to for their wounds. "How many, Casey? How many did we lose?" he asked sternly, looking around the area at the mess.

Serpents
"Well, be careful because I pick up pretty easily. You should know that." Roxy countered his words as she watched him line up to take his own shot. As expected, he made it and she picked up her own drink and took a gulp. She had learned a lot from Jeremy on how to play but her best learning had come from watching him play others. Even though he hadn't taught her all his tricks, that didn't mean she hadn't picked up on one or two of them. She made her next shot easily and shook her head at his comment, a laugh escaping her lips. "Bragging rights? What a boring gamble," she teased, her eyes meeting his.

She leaned on the table a little as she waited for him to take another turn, her eyes not leaving him. She was a little surprised at how easily they fell into the teasing and flirtatious routine that had been non-existent since he'd left. It wasn't like she purposely lost touch with him or vice versa, they just weren't attached to each other. They were friends, involved in the same gang, and had sometimes gotten a little handsy. She didn't even realize she'd missed him until now. He was fun and she liked to have a good time. That was all. Roxy was about to take another sip from her very strong drink when the bullets started to fly and suddenly people were screaming and ducking for cover.

Her cup dropped from her hand, the liquid splashing up on her ripped jeans as it did. She found herself being knocked to the ground by someone, crawling under the table for cover. She only emerged when the bullets finally subsided and her eyes immediately scanned the patio which was now a total mess. It wasn't long before she caught sight of Frankie on the ground a few feet from her. "Oh, god," she cried out as she dropped to his side. There was no pulse and nothing she could do to save him. Standing back up she wiped her hands on her jeans which were now covered in blood. "I'm fine," she said when one of the guys asked if she'd been hit at all. "He's gone," she added in a shaky voice, motioning to Frankie. She was filled with both anger and sadness at the same time as she noticed the other damage done by this ambush.

It had only been a week since the official merger, and the former Outlaw was still not used to the new jacket on her back or the brand new ink that covered her Outlaw tattoo. It had been a hard adjustment, most of the Serpent's didn't respect her or acknowledge her as a real member, even though Casey had made her place within the gang very clear. Natalia didn't care what they thought about her, she'd been underestimated her whole life and she was more than willing to prove them wrong. She had proven her loyalty to Casey and the rest of the Outlaws, she would happily do the same for the Serpents if they would just give her the respect she deserved.

Natalia had been sitting in the corner nursing a beer when the bullets started flying. The brunette quickly hit the ground to avoid the spray, pulling her own gun from where it was secured at her waist and heading towards the door to return fire. A stray bullet grazed her shoulder, it stung like a bitch but it was nothing she couldn't handle. There were people in much worse condition than her and besides, she'd had much worse before. It was an easy decision to follow after Drew and some others on her bike, even if she'd only been a Serpent for a week she was still pissed off that anyone would dare come to their house and stir up trouble. She was more than ready to put a bullet in someone's brain, but whoever had done this had thoroughly planned it all out because there was no sign of them anywhere.

They returned to the warehouse empty-handed which left Natalia feeling useless. The only reason they'd let her in the gang was because she offered her ability to go undercover for sting ops and her affinity for violence, she was no good at cleaning up messes, only making them. There was a body only a few feet past the door, and it seemed several others were injured. One of the other girls who seemed to hang around the Serpents was hovering over the body, seemingly assessing the damage just as she was. It was chaos, there was blood and broken shards of glass everywhere, everyone was frantically scrambling to do something and Natalia couldn't help but feel she didn't have a purpose among the chaos.

"There's others we can still help." She told the girl, Roxy if she remembered correctly. Natalia found that the best thing to do in a crisis was busy herself, she couldn't just sit by because then she would start to panic, she needed to keep her hands and mind occupied. There were quite a few people that had been injured, her green gaze sweeping across the room to find someone struggling. "Grab some towels from behind the bar to apply pressure with." Natalia ordered the girl, heading over to one of her new gang members who was laying on the floor with blood seeping through his shirt.

Izzy shifted her attention from the backs of the retreating cops to her brother, giving him a onceover in the light of the porch as she did so. There was something there in his gaze that she didn't recognize, but then again, he'd also been extremely absent from her life for a long time now. Did she truly know him at all anymore? The thought saddened her, but she didn't let it show. Instead, she moved closer to the railing, reaching out to grip it and lean forward slightly, staring out again into the yard.

"Didn't know Cat became Sheriff. What happened to John?"

Izzy shrugged one delicate shoulder, staring at the female in question. "Promoted, I think. Or dead. I can't remember." Her tone hadn't shifted, giving away that she didn't care much what had happened to John. "Either way, pretty sure her promotion was fairly recent." Izzy would probably have gone on longer if shit hadn't hit the fan so fast. One second she and her brother were having their first real conversation in years, and the next, the sound of squealing tires filled the air, followed by gunshots. Automatically, Izzy's head swiveled in that direction, but Casey grabbed her and shoved her to the ground.

But not in time.

She bit back a scream as she felt the bullet hit her thigh, tearing through her jeans and into her flesh. With Casey covering her as they lay on the porch, no other shots hit her, or him that she could tell. Tires screeched again and then she was on her feet, shoving Casey's hands away as he tried to manhandle her to check for wounds. With the adrenaline pumping through her system, she wasn't hurting too bad-- yet. She couldn't say the same for others.

The dark blood seeping from her thigh blended in with the jeans, but she bit her tongue as Casey moved on to check on the others. Bikes were now in the street, racing after the shooters. Yet all Izzy could do was grab onto the railing again, trying to resist the urge to yell, both in pain and frustration. Finally deciding she wasn't going to be a victim, she pushed herself off the railing and back to the party, limping heavily.

Since she was close to the bar, she spotted the girl she'd been talking to just a few minutes ago on the ground. Falling to her knees, Izzy dragged herself towards her, checking her neck for a pulse. "Fuck." Izzy reached beyond her face for the gun on her hip, even though the gunshots and gunman were long gone. Still, she made sure the gun was loaded and then took aim, pulling the trigger and blowing a decent sized hole in the stereo.

Hey, it stopped the music.

"Who the fuck was that?" She snapped to no one in particular, her voice breathless as she pressed her hand on her thigh to stop the bleeding. "Who's dead?"

"Thank you, Izzy, that's just what I had in mind," Devin said dryly from the other side of the room, holding up an injured biker's arm to elevate it while he wrapped gauze around it. It wouldn't do much long term, but it would keep him from bleeding out while they waited for the EMTS. "Frankie," he said, in answer to her second question, even as he tried not to think about it. Nothing was ever fair, and he knew that, but Frankie? He was a kid. He was their kid.

Hadn't they had enough funerals?

He looked up as he finished with his bandage. "The fuck're you doing, running around like that? You wanna die of blood loss? This is how you die of blood loss," he chided Izzy, going over with the first aid kit. "Sit down," he said, guiding her into a seat. "Christ. Gonna give me gray hair," he complained, mostly to himself, as he cut a bigger hole in Izzy's jeans so he could clean the bullet wound.

"I don't know who did it, but I know it's whoever killed Julius," he said. "I'm gonna find out who it is. And we're gonna kill 'em. I promise," he said. "Now hold still. This is gonna sting like a motherfucker," he added, and splashed vodka that he'd rescued from the bar onto the wound before Izzy could protest.

A grin spread on Jeremy's face as his shot sank in the cup, and she took a swig of her drink. "You think bragging rights is boring?" He laughed, gesturing to his own cups. "Fine then, let's make this interesting." He thought for a second, watching as she leaned on the table, waiting for him to take his second shot. He reached for the ball and closed one eye, acting as though he were going to throw it but then pausing. "I've got it. If I win, you get to flash the new guy. If I win, I'll streak through this room." One thing with Jeremy, he loved to be naked. Especially when drinking. "So now, match my throw, if you've got the skills."

He'd planned on spinning around and making the shot over his shoulder, but as he spun, all hell broke loose. He had his back to the table when the gunfire started, but he didn't freeze. Instead, the ball fell from his hands and he immediately grabbed for his gun. The side of Jeremy that belonged once to the Serpents, then the Outlaws, and now the Serpents again took over. The side of him that belonged in a gang.

Remembering that Roxy was on the other side of the table, Jeremy whipped around and in two seconds he'd rounded to her side, shoving her down probably more roughly than he meant to. But he didn't apologize. Instead, he heard Andrew yell and followed him to his own bike, hopping on and starting her up. He whipped out of the driveway and down the street, following Drew and the others who'd hopped on their bikes. He'd forgotten his helmet, but at that point in time, he didn't care.

Cursing when Drew announced that they'd lost the car, Jeremy angrily shoved the gun back into its holster, spinning his bike around and following the others back to the warehouse. He parked and hopped off his bike, kicking dirt up as he landed on the ground again. "FUCK!" Without hesitation, he punched a nearby wall, then turned to face the rest of the room. A shot rang out and he nearly dropped again, but realized it was just Izzy.

"Who the fuck gave the crazy bitch a gun?" He snapped, rolling his eyes towards the girl he saw as a sister. "Someone take it from her, jesus." Running his hands through his hair, spotting Casey and Drew nearby, the latter of whom asked the important question: how many?

Not again.

Devin moved to take care of Izzy, who'd apparently been shot. A few others were dead, some injured. "Jesus Christ."

Stevie could tell that Andrew was considering her words, pondering them over. But from the look in his eyes, she hadn't entirely convinced him just yet of trusting Casey. The brunette's pale pink lips parted to say more, but the sight of flashing red and blue lights caught her attention. "Should we be worried about that?" she pondered out loud, already worrying. The sound of car tires screeching down the road immediately set off her protective instincts, and the glass dropped from between her fingers to shatter around her feet. Stevie took off into the building at lightning speed. Just as the first gun shot went off, she shouted, "Watch out!"

Everything seemed to move in slow motion. The first bullet shattered the front window directly behind her. Stevie grabbed the nearest person she could and pushed them behind her just in time for the bullet that was meant for them to lodge itself into her shoulder. The adrenaline rushing through her veins kept the pain at bay. As soon as the gunshots subsided, Stevie glanced down at the wound with clinical precision. The bullet was still lodged inside, but it had narrowly missed the bone and main arteries. It was bleeding a bit, but wouldn't cause exsanguination. Her black tank hid the blood and the wound enough for Stevie to ignore it for the time being.

Stevie move to the back of the bar, pulling out a large plastic tool box from behind it and heaving it on to the counter. She unclipped the lid and flipped it open, assessing the items inside. "Alright," her tone was loud, commanding authority. "If you are not injured, grab whatever you can and put pressure on an injured's wound. If you are injured, I will be around shortly to check you out. If you see someone that's critically injured, call me over immediately." Scanning the room, the nurse's instinct kicked in as her gaze landed on Bella alongside Casey. "And you're first." Stevie placed a gentle hand on her shoulder, directing her to sit on the bar stool. Meeting the girls eyes, she evenly said, "This might hurt a bit," before getting to work.
