Fantasy The Return of Corruption

[QUOTE="Safety Hammer]
"Where is what, my dear magician?"

Sepentireon suddenly turned around to face the voice

"Who speaks? I am not familiar with that voice..."

He raised his staff in defense

"You wound me, Sepentireon." Khan said. "Do you not remember the voice of the new king? I am truly hurt."

Elaina and Lexi blocked off the hallway.
Ari grabbed Arabelle's hand. He poured something in the water she was lying in. The water turned pink and began to fill with the strong smell of flowers and herbs. Aromatherapy to help calm her mind. He whispered. "Focus on the smell, Arabelle, and nothing else. I'm here with you. Everything you're feeling, let it all out."
Arabelle just cried and told Ari in detail everything Alreos had done to her, sobs still wracking her body.

Sepentireon hissed at Khan as his staff began glowing purple

"The prophecy never spoke of you, in all of these worlds, your existence never documented. I can not even sense you in The Dreamscape. What are you?"

Judging by his size and the power he emanated, Sepentireon knew he wouldn't be able to stand much of a chance in a fight. Nevertheless, he was mentally preparing a spell for self defense.

Ari held her as she told him everything. It took effort to not break down weeping, but tears still fell. "It's ok Arabelle. Alreos is down and we'll send him, Amos, and Khan all to the underworld where they belong. I'm here for you. We're here for you no matter what."

Hearing Arbelle's screaming and weeping, Elaina started crying too and Lexi went to comfort Elaina.

Arabelle laid against him as the aromatherapy began to take effect and she calmed down. "I'm tired but I'm scared to sleep." she murmured, still sniffling.

"I can give you something to help you sleep." Ari summoned something else and put it in her hand. "A Sleep-inducer. Non-toxic, and it'll also get that baby poison out of your system. Drink it and I'll help you out of this bathtub. I'll be by your side while you sleep."

"Thank you." she told him, kissing him gently. "I love you."

Tyr had finally made it too The Well. After jumping down the hole, Tyr saw the campsite that they had left five years ago. A small smile crept across Tyr's face as he remembered the better times. With a heavy sigh, he set up his tent, and used the remains of the old tents to start a fire.

Ari kissed her back and held it for a second before pulling away. "I love you too. You need to rest now, so let's get out of here."

Ari took her hand and guided her to get out of the bathtub

She held his hand tightly, she bit back a groan as she was extremely sore. She leaned against Ari as she still sniffled.

Ari helped her get dressed, then carried her to a room. "Lay here, then drink this." Ari said, holding out the sleep-inducer. "Don't worry. I'll be here while you sleep."

"Ari, where is Tyr? Before I go to bed I want to tell him." she said softly.

"I'll go get him," Ari said. He walked out into the main room and looked around. He didn't see Tyr.

He walked outside and same result

He walked back in. "Has anyone seen Tyr?"

A gruff man spoke up. "I saw him walking towards that direction. I don't know where he was going." He pointed towards the Well.

Ari facepalmed, as he understood immediately. He recalled Father Bishop's words: Go to the Well and get the Lightbringer, which could only be wielded by the one who holds the sight of Tiresias

"That idiot!" Ari yelled. He ran back up stairs. "I think Tyr has gone to the Well alone!"

"He'll die in there! We have to go get him!" Arabelle exclaimed, jumping up and groaning in pain. "Ari you have to go get him."
