Tyr walked over to the cupboard and pulled out a bottle of bourbon. One last drink, Tyr thought as he un-corked the top and poured himself a glass. After he sipped from the drink, he let out a sigh. He walked out of the kitchen and sat in one of the pews. God, Tyr thought, If I don't make it, look after Alex. Tyr was not a religious person, but when put into such a position, he did the only thing he thought was right. As he finished his small prayer, he poured himself another glass and drank.

Bailey found Tyr after a few minutes of wandering around the church. She stayed silent for a fee minutes, running a hand through her hair which she had put up in a ponytail. "Hun? You alirght?" She asked aft er a few minutes. Her voice was quite, and her words soft as she spoke.

Ari stroked his beard. "Well I recall you talking about taking a walk earlier, but we can't step outside the church grounds, lest they attack us."
He scratched his head. "We're already strapped in armor so stripping and re-dressing will take forever.......How about we go to the roof? The weather is perfect for being outside before a death march."

Arabelle smiled and kissed him gently. "That's perfect." She held his hand tightly. "Ari I'm scared. What if Sakaga is dead? What if he already killed her?" she said sadly.

Sepentireon spied on Arabelle and Ari on top of the roof of the church. As much as he would rather have Alreos pick a different mate, Sepentireon was bound to his lords orders. He slithered around the back and silently crept on the roof. He reached out a small black tendril, using it to pull himself up behind the pair.

Bailey sighed and sat down next to him. She took his hand, "That's the risk we have to take to keep our home, our family, our friends safe. It's ok to be scared, he'll I'm terrified," she said with a small smile. "But, as long as we're careful and we watch each other backs, we can do this."

Tyr gave Bailey a faint smile and drank some more of his whiskey. "If we do get out alive, what'll we do? Where will we go?"
