I went ham with that good old paint bucket! tried my best to clean it up a bit, but at least it didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would.

Oh my GOSH that second one is so wonderful!! If we're all going with something a little flashy, I think that one is perfect for Tilly.

Should they all have codenames, like the admins of canon teams?

I'd be up for that, should the code names be based on the legends they're dressed as? or something else

So Ald as Dialga, would be codenamed Diamond... Though this kinda breaks down for Mew and Arceus.
