New things will always appear. Within the realm of Gods, where little occurred lied two powerful beings that would rival...

A brush was pulled across her eyelid, leaving a shadow of silk red in its wake before the brown orbs slid open with their usual glossy appearance. The woman dressed smartly ran the brush through the brunette locks, dragging the silky strands down before she pulled the smaller females hair up into its usual style. Pins and hair pieces were carefully slid into place before her appearance was complete.

Xiang.

She looked at herself in the large, beautifully decorated mirror, studying all the details before she stood, nodding to the maid who had completed her morning ritual of getting ready she look down at the kimono she wore. The sleeves were far to long, hanging over the porcelain white fingers, the outfit itself only reaching just before her knees. It was her mothers. The current Queen of Eraendra remained still for a few more seconds before she exited her chambers.

Xiang walked in silence towards the throne room of the Eraendra castle, her steps quiet due to the slipper like shoes she adorned. On that note, Xiang did not want to be noticed either. Now, she didn't hate her servants...or her guards or even her citizens but she wasn't the type to do anything unnecessarily. So, more often that not she was quiet as a mouse to try avoid certain situations.

Reaching the throne room she ignored the look of the previous King and Queens advisers, walking up the steps to the throne as she sat in it quietly, placing her hands upon her lap. For around ten minutes there was utter silence as the Queen addressed no one. To all but herself it was an uncomfortable situation. So, after a few minutes she spoke, just to ease them. "Where is black?" She asked, looking around the throne room.

After a few minutes of no one answering her she sighed, a frown on her lips. "Someone go find Black." She ordered before she leaned back, still remaining in a straight posture. The Queen was currently pondering having a meeting with the king of Haynn. Why? The queen was curious with the new human leader and so a meeting would satisfy her curiousity. However, she wanted to ask if Black believed sending a letter to the Haynn King was a good idea. After all, she had no clue of the King of Haynn's answer.

A mellow breeze ruffled the dense canopy, gently stirring the assortment of creatures living amongst the crunchy leaves and solid branches. The rich soil emitted a deep scent, clouding the air like subtle incense, only aided by the spicy essence of sap and the sweet aroma of bark. Bushes sprang from the ground, the large, flat leaves intimidating with the gossamer barbs lining the stems. From beneath their shadows, new sprouts reached eagerly towards the sky, competing for bits of sunlight. Just above them, a plethora of brightly hued flowers and berries offered themselves, tempting the critters that would normally remain high above. From the smoky shadows engulfing much of the forest, coos and hoots echoed eerily, the chirps of morning songbirds just beginning to fade.

Beside a single stream, garbling musically, an unusual creature made it’s way, the flat feet dancing around roots and rocks bent on tripping. A merman, far from where such a being should be, was lost within the trunks, or more specifically, he didn’t have a destination in mind. His pale skin was covered with a thin layer of dirt, evidence of a long time traveling with not much rest. On his back, a sturdy pack was slung, only containing half the contents it had a mere month ago. The oversized pouches hung dejectedly, void of use with the only exception being necessities. Kyn brushed a strand of pale hair back behind his ear, the tuft sticking to his sweat glazed forehead.

“I think it’s due time I rested,” Kyn sighed to himself, plopping heavily against the roots of a nearby tree. A small glossy beetle scurried past his cheek, startled from it’s resting spot. Shoving his fingers between the strings of cord binding his canteen to his pack, he pulled it free before taking several large mouthfuls, quenching his burning thirst. He figured being of the sea meant he required more water, but that was mere speculation, considering he hadn’t been around enough others to form a judgment. Undoing the clasp to the main pouch, he pulled a hefty book from inside, cursive letters on the cover reading ‘The Courts of the Gods’, and the space around intricately detailed with ink. Pulling the pages apart where a bit of parchment stuck out quarter way, Kyn began filling his mind with new knowledge. It spoke of the many courts; the amount of royalty and their pasts scribbled down with gusto was overwhelming at the least.

Resting the tome back within his bag, Kyn carried on, the hours spent hiking through the wild terrain draining his energy even further. Using a small compass, he headed West, away from the cold climate of the North that he’d followed Drae to. Simply, it wasn’t for him, the faces of the townsfolk colder than the air that froze his breath, sharp and condescending forwards outsiders. His lack of knowledge and awkwardness in conversation made it far too obvious he was not from around those parts, regardless of any effort on Drae's end. The man taught him everything he knew of the world today, albeit the collection of knowledge he gathered from around his swamp. Despite this, Kyn knew that somewhere, there had to be a society of people who were welcoming, there had to be. Perhaps the people warmed with the climate, it was the best shot he had.

Stumbling, literally, onto a riding path, Kyn scraped the horse dung off his boot with a scowl. It wasn’t all, well, crap, considering a path meant civilization, and it’d been awhile since he’d come across any. He needed to restock on supplies, since he couldn’t survive on berries alone. Steeling himself, he followed the trail, stepping carefully this time.

Slimy squishes and unintelligible moans come from a brown moving blob across Terraia's landscape. The muddy Earth Golem is more sad than usual for he tries to recapture his lost master face once again. Is been decades since golem last saw her and days since he forgot her face. He sludged under a pile of boulders and begins to sulk.He knocks a pebble and the boulders began to fall. He just slumped there like nothing.

BAM! The sounds of rock smashing and a giant squish rings out as they hit the gloomy golem. Minutes after the dust settles, mud starts oozing out of the cracks and the golem re-materializes. The knock had re-opened another memory. While walking in a forest a tree branch falls down. He stretches over his master using his body as a shield. A silhouette of a female jumps back and puts her hand on her chest. A distorted mumble says " Thank you Terrance. "

The golem releases a blood curdling groan as the memories of his master reawaken the memory of when she died. The grueling image of his master day in and day out has made the golem depressed. These memories day in and day out takes its toll on the monster for now he can barely move. Too sad to try and too anguished to even care. He begins to sludge again only to repeat this cycle.

In one of the large tree's of Niama, sat a large building. This building was where records of Niama and other events of history are kept. It is a library and archive. Inside many nature beings look through books and documents on historical events or look at records from long ago. The smell of parchment, dust and age is quite prominent inside the large building. Thousands or books line the walls, numerous cases of aged parchment everywhere. Tables for viewing records, books and documents are neatly placed in hallways of the great library and archives. To the side of the spacious building is a long counter in which Drows are working. Filling out papers, forms and recording who checks out what. Behind the counter is a workroom for other Drows who process documents, repair the and other tasks.

In the workroom sat an old Drow. Younger ones often teased about his age, behind his back. (Even though some things they said about him are true.) Noah had finished organizing a little folder of information next to his partially empty cup of tea. Even though it had only been minutes since he finished, he was already asleep. One of the assistant Drows slams down a stamp on a nearby document, waking him up again. Noah rubs his wrinkled face and gets out of his seat with a few grunts of effort and popping/cracking of bones. Shuffling across the room, he drops off the documents in a bin for another employee to put away. Noah decides to take a walk outside in the forest for a little break. He walks out of the workroom into the cast and grand library of which he was the proud head of. Leaving a note for his assistants, he walks out into the peaceful beauty of a forest in Niama. He lifts his head upward to see some sunlight beams through the canopy of the tree's that were absolute bliss. After absorbing some of the sunlight, Noah began to meander around the forest floor. Taking in the fresh air and admiring some more of the nature.

Black stood at the highest tower in the kingdom starring down at the city, The tip of his blade on the ground and his metal gauntlets rested on the hilt folded over one another. His feathers blew in a slight breeze and his robe seemed to dance slightly, his remaining still. He was yet lost in thought once again, he was thinking of why he exists again. What is his purpose, Xiang explained it all of who he once was or who the other was, but it still stumped him to this very moment, The queen said not to worry nor think of it but what else is a reaper to think of...Death no thats to simple.

He heard the door open behind him on the tower, He did not turn but merly replied,
"Yes?" He heard the servant say, "Ah yes Lord Bl-" Black Interupts him saying, "No not lord just Black." As he said in a slight annoyed tone, not different from his blank voice. The servant cleared his throat then saying, "Ok sorry m'Lor...I mean Black." Gulping, "The queen wishes to see you at once she needs your-" After he said the Queen needs, Black was gone.

Falling from the tower the wind wisped by him as he fell at a fast pace, extending them both he slowed down almost imediatly floating above the ground about three feet he zoomed forward to the main gate as he stopped, and was then opened. He flew the slightest opening then landing once inside he ran at a high speeds to the throne room.

Entering the throne room he had his sword sheathed and his wings closed up he walks at now a fast pace stopping about ten feet infront of the throne, He kneels down on one knee the rob still hiding his face like always he says in a lighter tone to the Queen, "
You called my Queen, what is it that you need done." he looked at the ground waiting for her response

The water nymph sat at the edge of a port. She was looking down at the water, staring down at her reflection. She wasn't admiring herself no she was trapped in thought. Her feet grazed the water as she lightly swung her feet. Laughter made by young sea creatures could be heard in the background. That made her smile. As she smiled she still thought of what she could do. She was thinking of ways to make peace with most of the creatures and kingdoms of the world. She knew it was to far ahead to think of but for the past two months she has came to the same port and thought about the same thing.

"Rae!" Rae tilted her head back to look at a young weeping water nymph. Rae removed her feet from the water and stood. From where she was standing she could see a young rare boy swim up to the port but not get out of the water. "Little one don't cry. Tell me what's wrong" Rae smiled and set her hand on the girls head as she tried to comfort her. "G-gilbert said mean things to me" The young Sea creature still had tears in her eyes. "And I'm guessing that's Gilbert over there" The leader looked over her shoulder to look at the boy near the port. The young girl nodded her head. The Leader of Kelasien turned around to look down at the young boy. "Now why would you insult your sister? That's not very brotherly of you" The boy shook his head and spatted out. "She's not my sister!" Rae tilted her head to the side and leaned over so she could be closer to the boy. "She may not be blood related to you though in this society we all look out for each other. So we are all brothern and sistren. Maybe even one day we can expand our love and have other kingdoms except our ways then they'll live in harmony with us." It was a childish thought but giving people hope was what worked best even little children needed something to look forward to. Deep inside Rae held onto the feeling of hope, she really wanted to be at peace with all living things and wanted them to accept each other as brothern and sistren.

The small woman waited, her eyes looking out the window to the outside, hauntingly glaring at the skies that only remained calm in response. Xiang had to be cautious with her plans. After all, the location of Eraendra was a secret and she would keep it that way. Her fingers remained poised upon her lap before she turned to her advisers, tilting her head before nodding. "You can all go" She replied softly, coaxing them to leave.

A few moments later, Black had arrived and the Queen calmed slightly, not much but it was improvement from her state before.
"Black, you know you do not have to kneel..." She told him, wavy brown locks spilled across her shoulders from the movement. "You are after all one of my most trusted people." She stood up, getting of the dark colored throne as she walked over to him. "Now, I need to ask your advice on something."

She paused for a moment before she motioned for him to follow as she went and sat on the table placed within the large hall. Once perched upon the marble furniture she held the smallest of grins upon her usually stoic face. "The humans intrigue me...specially their new ruler. However, their hunter corps are an issue. They have killed some of our own multiple times..." She trailed off before sighing. "I would like to hold a summit between the leaders...certain leaders anyway but I would want to ask the leader of Haynn to accompany me to see the new king."

This wasn't the greatest of ideas as the last leader of Eraendra was killed when she went there but that was also the reason she had decided to ask another leader to go with her. Then, it would be a much larger power on their side and hopefully the humans would not attempt to assassinate them. "I plan on going to Haynn to ask personally and then sending a message to the King of Ibberlain to meet at a neutral location. After all, they can not come here, no kingdom knows of this location." The queen paused, her lips curled to a slight frown."Is it a bad idea?"

It was bright and early in Ibberlain Castle, the sun shining down on the gardeners as they prepared for work and watered the endless hedges and flowers. Maids scurried around the endless halls; some following their masters, others preparing bathes and the rest helping out in the kitchen were the cooks prepared a luxurious breakfast. It was a sight to take as even in the rush of the morning, the castle walls seemed like a haven for those that lived in it. Down the road, past the many small housings surrounding the large building and the gates which kept out those uninvited was a city with bustling streets. Children ran around, playing tag while adults prepared for the day ahead of them.

Yet in this blissful morning a sudden shout was heard from one of the many meeting rooms. "You fools! Is this what I asked of you? Is it?" Elicia Arson´s voice cut the peaceful aura that surrounded the castle in an instant and one of the many maids sighed. They were all prepared for this as today was the Hunter Corps monthly meeting with the king and captain.

----------------

In the meeting hall, Elicia Arson stood with a straight posture and her head high as she stared at those she called her deputies and heads. Once again, they had disappointed her with the results they give even if the rest of the Kingdom saw it as sufficient; she saw it as useless. "I have told you, again and again; do not lose a life to these fools unless it is a mission of high importance! Fourteen casualties this month!" She furiously threw the rapport on the long table in front of her before she continued. "And for what? Assassinating a small creep that doesn't even need a whole squad to kill?" Her voice echoed throughout the room and with a sigh she sat down gracefully at her chair again.

"But, Mis- I mean Captain Arson; this is a huge improvement compared to last year. If we continue on this path perhaps there won't be any casualties at all." Sir Rudolf, substitute deputy of warriors, uttered with a small flick of hope in his eyes to calm the rage in Elicia. He failed miserably as he just helped ignite the fire further. Elicia let her eyes connect with his as Sir Rudolf immediately paled.

"Oh, yes. Let us just let innocent men die til they die no more. That sounds so... So... I do not even what to say..." Poisonous, her voice was sweet yet poisonous to the core as the man shrugged himself into his seat. Silence entered the room as no one dared to take a breath before a small knock was heard from the doors. Annetta Johnson let herself in with a small group of maids following her, all carrying trays of sweets and tea. The secretary carried herself proudly over to her master before she took her time analyzing the room then at the flick of Elicia´s hand, she bowed down to her ear to whisper the very words Elicia didn't want to hear.

"I have not found the King's whereabouts as of yet, Captain Arson, but his maids told me he was on his way."

Elicia let her gaze fall on the empty seat at the other side of the room where the king should be, supervising the meeting and listening to the reports. She wanted to frown but simple decided to let him take his time. "I suppose we can all enjoy our tea as we wait for the king." And the small group of people turned away from her deadly gaze to converse within themselves.

Ibberlain was truly a place of luxury, free care, beauty, and most of all brave warriors who were willing to risk there lives for their own Kingdom. Isis on the other hand felt he had a different opinion on the fact of sacrificing your life for the Kingdom, though the thought never appeared in his mind alot but sometimes it did cross him. He came to a conclusion that he could never become a man who would die for his Kingdom, though hard to believe death did scare him but it was hard to tell. Even he himself at times forgot he was bound to death, for he was highly arrogant.

So, why was the King of Ibberlain laying in a garden, watching the sky as the meeting went on. Well the meetings they held every month got him a little depressed, he didn't want to know the number of casualties there was and how many beasts or creatures were catching up to the human race's standards. He liked to think that the Human race was the highest, most intelligent, and the strongest or most feared. But the meeting always proved to him that, that wasn't always the case. So being as selfish as he was, he laid in the garden with his mind set that he would not move until the meeting was over.

He sighed softly, looking at the sky once more before closing his eyes shut and placing an arm over his face to block the sun. He laid there, his body surrounded by all the magnificent shades of colors and the forever growing green life. He knew soon enough that the Captain would come soon to yell at him and then drag him off into the meeting place. For once every month when the meeting was held, he always wanted to relax at the worst of moments and forget the responsibilities he had. He truly was selfish at sometimes and he knew it as well.

In the small cottage, Heather woke up. It was so early, the sun had not even risen, yet Heather couldn't fall asleep again. Her bow lay on the table aside her and she took it off the table slowly. She slung her quiver of arrows over her shoulder and walked around the room a few times to wake up her body. Tired yet restless the centaur was. With a sigh, Heather shook her very well brushed pink hair before walking into the other small room where her paints lie.

She tried to supress a small smile as she took a paintbrush made from her tail hair and some wood. The berries she had found for the paints were from her missions to the outside world. She wished she could go more often, but she knew she had to protect the kingdom. She had just dipped in the brush when the sun started to rise over the earth. Sighing yet again, she walked out of the cottage.

She saw the earth golem but she had classified him as a 'non-threat.' He didn't look like he could do much, anyways, but Heather always underestimated. It was sort of like a habit. She walked to her station and nocked an arrow, the thin shaft pressing lightly into her fingers, but she was immidiately bored. She lazily shot at random things and retrieved the arrows. She always took her job seriously, just she needed to keep her brain occupied.

Terrance was sulking around when he noticed Heather. She looked like she really loved pink. He started to bubble as things started to fall out of him. Clothes, daggers, arrows, gold and then a bag fell out. He stopped bubbling and picked up the bag. It was made of brown cloth drenched in mud. He looked at it and then at her. Eh, why not? he pondered.

He began slugging towards her going through bare trees, rocks and boulders. As he strode through town people eyed him and held their breath as he stank of rotten corpses of previous Hunters and decomposition of organic matter. They especially didn't like the trail of mud he left behind him.

When Terrance finally found her shooting randomly he began his slow and muddy march. As he passed an intersection he got hit by a carriage and horses. SPLAT! Mud went everywhere covering stands and the bag fell down on the road. The mud ever so slowly started to move back to where Terrance once stood. He reformed and picked up the bag, An angry minotaur came off the carriage and started yelling at him. Terrance ignored him and started to march towards Heather once again. The minotaur mad raised his battle-axe and brought it down upon Terrance It sliced past his head but stopped abruptly. Rather annoyed Terrance accumulated a boulders worth of mud in his hand and threw it at the minotaur. The minotaur was impaled in the chest and sent flying backwards in a fury of mud and fur. The golem returning to its docile form began moving towards Heather.

After a quarter of an hour, Elicia knew that she had dragged on the meeting for too long but they could not come to discuss major subjects without the king present. She frowned at his ways; how many times had she dragged him here? The man clearly didn't take his responsibilities when it came to these meetings. But she could not blame him either as it took a lot of courage to hear the casualties every month which were mostly new members of the Hunter Corps. Elicia called to Annetta with her hand.

"I´ll have to go find the King if the meeting shall continue or it is useless to sit around here. Entertain them for me, will you?" She whispered softly before standing up and with a confident walk, she was out the door of the meeting room. Once she was at least a few feets away she slowed her walk, knowing that the those that remained in the room would be confused. Elicia did not care to explain why she left as she pondered on where the king was hiding this time.

She proceeded to his room first but it was empty. Then his office, the mess hall and everywhere she could come to think of except the garden. She was leaving it as her last option before she would simply cancel the meeting. Each step made her anxious and hopeful as she saw a figure in the distance and with a smirk, she came over to the king's side. "Your Highness," Elicia bowed shortly, dusting her black leather pants in the process. Her white shirt was tucked in neatly while a black cloak covered it. The black boots made a crunching sound as she stepped on a few fallen leaves. "I do believe you had a meeting scheduled this morning with the Hunter Corps. Or was I mistaken, you seem to enjoy the sun instead?"

Her words may been rude, especially to the king, but her voice was sweet making it sound like she meant no harm. Elicia did not care to drag him away at the time but sat down herself. Her next words was filled with nothing but sincerity as she slowly muttered them out, "Your Highness, it may seem hard to take... The casualties but we do need you in there. Not only to help us make decisions but also to calm the rest; they feel more at ease with their leader sitting there."

Heather had just gotten back her arrows when she spotted the earth golem again. What was his name? Started with a 'T' or something like that. She barely bothered to remember. She wasn't good wih names anyways. She cautiously raised her bow as he made his way towards her. Can't ever be too cautious. She thought bitterly, remembering the day her family died. She shoved it to the back of her head. She watched, quite amused, as he started to fight with a minotaur.

She eyed him as he approached her. She gripped an arrow and pulled it back with the string. The centaur was in a defensive position as she watched him. "Hello," She coughed and remembered his name. "Hello Terrance." She warily greeted him.

Terrance stood there quite unbothered by the fact that a centaur has a bow at his fave. He held out his hand containing the muddy, brown, burlap bag. He untied it and emptied it out unto the ground. About twenty or more mud stained gems fell out. About eight of them were pink but the rest were green, red, blue and purple.

Trying to use his speech he wanted to say " here " but all that came out of his mouth were squishes and something that sounded like a bubble popping. So he just stood there until she accepted the gift.

The king opened an eye lid as he heard the sound of crunching leaves. of course he knew who was there but he didn't bother to make any eye contact with the Captain. As Elicia sat down beside him he began to pull at the flowers that surrounded him. He listened to the Captain speak but he seemed like he was lost in space or rather thinking of other things.

"Hey, I never said i was nervous or even affected by the many casualties." He sat up, placing both his hands behind him for support and sighed slightly as he shook his head. "I'm not weak like others, those men died knowing very well what they were heading into when they joined the Hunters Corps. Did you think i didn't show up to the meeting because i was afraid? Well your wrong Captain, I have no fears and the reason i didn't show up..."

He stood up from the ground, crossing his arms over his chest and giving a small glare at the Female that still sat on the ground. "The reason i didn't show up is because i don't think its my problem Captain, i'm not the one out on missions and the battle field. I have no way of protecting those men and women who died, so i don't see it as my problem. We can't keep in the past, we must move forward. So tell me how we can move forward with these meaningless meetings held every month, no one can escape death and i find it quite pointless to mourn over those who are dead."

His words were cruel but he didn't mean any harm, he just said them to keep a firm wall above himself and others. He didn't need any one knowing how weak he felt right now, the best decision was to shake off his own emotions and hide behind a mask, putting the blame on others wasn't the best tactic but it would do for now.

Black remained still waiting for his queen to reply hearing her say, "Black, you know you do not have to kneel..." Hearing this he would stand looking at her then saying, "Yes but you deserve the utmost respect." He would stand up as he notice she was getting closer he rested his right hand on the hilt of his blade at his side. He then heard her say that he was one of her most trusted people he then thought, Most trusted? I'm Honored. She then motioned him to follow for she has something that needs his opinion

He would then walk beside her still resting his hand on the hilt, The bottom of his wings barely touched the ground and the shadow of his hood still concealed his face. He kept a pace beside her looking only forward he stopped as she sat at some furniture, and as he looked towards her noticing a slight smile, this made Black listen closely.

After listening to what she had to say he thought for a moment,
Why do Humans capture her interest? He then says, "Would you like me to kill this hunter corps? They are just Humans yes? Then they should not be a problem. But If they have had killed our people once before then what would stop them from doing it again. Why would it be any different if you was to show up no offense my queen." He paused looking off to the side, "If you wish to have my opinion it is a bad Idea, But...If you are to get the Leader of Haynn's assistance it surely would help us not that we would need it with humans." Pausing once more wondering what she is getting at by saying this nonsense, It only endangers her and he will not Let any danger become of her, he turns to her saying, "What do wish to acquire by having leaders from the Kingdoms Meet? What are you wanting? just to see the Human leader? I will bring you his head if you wish to see him!" Black then started to sound a bit annoyed or angered not due to what she wanted to do but what was her reason? Black tried to think of it but he couldn't make sense of it.

He only wishes for his queen to stay safe, almost getting enraged he stops himself taking a deep breath and says in his basic tone,
"Sorry my queen I did not mean to be rude I just don't see the purpose of even putting yourself in danger, I just think it is some what pointless is all but I will go with what you command."

Elicia sighed at the King's obvious denial; the fact that he got upset and defensive made her chuckle. She stood up with a smirk on her lips before looking him in the eyes with a stare that would chill even the strongest of men, she could take that he skipped the meetings; that he simply did not care of that responsibility but to say that those deaths were... Not important... It maddened her."If you say so, Your Highness... But you see... For us to move forward are the only reasons we have these meetings, to plan, protect and care for our kingdom is the very goal of the Hunter Corps. Sadly, I as the Captain, can't leave your side for now but the rest of those men are going out to the battlefield and without their King's support or help, they will feel useless,"

She took a few steps back and dusted herself of before flicking her hair back as it got in her way, " Perhaps, that's why we have casualties in the first place, not that it is your fault, Your Highness, but they have no hope, no reason and no goal right now. This meeting, I was planning to bring up a solution to the casualties and of course; we would listen to what you think of the situation. And with utmost respect, Your Highness, this is your duty, not mine nor anyone else."

After she had finished her speech she turned around to see Annetta walking towards them with a small smile, she bowed graciously to the king and did not stand up; awaiting his order to ease her stance. "My Lord, Your Highness, How are you this fine morning? I do hope I did not disturb your conversation with the Captain but they ask for your presence in the meeting hall. Captain Arson; Sir Rudolf has taken his leave, I´m afraid others will follow his decision if we do not hurry." Elicia frowned before she gave the King one last look.

"I suppose you will not attend the meeting this morning, Your Highness, I shall take my leave. Like the wording goes; You can force a man to follow but not to care." Bowing one last time, Elicia turned around, with just a few hopes that the king would perhaps follow them to the meeting hall. Annetta stood up from her stance and with a quick bow, she followed her master.

Xiang looked at him blankly before she sighed softly, her eyes closing for a brief moment as she listened to him. "Black, we are creatures who celebrate death for it is so rare. Killed in battle or naturally is not something we mourn over for we return to the hands of the Goddess Valdis." She told him, looking back over to the window, her eyes captured with their usual brown hue at the delicate designs cast upon the glass. "We live for years and years, natural death is rare. Yet, for them it is different." This led to her curiousity.

She looked back at him, her usual stoic expression back as she leaned back in the chair, motioning for him to sit.
"They die, they feel and they are evolving more than any other species in this blessed land. They are marvelous creatures yet so frail. We were clearly once the dominating race along with the other kingdoms yet they developed and struck fear into even our cold hearts. I am simply in awe." Although it didn't really seem clear on her features, her interest was deeply rooted.

"Black, I am very old in their years and appearance, yet in our time I am the youngest ruler. I have watched generations of Ibberlains rulers and heard of their exploits. I only wish to see the current ruler." She mumbled softly, a small pout playing upon her lips as she crossed her arms over her torso. "That and their hunter corps have killed many of the people I've sent out to fetch supplies or send messages. I can only choose to meet with the Ibberlain king and get them to stop or I can start a war. I chose the former and out of precaution, as they killed my mother when she went alone I will ask the Haynn King to come along as well."

Black stood there for a moment collecting himself from his rapid and unpleasant thoughts and his rude behavior, then listening closely as he then says, "I understand my queen and forgive me on my sudden out burst, it was improper and rude of me I can now see why these humans are a concern." He then sat down upon her motioning him to, he looked over at her giving a full attention.

His wings almost seemed to hug him in a way due to the size of them and not fitting properly, The shadow of his hood casted still over his face even though it seemed light shined towards his face the darkness seemed like a wall. After hearing what she said it started to make sense in his head why she wants learn more about them personally though black feels their not worth the time and effort. but when she mention the goddess of death he did not even like the thought of her, even if he is a Reaper that was not his creator in his own opinion but does not bring that up.

He looks up at Xiang saying,
"I now understand the reason you wish to see them and you are right they seem to advance in many skills quickly compared to the other kingdoms. But you wish to go to their kingdom personally? would you wish me to find a neutral area so the meeting can be held in safe conditions, and also would you like me to go out and contact other leaders because if we are to have a sit down with them then we should have most kingdoms join some kind of discussion, we all seem to be at each others throats to almost the brink of war."

Xiang looked at him. Black had become someone the Queen trusted and so he was the most likely in the whole kingdom to see the young Queen present any form of emotion. She smiled. "Black, you had your reasons for that so do not apologize." She told him as she curled her hands into fists upon her lap, ruffling the silk of her kimono as she sighed. It truly was going to get troublesome from here. She reached under the table to pull out some paper and a quill, setting it down before she spoke again.

"I am glad you agree, I was quite unsure with this but it seems like the best course of action to protect this kingdom." After all, it was her job to do anything that would protect her people. "I know I ask so much of you my friend but now I ask that you go to Haynn and invite their king to join me in meeting with Ibberlain. If he wishes...then you can bring him here although do it in a method that prevents him from discovering the location." She paused, a small frown etched onto her lips. "After all, with or without Haynn I will meet with Ibberlain if they accept." She whispered, grasping the quill and paper as she prepared to write the letter. "Please go immediately Black."

The Queen then turned her focus upon the letter, she had to make sure it didn't sound threatening in the least. If she did...well war would be clear. The woman sighed softly, running a hand through her wavy brown locks before she began to write. It took her a good hour before she created the final flicker of her signature, folding it up before she sealed it and headed to a servant. "Take this to Ibberlain, and please be careful in doing so." The servant nodded before heading off in travels of the human kingdom. The Queen could only hope that their reply was positive.

If there was one thing the Hunters Corps Captain could do best, it was being able to make others feel guilty to the farthest content. He had no other choice than to carry on with the meeting, though it would be dreadful to hear the many casualties, it was something that needed to be done. He sighed heavily and watched the captain walk away until she could be seen no more. He followed in her direction a short while after, there now was only a few Hunter Corps held in the meeting now and hopefully once he get there everyone else would be there as well.

Isis the King of Ibberlain entered the room, as he looked around he noticed that only a small fraction of the group had left the meeting due to his delay. At least it was only a small fraction of the group and not the whole group, he realized how selfish he was for making the other wait and he truly was sorry for acting so childish. He passed by where the Captain was sitting and took a seat beside her as he bowed his head down to the other Hunter Corps members.
"Please forgive me for my delay, i was acting like a brat and didn't think of the consequences of my actions."

He rose his head and leaned back into his chair, taking on a relaxed form. "You may thank your Captain for dealing with my behavior and getting me here, if not for her i would still be acting on my own selfish ways." He rested his elbow on the arm of his chair and placed his head in the palm of his hand, he looked at the others in the room. "So shall we continue with this meeting? Any objections?" The room stayed silent and the answer was given. "Good~ Now you say we have casualties right. So exactly how many and what was the main cause of these casualties?"

Arranseer floated on the highest point in the Valkyrie city. She observed the place and people she swore to protect.

"I will not falter in my duties. I will protect my people." She murmured.

She flew down to the ground and folded her majestic wings. Arranseer patrolled the city and made her way back to her house.

"Smash smash, tromp tromp. Bellos goes." Bellos bellowed as he wandered the land. He liked to sing to himself but he couldn't remember the reason why.

"Bellos sing. Sing sing sing." He sang out, as he knocked over trees carelessly.

After about a half hour of relaxing in the forest, Noah walks back into the library. He walks in and begins to file some updated information in the archives. More races have been dying so family records and such were in need of updates. The main reason for these deaths was the work of the Hunter Corps. Noah grows a frown at the thought of the humans. The ones responsible for so much tragedy, and the loss of one of his loved ones. Putting the thought out of mind, he files the papers. Eventually he got a message from the High Elders Council. News of the Hunter Corps has been threatening them and they need to begin actions towards them. Diplomats have already been sent to other kingdoms to discuss what they should do with the humans. No-one has stepped up to go to the Kingdom of Haynn. For many reasons too. Traveling comes at risk of meeting the Hunter Corps, the dangers of terrain, and meeting the blood thirsty race that dwells in Haynn. Much to his dismay, Noah has been selected to go as a temporary diplomat because of his history of adventure, and way of speaking. This letter made Noah grimace and writhe but it was the Councils orders and began packing. But before that began, Noah sends a message to the King of Haynn, Gabriel Braun. He didn't want to pop in unannounced. That would be rude.... and deadly.

Flamewraith had set up a camp near the borders of several kingdoms. He now waited to see who would require his service now. He had just finished a raid on a tiny village for a great deal of money. The 7 residents had apparently made a collection of Nobles very angry. H

At the moment he and his hound where without work but man knew their locations. He had sent out a indirect message to several Royals close to him as well as dozens of lesser Nobles that he was open and nearby. He had claimed the site of a forest fire as his base camp and had discovered that another fire creature had been in the area. It had caused the flames merely by passing through. He and his dog had merely claimed a small portion of the wreckage because of the lack of anything that would burn if they touched it.
