The Real Us (Private)

Kyouya looked around the 3rd music room. Over all things had turned out better than expected. Decorations for todays theme had gone up without a problem and finished earlier than expected. Bills had been taken care of, at least for now with mean the hosts, well the other hosts, were messing around until they had to get into place for todays events. Kyouya was where he normally was when outside the eye of the public, on his computer, typing. He'd gotten good at ignoring the others and whatever ridiculous nonsense they were going on about. He leaned back, focused on his computer, not paying attention to the approaching figure.

Kaoru was always amazed at how efficiently everything went up and today was no different. Turning to speak with his brother and formulate a plan for today's events, a grin slowly crept onto his face. Leaning, he slowly revealed his plan to his brother. Hikaru would spend the day with Haruhi and they would be a pair for the day. Kaoru on the other hand wanted to see what Kyouya was always up to and wondered if he would act as a host with him and woo their guests. Standing up, he slowly made his way toward Dark Prince as Renge would put it. "Hey, mommy dearest. Would you mind entertaining the guest with me today or is the computer always going to be your permanent guest?" A sly smile worked its way across his face as he looked down at him.

Kyouya glanced up briefly as Kaoru slid up to him. He licked his tongue, deciding to ignore his 'Mommy' comment. "No I have every intention of entertaining the guests... When they get here. Why in the world would you need me when you have your brother?" He asked, voice pleasant and yet... dangerous if you knew him well enough, which they did. "I hardly see why you need My Help." He pointed out, never glancing away from his computer as he spoke.

{{ It's a crying shame this is a pg13 site.}}

Kaoru gave a false frown and leaned over to look at what was on Kyouya's computer screen. "Hikaru is going to be entertaining the guests with Haruhi today. As close as we are, I can tell how much he is into her. I just won't tell that directly to him. Besides, it'll teach him how to better interact when I am not around." Kaoru stood up straight and grinned once more. "So, even if 'Daddy' gets angry about the two of them hanging out. I want to hang out with 'Mommy' today."

Kyouya's fingers stopped, looking up at Kaoru as he spoke. "Ah..." he sighed, more to himself as he finally looked up at him. "Right well... I'm not sure it's conductive to sales to have you hanging around me but I suppose it's worth checking out." He sighed, glancing at the clock before shutting the computer. "Well... if you want to tag along... Guests are about to arrive." He told him rather matter-of-factly. He sighed, sliding the computer away and going to get the others attentions, gelling them to get ready... it would take about 10 minutes just to get them focused...

"Awesome, I'm sure we'll be a hit. Honestly you were too much about our sales. Shouldn't our Lady Manager be doing stuff like that?" He followed the stern male to where everyone else was. Noting the Hikaru had latched onto Haruhi very quickly. They gave each other knowing grins before he turned his attention to Tamaki and Kyouya. Even though Haruhi looked very annoyed she wouldn't really have the heart to tell the other to go away after seeing that Kaoru was latched onto to Kyouya for the day.

Kyouya glanced over at him, "I suppose we'll see." He agreed, to be honest, girls had their preferences but when it came down to it they would be happy with about anything. He just sighed softly at the last question. "The 'Lady Manager' doesn't pay attention to the detail, someone has to actually make sure we're making the money and attention we need." He told him simply. He glanced over at Kaoru who had taken his role to heart. He looked over Hikaru and Haruhi. Honestly... this club. He shook his head, leaning back as he waited to see what today's activities would hold.

"Hey, come on, you act like it's going to be terrible having me follow you around." He leaned close and rested an arm on his shoulder. Running his fingers over Kyouya's cheek with a devilish grin. "I'm sure our ladies would love the nice change of pace. It'll bring in more profit." He stroked Kyouya's cheek before standing up straight with a smile. The door slowly opening as their first set of customers slowly made their way into the music room.

Kyouya raised an eyebrow. Both the twins and Tamaki... well they had their merits but at the end of the day, but he enjoyed going home to peace and quite at the end of the day. He just glance at him, not seeming to care about his touches one way or another. "I suppose only the customers will tell." he said simply, glancing back at the door as it opened, greeting them before they split into groups. The normal girls for the twins seemed torn on what to do while Hikaru slid beside Haruhi and Kyouya slid onto a couch with Kaoru.

Kaoru greeted what girls did finally decide and clung to Kyouya. "We felt like changing it up a bit. I hope you ladies don't mind. Today you get me and the Dark Prince." He grinned even more as some of the ladies giggled and blushed, clearly liking the idea of one of the devilish twins being paired up with the Dark Prince himself. "By all means ladies ask me anything, and I shall provide."

Kyouya didn't seem at all irritated with Kaoru now that the girls were there despite how he may of inclined otherwise earlier. He smiled at the girl, brushing hair out of his face. "I'm glad you could make it today." He told them with his usual charming smile. He got up to offer them treats before sitting back down next to Kaoru. "So tell me, what is it you'd like today?" He asked, leaning both forward towards them and in towards Kaoru.

This had captured Kaoru's interest. He never got the chance to see how, Kyouya hosted. Even though he had some girls requesting him. He was always too busy playing the forbidden love thing with his brother to notice. And now that he could, he watched him carefully. He got to see the dark Kyouya finally working with the ladies. Some of the girls giggle at how close they were getting and covered their cheeks before requesting to see how the two of them interacted with each other.

Kyouya smiled, settling back and glancing over at Kaoru. Despite his reputation in the club he played it cool, gave them what they wanted. His personality was quite different than when he was just with the club, more polished, refined and... well refreshing. "Of course If that's what you want." He smiled with a small wink at the ladies before turning back to Kaoru. "If must be strange for you, without you're other half at you're side." He used the situation to start something, that could be adjusted to the girls responses.

Kaoru blinked in mild surprise. This Kyouya was almost completely different from what he was used to seeing. Did he just wink at the ladies? This time Kaoru sat up quickly because of Kyouya's question. "Not really... I mean I told him to go and hang out with Haruhi. Besides, Tamaki-Senpai is always complaining about us not hanging out without each other. Says we cause a lot of trouble. We aren't called the Devil Twins for nothing." He turned and leaned forward on the couch, facing him. "What about you? It must be strange for the Dark Prince to have a Devil Twin by his side."

Kyouya smiled, watching Kaoru, leaning back as if having a casual conversation. "Trouble? I would say you just have a lack of focus for your energy." He smiled, almost the opposite of what he would normally say. He shrugged, "Not that strange, we have known each other for a long time, haven't we?" He pointed out with a small smile, smoothing his hair. He seemed to of gotten comfortable in a pose, watching the girls out of their corner of his eye and their reactions.

He frowned slightly feeling a little bit confused. He hadn't realized that Kyouya acted this differently from when the ladies weren't around. He looked at the ladies. "You girls get to see him like this all the time and I don't. We don't name him the Dark Prince for nothing." He sat back and visually pouted as the girls made cute giggling noises, blushing a bit.

Kyouya raised an eyebrow slightly at his comment. "Oh come now... you make it sound like I'm some evil eye int he shadows. I just know what I want and got for it." He shrugged innocently, and that in a nutshell was his host personality. An accomplished, driven, cool and collected teenager. "I'm just ambitious, aren't you?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, Words almost hinting at a double meaning.

"You can be pretty evil when you want to be, and you know it Kyouya. You've scared me quite a few times because of it." He glanced at him and still had a pout on his lips. Hikaru would never admit to something like that, but for the sake of the ladies he was going to play it up a bit. "I like this side of you. The side were you don't seem so evil. It's a bit of a nice change." He could say he was playing it up, but he was actually being quite honest. He knew Kyouya would be able to tell, but the ladies wouldn't. Clearly by the amount of squealing going on across from them.

Kyouya shook his head, "Evil is a harsh word." he told him, taking a sip of tea. "Perhaps you just scare easy, like I said, when I find something I want I won't let it go for anything." He sighed, more for the girls benefit, as was the statement, but still true. "Perhaps it's that imagination of yours running wild, painting me as a villain, I can assure you I am not." He told him, playing it up but... perhaps he was hinting there honestly was a deeper side to him? He shrugged. "Maybe you just don't spend enough time with me."

"My imagination does not run wild like that. I just view you differently than you yourself do. And I do not scare easily! Did Hikaru tell you that!?" He feigned hurt surprise and glared at him. "You wouldn't even know my fears if they hit you in the face. And I am spending time with you right now." The girls off to the side sighed happily as they continued to watch them.

Kyouya raised an eyebrow, "It's nothing you have to be ashamed of." He told him with a small smile. "Though I won't deny you see me differently, all the same." He told him, smiling at his fake hurt where he might of smirked before. He shrugged, "You're be surprised at what I know... for example, you always sleep with a picture of someone beside the bed." He told him, leaning back.

He looked at him in real surprise this time and glanced at the ladies who eagerly looked at him. This time he blushed. "How would you know something like that?! It's not like you would know who it was." He retorted back and made a move to kick at him before settling down. He turned away from him and hugged himself. "Not even Hikaru knows something like that. Geez, senpai... I feel like you've just violated me." This made the girls squeal loudly and some could have possibly fainted.

Kyouya smiled a bit, it was a bit of information he'd had for some time but never been important until now. Kyouya had contacts everyone, know more on everyone than they thought they did. "No?" He asked, easily dodging the sick while barely moving. "Would you like to test the theory?" He asked, daring him to get him to say it. He watched him at his last comment. "Violated? No... of course not... I just take steps to ensure I know my friends very well."

Kaoru glanced at him still blushing, "See, you're being so cruel. Revealing my secrets like that to our dear ladies. They're still watching, you know." He looked over at the ladies feigning hurt before turning back to Kyouya. "How come you get to know all of our secrets and not a single one of us know any of yours? How about you tell me? It'll give us time to bond and get closer."

Kyouya shook his head at his comment. "Cruel is something quite different." He pointed out, smiling a bit and glancing at the guests. "How could I forget they're here?" He asked him. At his question though he shrugged casually. "Because I take the time to research my friends... It's not my fault that they don't take the time to look up my secrets. I've very devoted, in everything I do." He pointed out, ignoring the last comment... and question.
