  A highly selective and secretive international agency known as "The Prism" is famous for producing some of the best agents in the world. Based on the ideology of "Like a prism, we take the essence of a good agent and split it among a team that works as a group to achieve a task that might otherwise seem impossible.", their training program consists of selecting candidates they deem as the perfect fit for a new cohort and putting the group through a series of tests.
  Your character is being discussed as a candidate for a position in the next training cohort, as The Prism is looking for a diverse and skilled group of trainees (most with prior experience in the field of espionage).

  Purple / The Leader

  leadership, wisdom, luxury
  Purple has always been someone with a knack for leading people and thinking quickly on their toes. They come from a good family with connections in the espionage industry.

  Blue / The Therapist

  stability, calming, loyalty
  Blue is known as a calming presence. Their level-headed thinking and unwavering loyalty makes them a valuable agent.

  Orange / The Risk-Taker

  determination, impatience/safety warning, warmth
  Orange is a valuable asset. They're determined and easy to talk to (charismatic). Though they're also impatient and often jump head-first into things.

  Green / The Healer

  life/nature, new beginnings, jealousy
  Green is newer to the life of espionage, but they're highly gifted with medical care and wilderness survival skills. They sometimes get insecure and jealous of the other agents' skills.

  Yellow / The Energetic Know-It-All

  joy, intelligence, caution, energy
  Yellow is known as the brainy one of the group. They are a human database of espionage knowledge. They're an optimist and very energetic.

  Gray / The 'Guy/Girl in the Chair'

  uncertain morals, uniformity, boring
  Gray feels more disconnected from the other agents. While most of the others have field skills, theirs are more focused on technology. The others might see Gray's experience behind the scenes as boring, but little do they know that Gray has some tricks up their sleeves they themselves didn't even know about.

  Black / The Fighter

  mystery, martial arts, elegance
  Black is known as the one with unmatched skills in martial arts. They give off an aura of mystery and elegance but there is no mistaking the power they bring to the table.

  Brown / The Parent of the Group

  cozy/wholesome, resilient/dependable
  Brown is known as the 'parent of the group'. They're the glue that keeps the team together and the mama bear that attacks when their fellow agents are in trouble.

  Red / The Hothead

  danger, confidence, intensity, romance
  Red is a very confident person. They're not afraid of confrontation and have experience as a honey trap agent.

  White / The Saint

  moral, perfection, honesty
  White has always been one to see things as clearly right or clearly wrong. They have an unwavering set of morals and the determination to fight for/protect what they believe in.

that is intriguing - I have a character who has a grudge against the government Agency mainly due to her history and the fact her mother was killed on a mission (working through a form atm - fighting with coding lol XD
