A number of them are on their way to the bus. I went ahead and mentioned that Rialla saw a few convicts already waiting at the bus, so he could be there waiting already.

Well I figured for anyone coming in late, or anyone unsure of how to get their character to the bus, they could just use my post as an excuse to have them there already, and could now talk amongst themselves, greet others being walked out, or question the five foot super high security inmate being held off to the side in a mask and chains.
