Fantasy The Penitentiary of the Gifted Ones

As Group three enters the room, the door closes behind them. On the opposite side of the room. there is a large door without a handle. On either side is a panel with a hand print. On the opposite side of the door, there is a hand print on either side. In order to open the door, two people have to have their hands on either of the four panels. The door is very thick and if someone decides to let go, the door slams down. Team members have to trust that they won't get each other squashed or trapped.


"Stop squabbling!" Genevieve snapped at Outbreak. "We have to work together." He is grown enough as well as capable enough to pull himself together, she thought.

Kai simply remained quiet and said,"Let's just head left..." He then signaled the rest of the group over as he peeked into it, it was a long corridor that made a turn to the right. He then said,"Alright, this way!" He then began to walk until he made to...

Outbreak shot another glare full of anger and insanity at Genevieve. "You got a problem? You're lucky I'm trying not to beat the crap out of any of you," Outbreak snapped back. His teeth were clenched and held tight fists. He didn't move to attack them but he was starting to really get ticked off. Outbreak followed the warden to the left, knowing that he'd probably know the way. Hold it together...kill later, Outbreak thought to himself.

Superguard let out a low whirring noise, as if he was thinking. "CLEARLY, THE FASTEST WAY OUT IS THE DIRECT ROUTE. FORTUNATELY FOR YOU WEAK BAGS OF FLESH, MY 'POWERS' ARE NOT SUPERNATURAL, BUT RATHER, ARTIFICIAL." and with that, Superguard gave the wall in front of him a mighty punch. "I WILL BUILD THIS TEAM USING MY COLD STEEL FISTS IF I HAVE TO."

Kino realized he wasn't helping the situation, and humanized. He sighed. "Look, outbreak, miss.... I'm sorry I don't know your name, but you're right. We have to do this together," he said. "I'm sorry for snapping at you, Outbreak. I'm just scared." He looked at the guards, and followed outbreak. "Do you know where you're going?"

Outbreak's expression softened a bit when the fox boy stopped acting so insolent. "I'm really just trying to cooperate for now. If I could use my virus then I'd send them to fill the air and find the exit, but because that's not the case I'm not going to take any irrational decisions even if irrational decisions is my strong suit. The faster we could finish this, the more power they grant us," Outbreak finished with a sinister smile as his thoughts went on to the things he'd be able to do with his virus strengthened. He looked back at the boy with a stern look, "and it seems you got the nose to find out where we need to go."

"Alright." Kino sniffed the air again. "Kai, which way do we- Kai?" He called out, noticing his disappearance. "I say...." He sniffed again. "Left, because that's where he went, and... He seems to know where we're going." He went left and stopped when he saw Max. "Uh-oh..."

Outbreak turned the corner and saw the Head Warden just at the end of the hall. His eyes widened maddeningly at the sight of her, remembering that she took him out at the first attempt to kill someone. He walked forward, and caught up to the others, his expression become dull with hints of insanity.

"Right you do that ED-209." Blair snarked at the machine. Xhe crossed pher arms, "Shoddily built hunk of junk." The artist grumbled out, before snickering at the surely most hurtful comment. "I'm sure you'll be able to do such a task." Blair dismissively waved with his right hand as she began laughing a bit at the machine once more.


"Oh surely you'll be able to break the wall just as easy as you broke artwork."

 

[Xenonia]

The prisoner's snark would not get to Superguard. He would break down these walls of it destroyed him. "DO NOT SASS ME, VANDAL. I WILL TEAR DOWN THIS WALL LIKE IT WAS AN INMATE'S HAND. JUST YOU WATCH." Problem was, it really wasn't working, and the stress on his servos was getting worse. The wiring inside him was still ripped, as well, and it was certainly heating up. "JUST. YOU. WATCH." And with that, Superguard exploded with a force powerful enough to level a city block.

"Aww fu-" was all Akane could manage before the force of the explosion ripped their area of the simulation apart, scrambling her 0's and 1's and destroying her uploaded consciousness along with those of everyone else nearby.


In the real world, Akane's body was currently in the throes of a massive seizure, her flailing body destroying most of the cell and burying her twitching, comatose body under several hundred tons of concrete as her flailing triggered a chain reaction that collapsed most of the wing.

Kino yelled as the entire maze shook. "What was that?" He said, hiding behind Kai.

Blair stuck out hu tongue at Superguard as she blew a raspberry. He placed his hands on xer hips, "Not so tough when you don't have artwork to threaten!?" Grinning his teeth he did a spin on her left foot, while keeping the right leg extended. The artist marched up towards the machine and began laughing. "Oh come on now you bucket of bolts! You-" And then the explosion happened.


Thrusting out xer arms to pher side, the vandal began cackling. "YES SUCH ARTISTIC EXPRESSION! I was focusing on the eternal beauty whe-" Blair did not finish this monologue out loud in the simulation. But rather Blair simply had the passing thought of the ever-changing nature of art and aesthetics. The simulation was quickly ended from the force of the impact.


What happened next was a question the artist would be unable to answer. All that mattered was the aesthetic expression that had recently occurred in the simulation.

Kai looked around and said,"A explosion!?" He quickly picked up his radio and said,"This is Kai, there was a explosion in the simulation, repeat there was a issue in the simulation."

Superguard was truly a robot - completely logical, even when it made no sense. "Cut it out, Mazinger. You'll just damage yoursel-"


Then came the blast. The punishment for Yuki's years of greed. Her acceptance of bribes. Her refusal to call anyone by their actual names.


As Yuki was engulfed by the blast, only one thought came to her mind: I guess I'm not getting that bonus. With that, she accepted her fate and left the world forever.

Kain slamned against the wall shotting right through 3 entire sections before falling of the 4th one. He layed there not moveing till he began to twitch. He slowly began to rise up his body revealing several ounces of flesh lost revealing bone. He looked like a zombie. Kain stood tall head bent backwrrds till he looked ahead steam left his mouth his eyes could be seen with nothing but violance within them.

Outbreak almost lost his balance at the shock of the giant explosion. "Who's the dumbass that-" Outbreak said before realizing who it was. No Warden would be stupid enough to do that except for, he guessed it, Mr. Commie Destroyer. He looked back at Max, awaiting her reaction. Outbreak seriously considered attacking her but then he remembered he was in a simulation and didn't have his powers so what an idiotic move that would have beem.

Nuria opened her eyes and found herself looking at an unfamiliar ceiling, what was happening? Her body felt heavy, as if it were made of lead. Where was she? The last thing she remembered was fire, wasn't she the one who had caused it? Yes... She remembered now. She had been shot with something, a sleeping drug she guessed by the fact that she had only just woken up. She sat up slowly and looked around the small cell, solitary confinement. Typical, they probably didn't know how to handle her. What she didn't know, however, was that the prison she was in was made for people like her. She climbed off the bed and stood in the middle of the cell, not quite sure what to do next.

A part of the ceiling collapsed right onto Kino, making him cry out and sending up a huge cloud of dust. When the dust settled, kino was on the ground with his arm pinned under much rubble. He tried pulling away but couldn't. His left arm was stuck and it hurt. A lot. "Help!" He cried out. "Help!"


Nima heard a small cry for "help" and her eyes got very wide. "Kino......" She whispered as the room shook. "Kino?" She heard it again and sprinted away from her group. She used her voice to pinpoint him. "KINO! KINO, CAN YOU HEAR ME?" Another cry out, this time fom her left. She barreled down the maze, crashing through the walls. She came upon group 3. "Who cried out for help?" She panted. She spotted the rubble pile. "Oh my gosh."


"N-Nima?" Kino said softly. "Nima, is that you?" His eyes were wide and his voice shook with emotion.


"Yeah, Kiddo, it's me," Nima said, smiling and kneeling, trying to keep calm. She took his right hand and held it.


"Please don't leave...." Kino whispered.


"You kidding me? I'm not going anywhere," she said, standing and letting go of his hand. She turned to Outbreak (@Maxwelle). "Help me get this off of him." She turned to the rubble pile and began to move the pieces off the top and then tugged on the bigger one.

Outbreak slowly opened his eyes. The dust was all around him. He groaned a little and found that he encapsulated in rubble. Outbreak heard a voice. Thank god none of the rubble ended up injuring him. Outbreak moved his hand and well, stump, and manged to free them. There found large rock on his chest so he pushed it off and jumped to his feet. "Son of BITCH! What the hell was that?" He said, looking over at some girl who was asking for his help. The wimp was stuck in the rubble also. Outbreak walked forward without a word and been forcefully moving rubble out of the way. He muttered a whole array of curses under his breath as he threw the rocks off Kino.

(@rapjack123 I suppose so. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what occurred. It's slightly confusing.)


 
Genevieve glanced around, coughing as debris and dust filled the air. She couldn't clear the ringing from her ears. What happened? She tried to speak but she didn't even know if anyone was around. Vision fading fast, she collapsed to the ground only to wake up in a bright white room. "What the..?"

Outbreak was in the middle of moving rocks off Kino when suddenly he collapsed on the ground. Next thing he knew, he woke up in a brightly lit room. "Wha- Where am I now?" Outbreak said, squinting his eyes. He quickly sat up and rubbed his eyes. Outbreak looked around, observing his surroundings.

''Rise and shine Pinkie Pie'' said Kasabian on a deep tone, to Outbreak. He was right next to him, hidding in the shadows of the room as usual. After a few seconds he came out, ''wearing'' his usual glare and strict attitude. ''If you'll analyze things a little , maybe you'll find out what happened'' he added on a neutral tone.

"I've had about enough for today," Genevieve muttered. Rising, she headed out the door trying to somehow walk away from all the Chaos that had occurred.
