Matt is very aggressive, from a young age it was easy to provoke Matt into fighting. Coming into his shifting did not help with Matt's temper.Matt eventually got a rein on his temper, but it can still happen from time to time that Matt will fly off the handle and become aggressive, but only under specific circumstances. Due to being a lone wolf for so long, Matt is very distrustful of people he does not know. However Matt is fiercely loyal to those that do earn his trust. But it is hard to earn and easy to lose. Deep down Matt just wants to belong in a world where he sees himself as a freak and his main response is to lash out.

History:
Matthew was born in Ireland to a single mother. He never knew his father growing up, but his mother more than made up for it. As he grew older, Matt noticed that his mother would watch him like she was waiting for something to happen. When Matt lost his temper at 15 is when it happened. a local thug was trying to extort money from his Mother and Matt shifted for the first time. Quickly dispatching the thug, Matt disposed of the body before the shock of what happened hit. It was then he was told that his father was a shifter and so was he.

It would be 2 years when his mother passed from illness, leaving Matt alone in the world. Unable to remain in his childhood home, Matt packed his few personal belongings, sold the house and land and began his travels. Matt would spend the next 7 years travelling before encountering the pack.
