Interesting...not sure how far advanced we are in technology with this being the Victorian Era or that women fought in wars or led armies...so I'll leave all that to Spirit's acceptance. But is interesting. SirDerpingtonIV SirDerpingtonIV

The Victorian era leads through the late 1800's and up to 1901. So rifles, landmines, and artillery are within the realm of technology. And Karkaul being a fictional culture, has more equal views on women's rights, or atleast their right to die in battle.. And thanks my dude, your assassin and Rajah are pretty cool too! Atleast the assassin is a character to be as accustomed to war as Norta is.
 
Thanks for the explanation. Victorian Era is something I'm not totally into history wise, half the time I can't even get the time period right.

It's nice that someone else likes my characters besides Spirit. Yeah though Haneul is not at all thrilled with the auction as you can see with my post. My Rajah will probably end up getting sick and terrified given his history but won't know until Spirit approves him.

Oh yeah, Norta views this as a slave auction and the whole agreement as an undignified surrender meant to appease the vampires out of further war, so she also hates this
 
My Raja was just purposely sickened by the Duke who then threatened to sell him into slavery, but more or less did so his child didn't have to go to the vampires. So he, my Raja, has no real idea what will be going on and his parents are on their way back to India.
