Not before Haneul gets his money, which will be not only the money he is paying for the two slaves but the money from all the other vampires that will be going to the auctioneer. Haneul will be getting all of that money and putting all the money the others paid for their fiancees into his own coffers.

And the auctioneer is rude, he's pissed he was cheated out of his money with Jatayu not supposed to be there, it's supposed to be the Duke's son. Plus he doesn't think the royalty should think themselves above everyone else. Haneul also has to tweak things to get his certificate of property for Ayumu as well.

Afterwards you can kill him.
