Oh lol.. well I can try to explain what genjutsu is.. well it puts the person who got into genjutsu in a trance.. and well it really depends on the person and the genjutsu, the Uchiha clans genjutsu is different to each and every person, for example.. a person see's a moment of there life that they don't want to experience again.. so genjutsu isn't real.. there are different ways to get out of genjutsu, if your with friends they need to give you chakra by touching you, or you hurt yourself to get out of it, people in naruto usually stab there leg with a kunai, but there are other ways to get out of genjutsu.. I've went way off of topic.
