"i know. just don't draw too much attention. explaining to the captain would be the hard part." was his only response to what he would consider a stupid idea.
She nods. "True, Captain hates it when more people than needed know of our presence." She then looks over to the town and it is as she recognizes it but can't remember from where or when.
She looks over at Shade for a moment then back to MogBerry. "Yeah, that guy takes some getting used to. It took me about a month to stop hating him." She smirks to herself a little at the memory.
She shrugs, glancing around the town inconspicuously as they walk through it. "And it's not fully your fault. I don't trust easily because of my bad experiences."
Zephyra looks at him questioningly and swiftly follows in and speaks quietly to him. "What is in here?" She quickly glances around the room they entered.
She looks down at the hole with an expression of 'are you serious?' she then looks back around the ally for anyone onlookers. She sighs then also drops down the hole and surveys her new surroundings. "Well, I have never done this before, that's for sure..."
She continues walking forward swiftly. "What did you-" She suddenly accidentaly hits her head on a part of the ceiling she couldn't see. "Ow!" She clutches her forehead in pain. "Jeez that hurts..."
"alright kiddies, we're home." he says, no longer hunched over. as he walks (normally now) to a blank wall, he reaches in his shirt and finds his necklace.
She looks around confusedly then turns to him. "Um... Have you finally lost it or something? I don't know if you've noticed but we're in a sewer and that's just a blank wall."
"amateurs." he laughed lightly as he walks towards the wall. holding out the necklace, he closes his eyes. slowly, as if by an act of nature, the wall slowly starts to change colors. from a nasty, concrete beige, to a pleasant wood brown. then to ACTUAL wood. Shade holds the newly found door opened for the group to pass.
Her mouth opens slightly out of shock. "H-how did you...? I mean, that's not... That's impossible!" she slowly walks closer, staring at the door in wonder and confusion.
"Wha- but-" She quickly shakes her head and walks through the door with her arms crossed, grumbling to herself, her words are indistinguishable but you can tell that it is something about how she's annoyed at not being trusted enough to now about things like that.
She shrugs and gives a half-smile. "It's cleaner than my room... Well, technically it's not my room but I commandeer it whenever I'm here." She looks around then picks up a small stack of papers from one of the tables and begins reading/looking through them all.
