I really like your choice of character, but there are a few nitpicks I have. First off and most important make sure to read the rules. There is an important part of your CS that is missing.


Also I would like you to include a picture of Baron while he is henchined, for reference.

Name: Kaito Kumon
World of Origin: Kamen Rider Gaim


Personality: If you have to say one thing that comes out of his mouth, it'll something regarding strength or power. Due to his childhood, Kaito has the belief that those with power will trample over those who don't. Although he's a firm believer of this mantra, he actually hates it for how the weak suffer for it, especially since he was on the receiving end as a kid. That said, he admires those who use their powers responsibly. He hates those who abuse their power and pities those who let compassion get in the way. Contrary to popular belief, Kaito is a firm believer of knowledge being power, as you need to know what you can do with your powers in order to properly use them. He also believes that there are multiple ways of displaying your strength, such as dancing, playing soccer, and even having the resolve to move on forward and fight for what's right, even if you're crying. Overall, his way of thinking is, what one would say, "awkward".


Abilities: Kaito has a Sengoku Driver, a waist-worn device that allows him to cut open padlocks called Lockseeds. With this Driver, he can become Kamen Rider Baron. The Driver is locked onto his DNA code, so only he could wear it. It is able to convert Helheim Fruit into Lockseeds to either increase his arsenal or feed himself. It can also be able to, with the help of the Lockseeds, summon human-sized Inves that are controled by Kaito so long as he holds onto the seeds. As for forms, he has...

• Banana Arms, which gives him the Banaspear, a banana-based spear.
  
• Mango Arms, which gives him the Mango Punisher, a mango-based mace.
  
• And during his time in the Helheim Forest, he gained one more Lockseed and thus one more Arms: Kiwi Arms, which gives him the Kiwi Gekirin, kiwi-based Wind-and-fire-wheels.
  

Bio: When he was a child, Kaito enjoyed playing by the large tree by the temple and loved the shrine maiden who danced there. However, that all changed when his father's company was shut down by Yggdrasil and his family wound up poor. Not only that, but Yggdrasil devastated the land, turning the once shining shrine into an abandoned lot. He hated Yggdrasil for this and vowed to one day gain the power needed to topple them, just as they did his father. His father became a drunkard and began beating him and his wife. Because of the case of domestic abuse, he was forced to be in an orphanage where he spent a good while in, as he wanted his own parents to return for him. Sadly, as he soon discovered, his parents committed suicide soon after. When he was sixteen, he left, dropped out of highschool, and formed a gang based around the dancing of the Takatsukasa Shrine: Team Baron.


This team prioritized in dancing, but eventually moved onto a new craze sweeping his city: Inves Battles. Given a bunch of Lockseeds as part of a deal to move to the inner part of Zawame, Kaito duked it out with several teams, earning stages and Lockseeds in the process. Eventually, one team rose up to rival them: Team Gaim. An ex-member of theirs wound up stumbling upon a device that allowed him to take part of the Inves Games. After seeing this man's power for himself, he got a device of his own and saught to teach this kid how to properly excercize his power. Soon, multiple people gained these devices. It all culminated in an event called the Christmas Games, where everyone who had the device, including a mysterious white armored rider, had to collect the most lockseeds. It ended with Team Gaim winning and a majority of the Riders beaten by the White Armored Rider. After exploiting the weakness of one of the Rider's broken Driver, he wound up in Helheim Forest, lost and having no idea where he went. When he got out, he was in another part of the multiverse. Someone was messing with him, he thought, and whoever that someone is, they will pay dearly.

Umm... Interesting choice. To be honest I don't think that this guy will fit very well with everyone else. I don't know wether to accept him or not.

Name: Ultimate Warrior
World of origin: WWE ( It's Kayfabe, they're characters, it counts.)


Personality: Anger-fueled, rambly, and overall insane-sounding. He sounds philosophical sometimes, I guess.


Abilities: Being from parts unknown gave him the ability to appear in mirrors. He uses this once to scare Hulk Hogan, and never again. He is also capable of lifting giants.


Bio: Much of the early life of the Ultimate Warrior is unknown. A lot is known about his career, however. He beat The Honky Tonk man in approximately three minutes, and then shook the ropes like a madman. Later, he fought Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania VI, won the WWE championship belt, and lost it to Sgt. Slaughter. Then some things happened on the astral plane... i guess. It wasn't particularly clear.

Personality: As the main character, he is the hit headed red ranger of the group. You know the type, a bit lazy but always ready to fight.


Abilities: He can change into three forms, well digimon. He can turn into Agunimon, a red demon like Digimon that can engulf its fists and knees into flames. BurningGreymon, a winged beast that has great strength and fire breathing capabilities. Aldamon, combine the last two looks and abilities.


Bio: Takuya was just a regular teenager, before he got a mysterious call to meet at a train station. His curiosity drew him to find hundreds of children who received the same message. But when he chose a train, it took him to a parallel world, the Digital World. Here, he was given powers to protect the Digital World.


Him, and a team of other children, have taken on many evils. Royal Knights, a group of digimon who used to protect the Digital World. Lucemon, a fallen angel that wants to end the human world. And, Cherubimon, another fallen angel who created his own team to defeat the children.

Personality:


To put it into simple words, Taokaka is the personification of innocence. She is a happy-go-lucky catgirl who only wishes the best for her friends and family. Her only desire is to protect those she holds dear to her heart, or who offer her food (in her mind anyone who offers her food is a good person).


Unfortunately, she lacks a lot in the intelligence department. Like most cats, Taokaka's daily routine consists of eating and sleeping, and she can, and often will, forget anything she does or is told to do within three steps or seconds. Of course, it goes without saying that she is not totally dumb. Taokaka often gives nicknames to those she meets so she can try to easily remember them later. She does actually know who they are, but prefers the nickname routine.


Of course, much of her simple-minded traits can be compared to how a cat's mindset actually works, especially when it comes to how fascinated by things she can be or how her mind tends to seemingly drift away from more serious things.


Abilities:


Taokaka relies on her inborn instincts as opposed to a trained fighting style. The only "weapon" she uses against foes are her large retractable metal claws found within her hands and feet. What's more, these claws seem to change slightly depending on what attack she wants to do at the time; even though they seem to default as curved, knife-sized flat metal blades, they can also appear as serrated saws, "can-opener" style hooks, or even more ornate blades that resemble arrowheads.


What she lacks in strength and durability, Taokaka makes up for in agility and speed and extreme mobility, wailing on her opponents and catching them off guard with lightning fast, unpredictable maneuvers and techniques. Tao is so fast that she can sometimes create an afterimage of herself when she attacks. Yet as Tao doesn't appear to have any superhuman durability and has a chaotic fighting style, it is easy for her to get overwhelmed by a skilled or powerful foe.


Bio:


Taokaka is a catgirl resident of the Kaka Village and member of the Kaka tribe. A long time ago she wanted to get back the sky above her village, which was sealed off. She was sent by the Kaka Elder to retrieve the bounty on a criminal's head, becoming a vigilante in the process. Despite this resolve, she was considerably food-obsessed and forgetful, often falling asleep on a whim, becoming hungry moments after a meal, or forgetting details moments after hearing them, which made her one of the least useful vigilantes in the Kaka Village. Nevertheless, Taokaka was still a very respected Kaka warrior and many residents of the village even look up to her.


In the end Taokaka actually ended up befriending the criminal she was trying to hunt down (Known as Ragna) and eventually even helped him and other people fight against an entity that was threatening their world at the time, a man by the name of Hazama. Even though Taokaka fought and beat Hazama that was simply not enough to completely defeat him and forced Tao to even retreat back to her village after Hazama's true powers began to be awakened.


After Hazama was defeated by the rest of the fighters that stood up against him and the restoration of the sky above Kaka village Taokaka realized just how weak she truly was and knew that the only way to change this was to leave her village to further train herself without any distractions. One could say this was one of Tao's truly mature decisions as she chose not to live a life of eating meat buns and taking naps and instead work hard everyday with the only goal of protecting her family, friends and village.


Appearance:

Taokaka is a rather unique take on the catgirl archetype with brown skin and long blond hair tied up into two braids and a black cat tail with a faded white tip. She seems to spend her entire time wearing a beige-colored hoodie with a cat hood and long cat-themed sleeves that cover her arms. Her hood conceals her facial features and, since she never removes it, nobody has ever seen what Taokaka's face really looks like. All that can be seen are a pair of red beady eyes and an ever constant toothy grin that tends to emulate emotions when conveying facial expressions.

Taokaka doesn't seem to refer to anyone other than herself by name and creates nicknames for people she meets.

Personality: Described as a "Born Loser" who failed at everything, who lost to everyone at everything, which in turn made him stronger than everyone. He was always negative, and could hurt people as easily as you and I breathe. His need to destroy was as strong as one's need to eat. He was the type that seriously contemplated killing every human on the face of the planet, himself included. His personality changed in a positive way with time and by meeting the right people. Deep down Kumagawa is not a bad guy and despite his intensely negative attitude, his intentions appear to be ultimately good - Kumagawa wants to create an equal world and fight for the oppressed , but he has a rather unusual way of doing things.

Abilities:


>Superhuman Physiology & Tenacity: Kumagawa's most frightening trait is his tenacity; no matter how many times he is beaten down, he always gets back up due largely because of his history of losing at everything meaning he can easily shrug off any kind of beating. Even without his strongest ''Minus'' ability, All Fiction, Kumagawa is capable of bouncing back from injuries that would cripple other humans for months. His strength and speed are also above human levels, as he was capable of fighting from toe to toe with Medaka Kurokami in her normal state, in which she is supersonic and can reduce medium-sized buildings to rubble with a few punches.


>Combat Expert: Because he considers himself "the weakest person in the whole world", Kumagawa knows everything about the weaknesses of the human body, and can easily defeat multiple opponents by targeting their weak points. However, Kumagawa can't use this knowledge on ''people without weaknesses''. Kumagawa's weapons of choice appear to be many large screws that he can make appear in his hands, regardless of what Minus he has. He can throw these screws with great accuracy.


>Imagination Manifestation: Kumagawa can use his force of will to impose the image of immaterial objects on those around him. This ability allows Kumagawa to impose the mental image of a screw onto others (also when using Book Maker). Using his gloomy mindset, Kumagawa can also create a horrific magical sword from his imagination, capable of slaying magical beasts (above other things).


>Lack of Presence: During the Treasurer's Battle, Kumagawa erases his "aura" with All Fiction. Because of this, people no longer feel his presence.


#His ''Minus'' abilities:


>>All Fiction- this ability allows him to deny aspects of reality; to make anything "nothing". Because of this, he can undo anything that has been damaged, and thus he has no qualms about being destructive. He initially couldn't return anything he has erased with his Minus, until he acquired ''Non Fiction''. His ability can even reverse his own death as well as the death of others. He claims he needs to be careful or else the entire world would become nothing. This ability has a flaw though: many conceptual powers are a very good counter for it. Example: All Fiction cannot erase the ''damage'' caused by an ability which only gives ''the illusion'' of being hurt simply because it's just an ''illusion'' or ''fake damage''(although it should be noted that he can find his way around it).

• April Fiction- a sub-ability of All Fiction. Kumagawa calls it his ''incomplete complete'' Minus. With this ability he uses a different set of screws with flat end pattern threads. Kumagawa actually mixes his All Fiction with Ajimu's Unskilled (a new skill which he gained from the nigh-omnipotent Ajimu Najimi, which can weaken or invert his own abilities each time he wishes to do so), which limits the time an item is erased to three minutes before retuning to normal.
  
• Non Fiction- an upgrade to All Fiction (which was possible because of the Unskilled ability). With this he can ''undo things that have already been undone''.
  

>>Book Maker- Kumagawa's original Minus. Book Maker requires Kumagawa to use a special screw; a slotted pan head screw (with a ''-'' on it), as opposed to the Philips screws (with a ''+'' on them) that he usually wields. When Book Maker is activated, the screw stretches to the length of a sword. When he stabs someone with the screw, it turns the target into a Minus by bringing that person to Kumagawa's level: body, spirit, technique, intellect, and talent; all fall to match Kumagawa. Despite the fact that the screw needs to pierce the victim to take effect, the damage done to the body is nearly zero; Kumagawa labels Book Maker as an ability that only soils the heart. As a side effect, the victim's hair also turns white, though the original color is restored once Book Maker's effect wears off and the screw dissolves. It also works as a seal of sorts, preventing people from using most of their supernatural powers if they are ever hit.

• Leg Eating Forest- a special technique created with the use of Book Maker. Kumagawa covers the floor with flat end screws, forcing both himself and his opponents to balance on top of them. Though the screws are not sharp, the weight alone can still cause heavy damage should someone fall. However, in truth, all the screws are Book Maker screws; their heads are buried so that his opponent cannot distinguish them from his other screws.
  

Bio: Kumagawa was born a Minus,which unlike Abnormals, Not Equals or Language Users obtain their powers because of negativity. Minuses together with the other three categories mentioned above are the only types of supernatural beings that exist in the Medaka Box Universe. Abnormals are generally positive, Not Equals are simply overwhelming asthey have many abilities , both positive and negative and Language Users use Styles (abilities based on communication;they primarily achieve different effects through manipulation of language) for battle.


Kumagawa considered himself a ''Born Loser'' and always said that he could never truly win against someone, despite his overwhelming powers and skills. He was always negative and desired ''justice'' in an unusual and dark way, until a series of events involving Najimi Ajimu, Medaka Kurokami and a few other people changed his way of seeing things to a certain degree. He got married to Mogana Kikaijima and has a son called Mogami. He is currently helping people around the world in any way he can. His friends and familly have no idea where he currently is because he destroyed his cellphone and made sure to be untrackable, for now at least.

Name: Shadow the Hedgehog


World of origin: Sonic the Hedgehog


Personality: Shadow is very closed off emotionally, rarely opening up except to his closest friends (though due to his loner mentality he doesn't have many.) He's very serious, gruff, and isn't afraid to speak his mind no matter how cold-hearted his opinion is. Shadow is very soft-spoken and only says what he needs to. He never makes a threat he isn't willing to act on. He possesses a strong sense of identity and will do anything to achieve his goals.


Abilities: Super speed, super human physical strength (he can overturn large objects if he tries hard enough), agile, super human durability; can utilize Chaos Energy from Chaos Emeralds to use Chaos Control (an ability that allows him to move even faster through the world around him or teleport), he can create energy bolts that he can throw (he calls the move Chaos Spear), and he can use Chaos Blast (which causes an explosion of Chaos Energy around him.); can curl up into a ball to perform a Homing Attack, Spin Jump, or Spin Dash attack; hand-to-hand combat, driving skills, and the ability to go Super Shadow once all 7 Chaos Emeralds are gathered. He's even more powerful when the inhibitor rings on his gloves are off, but he only takes them off during special circumstances.


Bio: Created by Prof. Gerald Robitnic more than 50 years ago, Shadow the Hedgehog was created with alien DNA on the Space Colony ARK. The Guardian Units of Nations (GUN), a world military organization, learned about Shadow's alien origin and raided the Space Colony ARK. Maria Robotnic, Gerald's granddaughter, helped Shadow escape the ARK, but she was accidental shot by a GUN agent and died. GUN later found Shadow and locked him in a cryogenic freezing tube and stored his sleeping body in their vault. 50 years later Dr. Eggman learned about Shadow through his grandfather's (Gerald's) journal and freed Shadow. Shadow showed Eggman the Eclipse Cannon aboard the ARK and the evil doctor came up with a new plan for world domination.


Things didn't go as planned. After Eggman inserted all of the Chaos Emeralds to power the machine, a program created by Prof. Gerald Robotnic activated and sent the ARK falling toward Earth. Gerald's revenge plan would have destroyed Earth if it wasn't for Sonic and his friends. Shadow realized that Maria would want him to protect the citizens of Earth and joined forces with Sonic. Shadow and Sonic went into their super form and stopped the ARK from falling. After Earth was saved Shadow became a GUN agent and protects Earth from behind the scenes.

Name: Rouge the Bat


World of origin: Sonic the Hedgehog


Personality: A rogue with a smirk, Rouge is a strong minded young-woman with a playful flirtatious attitude. She has an obsession with gems and things that glitter. She'll do just about anything to get what she wants, including using her feminine charms. She has a lot of pride and will fight dirty against a superior opponent. Rouge may seem selfish, but she does have a warm, caring side and is capable of being heroic.


Abilities: Flight and gliding ability, super human speed (she's slower than Shadow but can keep up with him), agile, expert climber and digger, stealth and infiltration expertise, martial arts and kicking fighting style, lower body strength that rivals Knuckles' upper body strength, animalistic sense of hearing, and treasure hunting skills.


Bio: Rouge was born into a life of crime. Her father was a jewel thief and he taught her the family business. All of her heists went off without a hitch until the fateful day she was caught and arrested. She thought she was going to die of boredom when she was first locked in her cell. After spending a couple years in prison she received her first visitor, GUN Commander. Around this time Shadow was loose and hunting down the Chaos Emeralds with Dr. Eggman. GUN Commander knew Rouge liked gems and used that to his advantage. He wanted Rouge to investigate what Eggman and Shadow were up to. She agreed after learning that she'd be paid in gems and pardoned from her crimes.


She slipped into Dr. Eggman's ranks and became his treasure hunter. She helped him gather the Chaos Emeralds while secretly planning to betray him. When it looked like Sonic and his friends would foil Dr. Eggman's plan, Shadow discovered Rouge's GUN ties but couldn't do much about it because he had to deal with Sonic. Peco on the other hand is Much stronger than Quru in all ways,Speed,Power and everything,on his team he has a Devilhjo and a Azura Rathalos he is abble to call to assist him,similer to his Brother he can Clash 2 flint like Pices on his wings but insted make a Lighning Burst Insted of fire,awell he is abble to give a speciall Roar that will Boost his Power and make him Much stronger! or make a Negative Roar and make his Opponents weak.

Years pass and they Grew Beside there Dragon Brothers,Quru and Peco being Full grown needed to leave the nest,But befor they did they Thank the Rathian and the ratahlos what they have done and they would Always Remember them,But there Adoptive Parents said that if they were in danger....Just Give a Call and they will come to help,soon quru and Peco left...and as they Did they whanted To adventure out! Explore! and in there adventures they meet 2 New Friends Being a Cool Tigrex and a....Big and Savage Devilhjo...who was not that evil.


In the present time quru and Peco adventure and explore the land with there parents ready to help and 2 Friends that are there for them....they wish they could say there real parents that they Loved him....but aswell they have one thing in minde..."To hunt down the man in red armore"
