irina is pretty good at tactics and shit in the war, sooooo peyre or any french knight dying will make irina more angry and most likely to ride into battle herself, though not sure if leon is too keen on his wife and queen of france riding into battle in the front lines-

Leon will be the current kind he’d have the same sense of humor but more serious and less kind. Aged a tad bit from the stress of trying to undo two generations high taxes, wrongful imprisonment, and mass genocide.

At the same time he’s a war with Scotland because of a rumor that he didn’t killed Clarissa started by his mother. Also attempting to be a good father and trying to produce an heir with his now wife Irina. He’s very protective of his daughter because he knows his mother equally wants her dead. She can be seen at the kings side at most times he only trust Irina, his sisters, and Peyre to be alone with her. (she even had a cute mini throne chair)

He doesn’t trust Arminda and Kolton because they had the Queens favor.

Clarissa - Dead but given a proper burial.

Alena is in Scotland Leon allowed her to go home instead of marrying her off to the first bidder. She pleads for Aline to be able to live with her in Scotland which Leon said no to.

Now In Alena’s defense no one saw Clarissa get executed except Leon and Koltons father possibly anyone who might’ve been being nosey. Leon refused to give her Clarissas head which caused her to tell her Aunt Wilda of Leon’s treachery And how he treats his bastard like an official heir.

Forgetting that Wilda is a bastard, Leon will use this to his advantage once he realizes that Wilda is a bastard

I think Irinas wanting to join the war will cause conflict between the two but ultimately he’d give in. But he’d blame her forever if she died before giving him a son but he’d probably plot with Willow on one of her “Future sons”taking the throne in return for his daughter’s safety

pfft, at least she has another reason to come home alive. if she does come back victorious though, she will have bonded with french military in a way and won a war for france and made her war title more solidified
