Also, why does only Opening eyes has a drawback (Becoming unconscious)? I vote for every ability to have a drawback too.

Deceiving Eyes also has a draw back. His/Her ability cancels out if he/she is inflicted with physical pain.
Staring Eyes - The victim of the power only get 'frozen' for a few minutes
Concealing Eyes - Physical contact, however, breaks the effect, so it isn't useful in very crowded places. Along with this vulnerability, if a person outside the 2 meter bubble is familiar with someone being concealed, her/him power will not be as strong.
When you use the Opening Eyes, you will become unconscious while using it. For example, the remote is too far away you want to change the channel, you enter a wireless port of the TV and change the channel. Meanwhile you are doing that, you go unconscious.
Once you go back to your body, you are conscious.
You are just unconscious when using it and when you return/not using the power, you are conscious.

Will is typically rather quiet, he doesn't care for getting mixed up in fights and arguments, and usually has an air about him of knowing a bit more than he lets on. He can be a bit on the malicious side sometimes, and in those times, it's best to leave him alone. He typically has a notebook with him, along with a pen, and takes notes about a lot of things. Sometimes, it's notes about the people around him, other times it's notes about the surroundings, and other times they are about the things going on in his head. He's very clean, and his room is nearly always immaculate, though usually his clothes kind of look like he got dressed in the dark. While he's very intelligent, there's so much going on in his brain that getting dressed properly doesn't take the same precedence in his mind. He's just not very fashionable, wearing jeans and sweaters most of the time. Around someone he likes, he has been known to be rather shy.
He's quite particular about his belongings, I wouldn't call it 'territorial' per se, but you really ought to ask before touching his things. The reprecussions of not asking can range from a sarcastically posed question as to what you think you're doing, to being promptly asked to leave his room. He's not violent, by any means, though. He's a pacifist, of a sort, and dislikes violence. He's a bit of a hypocrite, considering he prides himself on his ability to mislead people, but has a strong dislike for the powered kids misleading him with their abilities.
History:
He's got a nasty case of amnesia, and is in the process of remembering his past. Part of his notebook is dedicated to the things he's recalled, so that he doesn't loose them again. He doesn't remember how he lost his memory, either, in a sort of irony.
