Fantasy The Magic Crimes Task Force (Think that Bright movie mixed with sci-fi and a new world)

Rusty of Shackleford

Ten Thousand Club
So, anybody know about that movie called "Bright" featuring Will Smith? Even though it makes no sense and a lot of the commentary isn't handled very well, I really like the idea of it. So, I want to make an RP inspired by what I think it could have been. So, basically our characters are part of a special task force in the nation of Byrne, specifically her capital, Braford. They're less the Men in Black and more like a SWAT team. Magic and other races are everywhere, including elves, dwarves, halflings, orcs, the whole nine yards. Byrne is a multi racial nation, with no race really ruling it. It is mostly ran by humans, elves, and dwarves, though. The elves would be considered mostly liberal, I guess. I recently read over the D&D 5th edition handbook, and I decided that their free nature and value of change would make them a bit liberal in politics. Dwarves are their opposite, as their years of tradition and refusal to change makes them pretty conservative. Humans are mostly moderate, though they seem to have the least amount of people in office compared to the big three. Anyway, yeah. It'll be a crime/political drama dealing with themes like racism, bigotry, if the sins of someone's ancestors should be carried to them, the like. It'll be set in what we would call the near future, with flying cars and holograms and stuff. Anyone interested?

Rusty of Shackleford Rusty of Shackleford Hey my dude, since this is near future, I am tempted on asking if I'm allowed to have a humar char using one of the prototypes of Exoskeletons, similar to that of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, basically turning the character into a tank that is weak to magic, if maybe this is a bit unfair I could also add in that the not fully upgraded exo forces the wearer into only walking and not running (which is also a thing in STALKER)
