Fantasy (。◕‿◕。)The Lunar Lotus Inn(。◕︵◕。) [All Are Welcome~]

Khaleesi shook her head and bowed, pushing the money back at him. "Please take it... We bothered you while you were talking... I'm very sorry." She lifted her head lightly, a smile creased on her face as her body stayed bowed. "Please... Take it..." She pleaded and then stood up straight, made her a little taller, but not that much.

Lana smiled at the man and pranced around them. "She'll force you to take the money..." She told the man as she stopped and plopped down on the bed. "So comfy!! So tired...." With that the little girl passed out, and Khaleesi was still standing there, the money pushed towards the man.

Blood there was so much blood and he loved it. The boy felt a smirk grace his face. "Was that it I expected more" he yelled. Then he saw more movement. Henry's claws began to grow. He turned around and attacked what was making the movement. "More playthings" Henry mutter.

Fera walked around the forest trying to find Henry. Fera banged on trees to help get attention from the small child. 'Where did he go' Fera thought to herself. She began to panic slightly and walked a bit faster. At times like these she wished she had a voice.

Nef hid behind some bushes and heard some growling and the faint smell of blood. He had been told that Demons senses are supposedly higher than normal people, so he guessed the girl wouldn't notice that smell or that sound. He rubbed his eyes and looked around. He would protect her..

The blonde- haired woman nodded. She couldn't help but feel a little suspicious, but she wasn't about to turn down a gift in bad taste. She hastily grabbed the key and headed toward her room.

The room wasn't exactly spacious, but it served her purpose well: to figure out what her father's connection was to the place. Besides, it was much less tense then the bar before. She felt her muscles slowly unravel. This place was just so strange; it couldn't be emphasized enough. The atmosphere here was pleasant, but felt so full of a strange energy that seemed to hum around her. It must be grief she concluded. The fact that your father seemed to be familiar with this place must be what makes it so off putting. Shera shrugs a small pack off of her shoulder- nothing more than a piece of bread, some apples, and some herbs- onto the bed and walks back into the large anteroom.

When she gets back outside, she feels herself tense again. Pulling her cloak tighter around her, she immediately gravitates toward the walls. Maybe there was something here that she could find that would help her learn more about her father's connection to this place? The woman was unsure, but determined to find out why her father talked about this place.

While the white haired male had continued on his way forward throughout the forest, it wasn't until the unexpected scent of blood had reached his attention and the sounds of the once dangerous beast in the area had come to a halt that Takara had become even more concerned. Had it killed the little boy, no. Something was off and the innkeeper sure did not enjoy this sensation whatsoever. Quickening his pace even further for the next few minutes that had gone by, it wasn't until Takara had come across what had seemed to had been a large hole that he had wasted none of his time to hop straight down in search of Henry. Once doing so, it was no longer a challenge of searching for the child after witenessing the sight of the corpse of the strange mythical beast upon floor covered in blood and it's innards practically everywhere. Following the sight with his own gaze upwards, it took little more then a few moments to end up noticing as to how Henry was now practically ripping apart yet another creature that had been a predator of the night. "H-Henry?" With that single word being the only thing to actually be able to leave his lips, the white haired innkeeper had simply stood over the corpse to watch in utter shock of how the small child had been like. Was this possibly the side of the child that had killed the deer Fera had spoken about earlier.

"Well I refuse. Sorry" Fear said as he chuckled. He put his hands in his black dress pants, and started to walk out when he turned around. "Before I go is there anything I can get you before I go?" He offered

"You're going to get that money one way or another..." Khaleesi said as she stared at the man. She bowed her head quickly and smiled, "No thank you!" Once more the girl stuck her hand out, "Please take it..." She said, her eyes sparkled. It really wasn't that much, a couple coins, maybe around $7.56. She just stood there, one hand on the door, another holding the money out to the man.

Small snores came from the back of the room and it made Khalessi squeak. She looked back and took a deep breath as she watched Lana sleep. She looked so peaceful. Before Khaleesi knew it her attention was back on the man, money still holding out to him. "Take it." She insisted and sighed lightly.

@Hisan

"Fine if you insist....I'll take it on one condition however." Fear said as he took it and grinned. He smiled at the sleeping girl, however by focusing on her he had accidentally given her night terrors. He frowned sadly.

@PixieDusts

Lana moved around quickly in her sleep before she jolted up screaming and ran over to Khaleesi, crying loudly. "Calm down... I'm right here." Khaleesi said and smiled at the man. "What's that one condition?" She asked with a small smirk as Lana cried on her. Khaleesi had to look up at the man and it was giving her quit the headache.

Lana looked up at the man for a moment before she held closer onto Khaleesi, 'Mine...' She mouthed to the man and smirked before she walked to the bed and sat down, waiting for Khaleesi to be done. Khaleesi rubbed the back of her neck, trying to keep her eyes on the man so she wasn't rude. Being short came with consequences.

@Hisan

Fear looked at the girl sadly before wiping away the earlier night terrors. He turned back to the lady talking to him and said, "Nevermind. I'll see you around." He closed the door and walked back downstairs to the bar.

@PixieDusts

Khaleesi was surprised by the man. Her eyes widened as she looked at the closed door. Opening it she looked outside the room and watched him go down the stairs. For a moment she was going to go after him, and then decided against it. She shook her head and walked to the bed, curling up in her wolf form.

Lana on the other hand pounced on Khaleesi and smiled, "They're gone!" She said happily and curled up into Khaleesi's fur. She smiled happily as Khaleesi grew warmer. Her eyes drifted into a dark sleep as she snored lightly. Khaleesi watched her, eyes widened, 'What was he going to say...?' She asked herself before she fell asleep.

Fear pulled a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and started to smoke. He was thinking deeply when he sensed a very pleasant sensation. To him it was pleasant to others it would be a normal thing. He sensed a happy pair.

Shera, much to her dismay, didn't find anything on the walls. There didn't seem to be many pictures of people that looked like her father. Sighing, she realizes she'll have to talk to people to find out more. As much as these people are objectionable, they're still people. Besides, anything done for her father is worth it. She walks toward the bar and approaches a tall blonde man, assumably the bartender. "Hello? Can I-um- have something to drink?" She shivers. Something feels off about this she thinks.

"Yes ma'am you may. Alcoholic? Or would you like water or something I'm not mentioning?" Fear offered as he stood up and put down his unlit cigar. He smiled halfheartedly as he pulled out a bottle of gin.

She nodded. "Alcoholic, please. But something not very strong." Shera doesn't drink much, and she has a low tolerance anyway. Deciding to get right to the point, she inquires "How long have you worked here?" He doesn't look very old, but you never know. Maybe her father stopped by more recently.

@Hisan

"Yes ma'am, will gin work?" He thought about the question for a minute. "You human?" He couldn't safely say before knowing. "And thanks, my secret is carrots." He said truly smiling.

The woman blinked for a confused second before responding "Gin's fine. And of course I'm human? Why wouldn't I be?" Her gaze widened. "I-is this some sort cosplay bar or something?" Why would her father come to a cosplay establishment? He was always a goofy and loving person, sure. But how would he have time to cosplay at some random place in the woods between running the apothecary and family? Shera laughed apologetically. "Sorry, is asking about the time you've worked here too blunt? I'm doing... research into this place." Frowning, she leaned farther onto the flat surface of the bar, chin resting in her hands.

@Hisan

"Oh no you're fine. And that's just a joke, I've been working here since I was a lad." He said as he handed you the cup of gin and offered you a cigarette. "You have a lot on your mind, wanna talk about it?" Fear offered sensing your sadness.

@verifiedkat (sorry for the late response playing cod zombies.)

Shera waved her hand. "No thanks, I don't smoke." The smoke always made her dizzy. She took a sip of the gin. It burns it's way down her throat, however she barely noticed.

"You have a lot on your mind, wanna talk about it?" the bartender asks. Her eyes soften a bit and she mumbles into her cup "Is it that obvious?" She sits up straighter and explained "My father died recently of a malady that I've never seen before. I couldn't even seem to dull the symptoms with herbs, so he suffered all the way through. He was in and out of delirium for about 1 week. He was delirious and senile but..." She formulates her next words. "He kept talking about this place, deep in the woods run by a man with silver hair. He was so happy talking about it." She smiles wistfully. "I've never heard about this place from him before that. I got curious so I closed up my shop and headed into the woods." Her eyes shine with a fresh layer of tears she blinks away. "Sorry, a lot has happened in the last few days. Speaking of which, have you seen a man that looks like this?" She pulls out a photograph of a older man from the pocket of a large hunting jacket and lays it on the bar. The man was not very muscular, but not skinny either. His hair is a mess of blonde hair thats touched with grey, and his face has lines scattered about it. His eyes twinkle with amusement, like they always had. Shera inquisitively looks at the bartender, curious to see his reaction.

@Hisan

(It's all good. I've been distracted with smash 4 videos while writing these)

"It seems like a nice place, lots of different people." Lunella replied to Fera's note. As they waited for the fish and talked Lunella could sense that Fera was getting antsy. Soon the girl was getting up to leave to look for a 'Henry'. Lunella smiled and nodded, guessing that Henry was the little boy from earlier. "See you later." She said, waving as Fera moved towards the door.

(Lol)

Fear lit the cigarette as he listened. When the lady shows her the photo he smiles. "Yeah he was a regular until he just stopped coming by. And no it wasn't obvious by the way you looked but everyone that comes here has their own story. I respected your father, he was a good man..." Fear wiped away your tears with a napkin and refills your glass. "I'll tell you what how about every drink you order while you're here is on me. Ok?"

@verifiedkat

Shera nods and finally pulls off her hood, exposing her short blonde hair to the bright lights of the inn. The 'uncanny valley' feeling had died down a bit from talking to someone that was a part of the inn, though she still felt bits and pieces of it creep up on her when she started to doze. "Thanks. I really, really appreciate it." That reminds her of something else. "While he was delirious he... he also talked about magic. He talked about as if it were this real, tangible thing he could perform. He lit up when he talked about it and seemed so happy, and while I know magic doesn't exist, my father isn't a liar either." She traces the rim of her cup with her finger. "Tell me it isn't true. Say that my father lied about the magic and the arcane that he could preform." She was not in a state to make the decision on her own. It would feel like she's slandering her fathers name if she admitted the he was lying, even in his state of senility.

@Hisan

Cali chuckled, “It's good that your gracious enough to forgive an honest mistake, I usually don't make many.” Drawing the ire of a vampire was something most including him would preferably avoid. In fact, if Joselyn's company hadn't been so enjoyable the rogue would have taken the opportunity to disappear, few enough would have been able to fault the logic of self preservation.

Accompanying her to the bar Caliban spotted the blond barkeeper who'd also been in the room upstairs but left ahead of them. With more cheer and far less tension than he actually felt Cali asked,”You wouldn't happen to carry some potent liquor, perhaps an import from the eastern isles? Or some local specialty if you know of any?”

Trusting the man to do his job proficiently Cali once more addressed his intriguing drinking companion. “There are a great many questions I'd like to ask, but the first would have to be your choice in drink?” A playful smile distracted from the nervous tapping of his fingers. “I won't press you for answers, seen too many interrogations up close to care much for them. However one can't help but wonder what just happened and how you tie in... care to indulge a curious fool?”

@Hisan

Slipped onto a barstool. All the chaos quieted for the evening. Crossing one leg over the other as many women do in elegant fashion. Running a hand through those locks as she looked to Cali. He was ordering something strong this evening. Granted she probably would too. Joselyn didn't want to make a show of things, but it brought out that that dangerous side of her. His blood compelled her in a sense. Blinking away at his question when she sighed a little.

Bringing a hand to her cheek as she spoke clearly no need to hide anything of her sense now. Joselyn was completely composed as if that never occurred earlier. Chuckling a little with a small shrug
. "It is hard to explain. There is something off about him. I don't know what it is. I smelled it, I heard it in his voice. It is like a delicious smell. I don't really know the gentleman all I know is that he owns this place. My first evening here. I just know simple herbal remedies would do naught for him..." Joselyn answered the last of his words. He did ask her what did she favor in drinking.

Bringing her attention back to that particular question made her smile in a sly fashion. "
What do I drink? I believe you and I are well aware by now I don't drink persay as you would. I do it as a folly to people who don't know what I am. Blood..... blood is my life source. Don't worry about me I had my fill before coming here.." Smiling innocently at those last words. He would probably catch her drift. She wasn't that bad... a little dramatic maybe, but she isn't completely murderous like some she knew of her own kind.

Fear frowned and walked out from behind the bar. He looked at you and said "Just come follow me, please." He walked outside to the side of the inn where we were hidden. Fear starts to unbottun his vest and his button up t-shirt. He takes off the vest and t-shirt, and a pair of golden feathered wings slowly unfolded from his back. "You know too much about our world for me to lie to you, and even if I do lie to you you'll find out the hard way." He said as he took off his sunglasses revealing sad golden eyes.
