Mad King Nathaniel has fallen, ushering in a new age of peace never before seen in Fiore. The six heroes who fell the wicked tyrant have reformed the Magic Council with them taking the seats. With their guidance, the citizens of Fiore are no longer forced to suffer and are now able to forge their own path. Though the taste of freedom is sweet, the bitterness of war still lingers in the hearts of men. The country lies in ruin; towns ravaged, home destroyed and family lost. Fiore has suffered a great blow and there are those who would look to take advantage of that. Already, bandit and rogue wizard activity is on the rise. It is now, more than ever, that the good people of Fiore rely on the Wizards to be their stalwart guardians. The Guilds, now allied under the new Council, have risen to the call and aided the nation greatly in it's restoration.

Now, the year is X902; twenty years since the end of the war. Great strides have been made to restore what was once lost, but there is still work to be done. The major towns and cities of Magnolia have only just started to regrow their economies, but there are still many still greatly impacted by the war. The Capital of Crocus in particular has become rife with turmoil and unrest as a schism between the royal family threatens to disrupt the coronation of King Nathaniel II, son of the Mad King. Multiple disappearances and strange rituals point to the work of zealous Dark Wizards, keeping the Magic Council and the Rune Knights on edge. In the midst of the chaos, one Guild is beginning to rise in notoriety. It's members are few and mostly unknown, but they have been exceptional allies to the people in their time of needs. Each day, more and more distressed citizens turn to this guild in the hopes of ailing their woes. This guild shines as a beacon of hope through the darkest of nights, and it's name is Angel Feather.


Roleplay Rules

Another note: this RP is an Alternate Universe of Fairy Tail. As such, events and transpired in the Canon are not accurate to the world depicted in this RP. For the most part, everything is the same except for the existence of Dragons, Slayers and all Canon Characters. Even the Guild's from the show do not exist in this RP.

What kind of magic are you guys gonna give your characters? I'm planning on rolling with some form of maker magic, but I don't want to decide until I know someone else isn't doing the same thing. Which seems to happen to me a lot.

I've been thinking of creating a character based off the Dragoon from Final Fantasy.

Armored Lancer that uses lots of powerful jumps and leaps, crashing down onto foes with their whole weight behind the thrust.

Yeah. I was going to go for a paladin. Magic types would be requip, barrier magic, and Portal creation(I.e. Make a small partial to use the enemys attack into their own. Or severing a limb via it going through a portal and cutting the portal, severing it.)

I was thinking two, one would be like plu, ie utterly useless, but due to how weak it is the spirit could be out almost all the time without issue on his magic power. As for the second one I'm still debating on it. I know for sure I want the former of the two mentioned.

Alrighty, it looks like I'm pretty clear, so here are my ideas:
Bone-make - Makes stuff out of bone, obviously. If I pick this, my character would know both static and dynamic versions so he can make animals and stuff, as well as a prosthetic arm since he lost the real one in an accident.
Sugar-make - Creations that resemble popular types of real-world candy that somehow exist in this setting.
Glass-make - Not actual glass. The creations would be completely invisible to everyone but the user.

Sugar Make... eh? Seems a little too comedic for the tone we're going for here. I would rather avoid joke magics.

Is it? I thought it was a sub ability of human possession?

Just looked at the fandom site for FT, though it doesn't say soul eyes, it says that human possession allows the user the ability to see human souls.

Apparently, yes, Seith mages can see souls. But Bickslow's Figure Eyes is a different magic. Sorry, I got confused.
